• Marc (7/5): - De rustige ligging en toch vlot vervoer naar het centrum Ondanks het gratis parkeren in de straat is het wel een kunst om een plaatsje te vinden . Ook opletten met andere chauffeurs die het niet zo nauw nemen bij het parkeren

• Nona (6/5): - Gute Lage – das Zentrum ist nah und auch Busverbindung ebenfalls gut Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe: Die Schlafcouch fühlt sich an wie eine Achterbahn aus Holz – extrem hart, am nächsten Tag hatten wir alle Rückenschmerzen. Schlafen war praktisch unmöglich. Schimmel im Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer (ganze Wände betroffen) rundet das „Erlebnis“ ab. Sauberkeit? Eher nicht – Küche und Geschirr waren alles andere als einladend. Alles wirkt alt, abgenutzt und ungepflegt (inklusive kaputter Tischdecke).

• Aisanat (10/5): - Все было очень чисто, уютно и комфортно. Просторная квартира со всеми удобствами. Буквально заехали и жили, чувствовали себя как дома. Звукоизоляции была хорошая, посторонние звуки мы не слышали. Матрацы и подушки также были комфортные и чистые. Дома пахло приятно. Все было хорошо.
• kiss-wagner (10/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, busszal könnyedén elérhetők a preferált látvanyosságok, az utca végén a Bazilika látható. Kedvezményesebb árú boltok (pl. Conad) gyalogosan kissé messze vannak, de meg tudtuk oldani az étkezést. Alapvető főzési eszközök vannak, de alapanyagok (pl olaj, só, cukor) nincs. Ezt hozzá kell számolni, ha valaki főzni akar. Kávékapszula sem jut minden napra, de cserében volt egy hagyományos kávéfőző is. Néhány ablak nehezen záródott. A falak vékonyak, a szomszédok nem szeretik, ha este 10 után bármilyen zajongás van. Erre az első este után figyeltünk. A tulajdonossal whatsappon tartottuk a kapcsolatot, aki azonnal mindenben segített. Alessandro a portás járt el a nevében. Késői repülővel este 11kor érkezünk, Alessandro engedett be, és ezért nem számoltak fel külön költséget. Jól éreztük magunkat. 3 nagyobb gyerekkel (12, 14, 16) voltunk, elfértünk. A mosogatógéphez folyékony mosogatógépszer bőségesen állt rendelkezésre. A sütő mikroként is használható, ezt csak az utolsó este vettük észre. Megerkezéskor pizzát rendeltünk. A melegítő takaró nem volt frissen mosott

• Angelo (9/5): Ottimo Appartamento! ideale per breve vacanza in tranquillità - Ottimo Appartamento! Il necessario per brevi soggiorni e vivere la vacanza in un ambiente pulito e tranquillo. Ottima anche la posizione, situata in una zona residenziale e tranquilla, facile da raggiungere e ottima per chi vuole visitare Roma. Occorre valutare come si intende spostarsi a Roma.... noi ci siamo spostati con la nostra automobile e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Carlo, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, attento ad ogni mia richiesta ed esigenza. Tutto perfetto.... lo consiglio a tutti!!

• Ulker (4/5): My flight arrived in Rome at night. The host had given us the door codes so we could check in earlie - The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful terrace. It consists of two rooms, and I think it is suitable for families with children (four people: father, mother, two children) The hotel is very far from the city center. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the metro. However, both the hotel and the metro station are located at the top of a steep road. So walking uphill is tiring. You can stay comfortably in this place only if you have your own car.
• Tomasz (7/5): Przestronny apartament w ładnej okolicy - Cicha, czysta, spokojna, bezpieczna okolica. Bardzo miły i pomocny concierge domu. Apartament duży, przestronny, z odrębną sypialnią. Duży aneks kuchenny, dobrze wyposażony. Duży taras z widokiem na ogród. Sprawne: duża lodówka, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy z wkładami. Czystość na odpowiednim poziomie. Do Placu Św. Piotra ok. 30-40 minut pieszo lub ok. 10 minut autobusem. Tuż obok bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony stragan z owocami, warzywami, napojami, wodą itp. Ok. 8 minut pieszo sklepik spożywczy, ok. 15 minut pieszo pizzeria. W łazience jest wychodzące na ogród okno balkonowe, gdzie była zepsuta roleta. Nie było zatem odpowiedniej prywatności w korzystaniu z łazienki i WC. Zgłosiliśmy to opiekunowi apartamentu, odpisał, że zamówił technika, ale przecież okno wychodzi na zieleń, a poza tym cena apartamentu nie jest wysoka. Roleta nie została naprawiona przez 9 dni pobytu. Okno w łazience musieliśmy zasłaniać wieszając ręczniki. W pierwszej połowie listopada nie można było ogrzewać mieszkania w nocy klimatyzacją, gdyż była głośna i przeszkadzała sąsiadce. Opiekun stwierdził, że w Rzymie można ogrzewać mieszkania dopiero od 15 listopada. Głośno działała zmywarka. Sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników była 1 raz w połowie 9-niowego pobytu. Najbliższy autobus 982 jeździ trochę nieprzewidywalnie.

• Spelthann (6/5): - Schöner Balkon, schönes Schlafzimmer, nette, gepflegte Wohnanlage, schöner Park um die Ecke Vatikan zu Fuß erreichbar, Betten im Wohnzimmer unbequem und kurz. Übler Geruch im Badezimmer, Schimmelspuren an Bad- und Schlafzimmerdecke (Vermieter gibt an, diese nach unserer Abreise beseitigt zu haben), Defekte Spülmaschine (soll ebenfalls repariert werden). Mit 5 Personen war die Wohnung eher ungeeignet, zu zweit ist es vermutlich komfortabler. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Berg, oben gibt es einen Bus, der aber nicht so oft fährt, ansonsten muss man relativ weit zur Metro laufen.
