Andrey (10/5): - Расположение, очень близко к вокзалу и автовокзалу Юг. Чистая и опрятная квартира 5 этаж без лифта, у нас было много багажа. Но это не проблема, а скорее предупреждение.

Ивелина (10/5): Посетено август 2025 г. - Хареса ми, че имаше много пространство, много място за багаж, повече оставени кърпи и завивки, и дори заредена студена вода в хладилника! Локацията е изключително удобна - близо до Морската градина и главната улица, но далеч от шумотевицата и туристическия поток. Подходящо е за хора с дете. Стаите са големи и поддържани. Домакинята беше изключително любезна и на разположение, когато се наложи. Бих се върнала, ако посетя града отново. Шумно е през нощта от улицата, но прозорците уплътняват добре и на затворено не ни пречеше.

Bülent (9/5): Kendi evinde gibi herşeyi olan bir daire ve güzel konumlu. - Merkezi konumda, çarşıya, plaja yürüme mesafesinde. Ev sahibi kibar bir hanımefendi. İnsanın kendi evinde hissetmesini sağlıyor. Evin arkasında özel otoparkı var, biraz küçük sıkışık ama bizim aracımız küçük olduğu için problem olmadı. Kolay park ettik.Teşekkürler. Evin konumu daha detaylı verilmelidir. Otel gibi ismi olmadığı için verilen konum ile bulmakta zorlandık. Yanından geçtik ama bulamadık.Merkezi yerde olduğu için araç parkı bulmakta zor. Matthew (10/5): Great location for exploring Burgas and surrounding areas - Location was fantastic for exploring, not far from centre, sea garden and also the bus station for surrounding areas A lovely newly renovated apartment, beds were very comfy, air con in both rooms, good kitchen facilities, an all round lovely apartment 4th floor with no lift, no problem for us, but adding this in case any travellers with limited mobility look at it.
