• Andy (9/5): It was a great stay , friendly staff. Clean room. Would go again - The location of the hotel is great and the room was clean, neat and comfortable. Some plugs were not working and the shower leaked a bit. But it was manageable. Also, no toaster at breakfast?

• Thapelo (8/5): GREAT PLACE TO STAY AT WHEN YOU WANT TO GET AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE OF THE CITY LIFE - Breakfast was great was great and delicious. The place was a walking distance to the mall. Generally the place is located in quiet safe neighborhood.
• Pierre (8/5): Covers the basics, clean and neat but re. the setting, "nothing to write home about" - All the basics were covered, and the location relevant to where I needed to be, was good and saved on the usual heavy traffic in Gaborone. Breakfast was good. Lovely and quiet at night.. Safe parking. Clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom door handle in my room 1 was missing and if it closed by accident, I would have been locked in.. (I did notify the property) The dry wall panel next to the toilet as u sit on the rt. was shabby and the paint job spilled onto the tiles and repairs to the panel at the base was off putting.. The shower door is not sealed and water pours out all over the floor when showering... Very basic property with no features or garden to mention...

• Brent (8/5): Very comfortable stay in a great location - Friendly efficient staff. Comfortable room. Had everything that we needed. Good location. Good security. Great breakfast. Quiet area. Door handle on the bathroom was broken & missing rubber on the shower door so it leaked.

• Mtsi (8/5): I'd give it a 9/10 but overall we had a beautiful stay. The change I'd Ike to see is bigger coffee mugs as t - I like the fact that the location is perfect and convenient. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The room that was initially offered wasn't to our satisfaction as the carpet was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, I then requested for a better room and with no issues we got a better room and we were happy.

• Anna (9/5): Super stay! - The staff are exceptionally great including the housekeepers, the chef and the front desk. At the reception, they helped call a cab anytime I needed to go out. The rooms are spacious and super clean, the bathroom was super with a great shower, hot water with good pressure. The beds were comfortable, and the room was well equipped with a good size fridge and a kettle for being water. The lodge is near the Game city mall where there are also supermarkets, clothing shops, restaurants and ATM machines. The place also has good security and one feels safe :) The breakfast was great but there is need of variety, and maybe to add some local Botswana items in the menu.

The garnish was imaginatively different every day, just for fun Sparkling clean with balcony for a sunset drink. Some nice touches like cold bottle of water in the fridge. The TV didn't work properly and air on didn't work in my first room necessitating a change. Some of the appliances seemed a bit tired.

The main receptionist (Gosego) was exceptional!! Some things in the room need repair, some handles in the bathroom and other small things, nothing major.

• Nandi (10/5): WORTH IT!! - I loved how we were given a really spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Best sleep I have had in months really. Breakfast was lovely, although I was a little sad they didn't have muesli but that's okay. The air conditioning was quite old so it didn't really function that well.. other than that nothing at all.

Next time try having more variety and a bit more food because for both days I found that the food was almost finished when I got to breakfast. FIND OUT WHAT THE GUESTS WOULD LIKE TO EAT WHEN BOOKING

• Mo (8/5): Beautiful, clean Lodge close to a shopping mall - We booked a family room (4people). The room was big, it had comfortable double bed and 2 single beds, big bathroom and a balcony. Breakfast was also nice. The Lodge is located in a safe area next to shopping mall. There is no place to sit outside and relax. You are basically stuck in a room if you don't have plans to go out. The space outside can be used for a small garden with relaxing chairs and even a small pool or jacuzzi.
