- Tittershill (8/5): Overall very much enjoyed our stay. Staff always friendly and rooms always clean. - Repeat visitor to hotel Les Brases. As a biker this is the place to stay as a base for ride outs in the local area and the glorious N260. Secure parking or area is safe enough to leave bikes at front of hotel with no problems. The front facing rooms are the best as you over look the river. Having to wait 30 mins at the bar for a drink as the staff kept prioritising booking in new guests as they arrived after I had started queuing rather than take 2 mins to take care of my drink order. Food seems to have gone down hill a little this year compared to previous years.

- Nuria (6/5): Hotel de paso - El almuerzo y que en la recepcion habia una fuente de aigua para los clientes. Hay sitio para aparcar cerca Las habitaciones cuádruples son muy pequeñas. Son dos camas individuales y una litera que es muy pequeña. Un niño de 15 años como sea un poco alto no cabe. El agua del baño si utilitzabas el grifo del lavabo con la ducha no habia suficiente fuerza. La limpieza un poco escasa. Por la no he no bat vigilància y una de las noches se colo una persona. A las 4 de la madrugada todos despietada con el percal que se monto. Insonoritzacion habitaciones 0.

Durant la nit, una persona aliena a l’hotel va entrar perquè el porter automàtic no funcionava i va intentar accedir a habitacions, inclosa la nostra. A més, va orinar a l’ascensor. No hi havia ningú a recepció per gestionar la situació. El mateix incident es va repetir hores més tard i vam haver de trucar als Mossos. La resposta de la direcció va ser nul·la. A banda d’això, les instal·lacions són justes pel preu. Experiència insegura i gens recomanable, especialment amb nens.

- Charlene (4/5): Has many positives but just couldn't get past the constant cigarette smoke and hairs in the bed - Pros: -The establishment is very cute. The outside is picturesque with views to the river across the street from window. -The bathrooms look new and were very clean. They even provided a toothbrush & toothpaste if you needed one. -The staff is friendly -The atmosphere was chill and family like Cons: -We are non-smokers and cigarette smoke wafted through our hotel door and bathroom. If I opened the windows for fresh air people were smoking below. This lasted until late around 11 then woke up to more cigarette smoke at 6 in the morning. It was overwhelming to a person who doesn't smoke and hates the smell. -Overall our room was clean but when I sat on the bedsheet to read a hair was poking out through the sheet. When I looked more closely at the fitted sheet, I could see many long and short hairs through the sheet, so I lifted the sheet to pull them out and the sheet or mattress cover below was covered in dirt, human hairs, etc. It made me feel less comfortable even though the bed itself is comfortable. -Wifi was spotty -Wear ear plugs -This did not impact my stay but the restaurant throws away their table covers (plasticized paper) with each use which seems very wasteful. Perhaps these are recycled?

- Ian (10/5): Increíble! Repetiremos - El personal es un 10! Atentos, cercanos y muy amables. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas. Estaba todo súper limpio y no nos faltó de nada. Me gustó todo!

- Maria Carmen (9/5): Desconexión y comfort en familia - Desayuno y cena perfecto. Mucha variedad en el desayuno tipo buffet. La carta para comer y cenar también con muchos platos. Buena calidad y cantidad. La atención muy buena, muy agradables, con buena atención y mucha educación. La ubicación perfecta en Sort. En la habitación teníamos una tercera cama que era algo incómoda. Preguntamos en recepción, pero nos confirmaron que todas las habitaciones con 3 camas eran del mismo tipo. El calefactor hacía bastante ruido, pero calentaba muy bien.
