• Florentina (9/5): Very nice stay - Very spacious and warm. Very well positioned. It has everything you need for your stay. The floor creaks. So if you’re a group you must pay attention not to wake everybody up. If you’re a family, it’s fine :)))

• Nino (8/5): Bon vachement bien situé seul problème, salle de bain - Très bien très proche de toutes les commodité Salle de bain vraiment en piteuse état et les porte ne se ferme pas
• Laurine (4/5): Emplacement bien mais c’est tout - Points négatifs : pommeau de douche très défectueux, baignoire très abimée, pas de verrou sur la porte de la salle de bain, pas de socle pour la brosse wc, lave linge défectueux également. La porte d’une des chambres ne pouvant être fermée au risque d’être coincé à l’intérieur, ainsi qu’une autre dysfonctionnelle. Le frigo était sale, ainsi que les sols. Une couette à disposition pour 3 chambres. Service d’urgence pas réceptif, nous avons signalé le problème du lave linge mais sans solution nous avons dû payer les frais de laverie. Cependant l’emplacement du logement est top.

• Musliu (1/5): Too pricey, 3 nights for about 700 euros !! - The area, the spacious flat, and the fact that we could check in earlier then 15:00. 1) It had really small beds for 2 persons to sleep so one of us had to sleep in the couch at the living room and it was not comfortable obviosly, 2) the shower head was broken and was almos unusual 3)and also a heavily damaged bathtub, 4)the flat and the whole building smelled really really bad.
• Dominika (5/5): Nedostatečnost vybavení - Blízko Sagrady, v okolí bary, malé obchůdky, restaurace, lékárna, bankomaty. Hluk - z ulice i v domě, rozbitá hlavice sprchy, kdy si sprchujete nohy a místo toho vám to myje vlasy 🫣, dvoje dveře v bytě se zasekávají - museli jsme si navzájem pomoci dostat se ven z pokoje (hlavní pokoj a pokoj nejblíž k obýváku). Vadilo nám také, že jeden pokoj nemá vůbec okno, ale to není něco co by majitel mohl ovlivnit, takže za to rozhodně hvězdičky neubírám, ale co může ovlivnit, tak to je určitě lepší vybavení - nová sprchová hadice a oprava dveří, vyčištění gauče nebo jeho úplná výměna (noha gauče úplně vylomená), nebo funkční wifi - to vše nejsou extrémní položky, že by do toho nemohl investovat. Blbé je i to, že je k dispozici pouze jeden klíč.
• Veneza (10/5): Great location, very good apartment - Great location! Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, close to metro station and bus stop. Very comfortable apartment. We were welcomed by Flor at the apartment, and she was very kind. Nothing.
• YEISSY (5/5): Spacious and well-located, but no A/C and the broken washer was never fixed. - The location of the property is great. Really close to major touristic attractions, supermarket, restaurants. etc. The unit’s location was excellent — close to everything I needed — and the size of the space was very comfortable, making it easy to settle in. Unfortunately, there were some drawbacks that affected my stay. The washing machine was not working when I arrived, and although I reported the issue promptly, it was never resolved during my time there (a whole week!). Additionally, the unit did not have air conditioning. If you plan to visit during the summer, make sure you are aware of this before you book your stay with them! Overall, while the location and spaciousness were great, the unresolved maintenance issue and lack of A/C were disappointing.

• Patrycja (6/5): - Duże mieszkanie. Balkon z widokiem na drzewa i ulice. Kuchnia wyposażona. Brak klimatyzacji gdy było 35°C to było trudne do zaakceptowania. Wiatraki i przenośna domowa.klimatyzacja niestety nie przyniosły rezultatu. Pralka nie działała. Pani która dostarczyła nam klucze nie chciała poczekać 3 min od ustalonej godziny i przełożyła spotkanie o 45min także nie było to dla nas komfortowe.

• Erjola (3/5): HORRIBLE It was a horrible experience for the price I paid. The house had no warm water, was cold, and the landlord lock - The property had a great location, which we really liked. It was in the city center, allowing us to go directly there, and it offered a complete view of Barcelona. However, we were not satisfied with the house itself. We did not like the property because the house had no warm water. The neighbors were constantly bothering us, and the landlord even locked the elevator door, preventing us from going downstairs for three days. This was extremely rude. Although the house had a radiator, it was still very cold. Additionally, walking upstairs was not an option because the neighbors would come to the door and start shouting at us. The staff did not help us at all. We texted them when we needed help with the warm water, but they always responded in the morning when we were already outside and no longer needed their assistance. They did this repeatedly, and when we called them, they never answered. Another big inconvenience was that the keys were very far from the house. We had to take a taxi because they were 30 minutes away, and if we had to walk, it would take an hour. I do not recommend this house.
