- Paweł (10/5): Polecam gorąco. - Byliśmy tam kolejny raz. I na pewno nie ostatni. Czysto, świetna lokalizacja. I dobra cena. To podstawowe zalety. Polecam Chyba nic. Brak tv w pokoju można uznać nie za wadę, ale za zaletę, znaleźliśmy rozrywkę na mieście :)

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist sehr ideal! Die Polster waren kaum gefüllt - für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine Fernseher von Vorteil.

- Hendrik (7/5): Es gibt auf jeden Fall Verbessungsmöglichkeiten .Aber trotz alledem war ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt - Es gab leider kein Fernseher im Zimmer und das mit die Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze hat mir auch nicht wirklich gefallen .
- Віталій (8/5): - Місце розміщення в самому центрі міста біля парку. Гарна ціна. Чисто. Достатньо просторо. Душова працювала добре. Тепла підлога. Тепло й затишно. Були проблеми з заселенням: нам надіслали невірний код від замка на двері номера, потім також переплутали номер кімнати. Ми вимушені були бігати між номерами й намагатись ввести невірний код. Але власник був на зв'язку й ми після деякого часу все ж таки отримали вірний код. Біля квартири немає безкоштовної парковки (безкоштовно тільки 10 хв). Й місць для парковки мало, а вулиця вузька... В номері немає телевізора, якщо це комусь важливо. Мені більш важливо, що немає мікрохвильової печі, тобто розігріти їжу можливо на сковорідці. Холодильник дуже маленький, тому не набирайте забагато продуктів. В номері є посуд, але немає ні солі (або ми не знайшли), ні олії для готування - все беріть з собою.

- Katarzyna (5/5): This should not be categorized as airbb if one cannot cook, and should be better cleaned. - I like the fact it was located very close to the FH WIener Neustadt I was deeply disappointed by the fact that I couldn't cook. When one books an airbnb that means will want to cook something to cut on the gastronomy costs and don't eat outside. According to informaton left by the property, the smoke sensors were very sensitive and in case of activation of such sensors the fire brigade would come and I would need to pay for it from my own pocket (EUR 470) !!! The kitchen hood was either very small and invisible or non-existent. I did not take a risk to cook in this place. I would not recommend this place if someone wants to actually use it as airbnb and not a hotel. Bettter to book a hotel for this price. The toilet was terribly dirty. i wouldn't recommend it for this price because it's simply not worth it. I had issues with the retrieval of chips from the box and the number left in the message was not answering..
- Fanni (6/5): Good value for money, but you can ‘t sleep if you are sensitive for noises during the night. - Location, bathroom Bed was uncomfortable. Main door was too noisy, we heard everything from the hallway.
- Susanne (8/5): ruhiges Zimmer in Top-Lage - Lage top am Ende der Fußgängerzone und in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof (ca. 15 Min.) sehr ruhiges Zimmer es gab einen Esstisch und einen Schreibtisch kleine Kochnische das Geschirr und der Herd waren teilweise schmutzig - ich habe abgewaschen, was ich gebraucht habe ich hätte für einen bequemen Sessel auf einen Tisch verzichtet Hocker statt Sessel beim Esstisch

- Fabienne (6/5): - Die größe und grundsätzlich Ausstattung war super. Die Küche war leider nicht sauber. Das Kühlfach im Kühlschrank völlig vereist - dadurch oft überlastet und gebrummt. Und das schlimmste waren die Betten. Die Matratzen sind komplett durchgelegen und man schläft direkt auf den metallfedern. Das war nicht nur unangenehm sondern tat phasenweise wirklich weh😬

- Marija (8/5): - The property contact was amazing,our link for check-in stopped working and they provided us with a new one within minutes. Checkin process was smoothles as the details are amazing so you have every answer you may need. The apartment is in the heart of the city center and the location was very safe,even at night. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The freezer in the fridge does not freeze at all or very bad as whatever we put in it melted, and the shower head was leaking a little bit, but it just needed to be tightened. The worst thing by far was the horrible smell in the apartment building as there were no windows or ventilation, so the smell was unbearable

- Osian (7/5): Clean, reasonably priced single room with good facilities. - The staff were helpful, it was quite good value for money. It was basic but it was what I expected. It had a fridge, a cooker and a private bathroom which was useful. The room was much too hot. The thermostat was at 0, and I couldn't leave the window on a vent due to the window design, and as I was on the ground floor I couldn't leave it open. This meant that I was so warm that I got a headache and couldn't sleep. I imagine these rooms were designed to stay warm during winter. Installing a window that has a vent, or some kind of AC for the summer, would solve this problem. Otherwise, the stay was good.
- Birgit (4/5): - diese Unterkunft ist ein reines Renditeobjekt und wird lieblos behandelt. Alles scheint ziemlich neu zu sein, aber man kann praktisch zusehen, wie es durch Desinteresse abgewirtschaftet wird. Die Toilette war schmutzig als wir ankamen, die Böden waren - wenn überhaupt - mit schmutzigem Wischwasser gewischt, man sah Fußabdrücke von Profilsohlen. Es gibt keinen einzigen Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer, der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Die Matratzen sind schlecht. Es gibt keine Gabel, ein Trinkbecher war schmutzig, der Zahnputzbecher war nicht sauber, es gibt keinen Kochtopf, aber zwei Pfannen. Es gibt keinen Besen, keinen Handfeger, kein Kehrblech. Das Bettzeug war sauber. Die Lage ist super.

Even the bathroom has only one towel rack. There's no refrigerator, just a minibar filled with two bottles of water. There's no internet connection. If you have a laptop, you can only use it with an ADSL cable. There's no staff at the hotel. Everything is handled remotely, via text, email, or password. Long-term guests should bring a towel; towel changes and room cleaning are charged.

- Thomas (6/5): Günstig aber unbequem und zu heiß - Neu renoviert Schönes Bad Für eine Person alles vorhanden Küche und Küchenutensilien gut. Einfacher Zugang auch ohne Personal. Matratze total unbequem Stickig und sehr heiß im Zimmer Fenster können nur komplett geöffnet werden und das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss. Lüftung in der Nacht deswegen unmöglich. Kühlschrank war zu laut.
- Martin (8/5): Velmi dobré - Výborná lokalita v centru města a přesto ticho a klid. Pohodlný velký pokoj. Perfektní čistota. Do uličky před hotelem je zákaz vjezdu. Nevíme, jestli platil i pro nás ubytované a tak jsme to riskli a zaparkovali před hotelem. Žádný problém s policií nebyl.

The toiletries included could've been better (the amount wise).

- Tamta (8/5): A studio apartment with good location at reasonable price - The location of the accommodation was very good as it was very close to the University, it was also very close to main places in the city and it was easy to reach different spots on foot, without need to go by bus or take a taxi. There was no breakfast provided as a kitchen was in the room supplied with necessary things - cuttlery, cups, plates, washing liquid, sponge, paper towel, etc. The room and the bathroom was very clean. On the first day my colleagues and I had a problem with the Internet (the password provided did not work), a new registration online was needed (that I managed to do only at the university next day using university wifi) using the instructions sent by the hosts. The building has tower-like stairs that may not be very convenient to people with big or heavy suitcases. I personally was OK with that.

The toilet was dirty. there was no reaction from the property. the bed was awfully uncomfortable
