Costel (1/5): Bad - N/A We didn’t get to stay here unfortunately, but the owner contacted me 1 week before my trip that he can’t fulfil this because there no apartment available and that I need to cancel the booking in my end, which I was going to be charged the whole amount of the booking. He said he won’t cancel and that I have to do it. Eventually it was sorted by contacted booking customer support, they cancelled and I wasn’t charged.
