• Sandra Lays (10/5): Very nice apartment. Recommended - Location and quality of the apartment Very difficult to enter the apartment the first time as the instructions were incorrect. A neighbour let us in through main door and then we were able to access the lockbox. If it was middle of the night we would not be able to access the property as communication with host was difficult. They are a company, not an individual

• David (7/5): Buen piso, buena ubicación, pero mucho ruido - El piso estaba genial, y la ubicación era perfecta. El contar con parking propio en pleno centro de Granada era un punto bastante positivo. El ruido… las ventanas no aíslan nada. Es una calle concurrida y se escucha gente halando y caminando hasta altas horas (incluso entre semana). Habíamos leído esto ya en comentarios anteriores, pero como dormimos con tapones no nos suele afectar pero en este caso ni con esas. Las dos primeras noches no dormimos nada (en la habitación con cama de matrimonio). Las demás noches terminamos durmiendo en la habitación interior que tiene una cama infantil (cama nido), para poder descansar.
• Nina (7/5): Super zentrales Apartment für einige Tage in Granada - + super Lage, um alles zu Fuss im Stadtzentrum zu erreichen + sehr geräumig + super Garage fürs Auto - die Fenster sind nicht super Schalldicht und die Gasse vor der Wohnung hat einige Restaurants. eines der Fenster ging auch nicht richtig zu & es hat ständig kalte Lift reingezogen (wir waren im Januar da) - Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, ist es schwierig einen geeigneten Ort zu finden, um das Auto hinzustellen…da man zuerst den Schlüssel für das Garagentor beim Apartment holen muss

• Matteo Caselli (7/5): Grandada è il top dell'Andalusia e l'appartamento in centro con il parcheggio è perfetto. - Appartamento in centro a Granada con parcheggio incluso a un prezzo super competitivo rispetto alla media cittadina. Vicinissimo a tutte le cose da vedere in centro e nel quartiere arabo. Vicinissimo alla fermata del bus per andare a Sacromonte e Alhambra. Circondato da posti in cui mangiare, fare la spesa, comprare souvenir. Frigo grande, ma manca lavatrice e il piano cottura non era perfettamente funzionante. Il tavolo per mangiare stretto e con sgabelli è piaciuto molto alle mie figlie, ma non era proprio comodissimo. Il bagno c'è il bidet che per noi italiani è un plus. La comunicazione con l'host è stata un po' tanto difficoltosa, pur essendo chiare le indicazioni per accedere ad appartamento e garage, il fatto di dover dialogare sempre e solo con l'AI di wazzap non è stato il massimo, soprattutto nel momento in cui in casa era freddo e avevamo bisogno di alzare il riscaldamento al massimo per una mezz'oretta per scaldare, poi avremmo riabbassato. Così come l'apertura della porta da remoto, che non è stata prorpio immediata al contatto, ed eravamo sotto la pioggia. In generale non ritengo buono non avere nemmeno un numero da chiamare in caso di emergenze o problematiche difficli da risolvere in autonomia nell'appartamento. Il rumore dalla strada c'è, ma d'inverno non era tanto e noi comunque eravamo stanchi dalle giornate in giro e dormivamo della grossa.

• Sira (10/5): Piso muy coqueto con muy buena hubicacion. - La ubicación es muy buena, el que tenga parking en esa zona es una maravilla y además el piso está muy bonito reformado y agradable. Es perfecto para familias, ya que el segundo dormitorio es más pequeño y tiene una cama nido que la de abajo es tipo montesori. Nosotros fuimos en familia y a mi hijo le encantó la forma de entrar que parece un scape room abriendo el portal desde el móvil y luego poniendo la clave en una caja para poder coger las llaves, pero la verdad que es muy cómodo. Las ventanas no aíslan nada del ruido, se puede escuchar las conversaciones de cualquiera que pase cerca

• Gabriele (4/5): - Die Lage war perfekt. Ohne fremde Hilfe war es nicht möglich zur Key Box zu kommen. Telefonisch war eine Stunde lang niemand erreichbar. Das Online Check in war missverständlich. Die Klimaanlage war nicht einstellbar. Die Fenster undicht, also kalt und laut.

• Joanna (8/5): Muy recomendable - Excelente ubicación. Muy cómodo y lindo. Excelente que tenga estacionamiento en un lugar tan céntrico Bastante mala la conexión a wifi. Es complicado llegar al estacionamiento. No tiene ninguna señalética. Y cómo se necesitan las llaves, fue bastante caótica la llegada, y sentí que no nos ayudaron lo rápido que necesitábamos. Creo que es importante más claridad para la llegada

• Giuseppe (7/5): Struttura buona ma pessima comunicazione. - Posizione centrale. Stanza pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Buono il parcheggio interno privato. Accoglienza pessima. Abbiamo richiesto il check in leggermente anticipato in quanto avevamo una visita programmata e ci è stato detto di no. Sul posto, l'addetta, mentre ci stava fornendo le indicazioni ci ha attaccato il telefono in faccia (in quanto noi non riuscivamo a sentirla bene) e non ci ha più risposto. Per entrare nella camera sembra dover fare una caccia al tesoro. Ci è stato addirittura fornito il codice di sblocco del lucchetto, per poter prendere la chiave, errato. Morale della favola visita prenotata e pagata andata persa in quanto per accedere alla camera ci è voluto mezz'ora. Stesso discorso al check out. Prima apri il cancello del box poi devi risalire al piano per posare la chiave sotto lucchetto, dovendo quindi lasciare incustodito mezzo e bagagli.

• Jinane (7/5): Good - The location is super duper excellent . In the center , you can reach all destinations within the city by walking . Cathedrale of Granada is just next to the appartment. The appartment is clean The building is securized and u feel safe. The information given was not complete . Althought the owner sends us a detailed videos, but it seems is an old one, it is the graffiti on the door parking was changed No one mention where was the keys of the parking. Also it is not indicated which bldg or floor us the appartment because it is a huge center with 5 bldgs. I have to say when i call the owner he helped me , but it is more convenient to mention all these details before

The parking spot is confusing, it's on the -2 level in one elevator and the -3 level in another, also it's not possible to reach the apartment directly from the garage, only via an external door. After warning the administration that they should mention that the parking spot is on the "green" level, they put a sign to identify it.

• Wicky (9/5): Comfortabel Apartment with garage in a beautiful part of Granada - The beautiful apartment had space and was light . Big rooms , Nice furniture and a good bathroom and kitchen . We also like that this apartment was near to the Arabic part of the town with very nice restaurants and a very good vibe in the little streets . This apartment has a garage under the building .. although we did not use it , we like to tell it to the other people who are thinking to book this apartment .. because it is in the middle of the town , the garage COULD be very comfortabel . The owner from the apartment service earplugs & eye masks , that’s very hospitality We got a key for the garage ( by the key check in self service ) and the key didn’t work . We phoned the number we had and they proposed us to use a garage in the neighbourhood . They promised us to pay the parking ticket back . They did but it was not immediately like they promised us , I have send them several times a message and they did not give a reaction .. I am so sorry to tell because the apartment was so perfect and the parking , that was the reason why we have booked the apartment could be perfect if a key is working .

Unable to use the parking as it was said to be flooded but i saw a lot of cars there so i dont know, i had to spend an extra 40e for parking. The appartment was freezing and the heating did not work. Impossible to get in touch with anyone to help. Even through booking assistance. Especially bad as my parents were sick with fever.

• Cardoso (10/5): We really enjoyed Granada. The location of the apartment was perfect for walking purposes. - The location was excellent. Very central and you can walk to tons of cafes and shops. The property had parking available in a garage located about a half block away. If you have a car in the area, there are many streets that you are not allowed to drive on, especially the older streets. It was a bit confusing, and we ended up ubering to a few of the landmarks we wanted to visit. They have cameras everywhere and will issue tickets starting at about $200 euros if you end up driving on the wrong streets.

• Alexander (4/5): Nice accommodation, poor management - The location is superb and the room itself is quite nice. It is clean and well-maintained. Although couple of things were missing it was OK for one night stay. It was noisy at night but, I guess it comes with the "territory" being located in the old town. The check-in experience was terrible. 1. The agent failed to contact us through Booking.com to let us know about the check-in process. When we arrived we spent an hour looking for the location while parked on the side of the road on the narrow street under stress trying to get in touch with the agent. Finally they got back to us and told us that we have to fill out a long and clunky form which we did on our laps, still parked in a prohibited spot under stress. 2. When we called they told us how to pick up the keys from the lock box. To our surprise the keys were not in the box!!! The agent has arrived shortly and assisted with everything including showing us the exact parking spot, but two hours we could have spent resting and sightseeing were wasted. At that point we thought that the worst was over... 3. The worst part came the next morning when we came to pick up the car. We were greeted by angry notes left on the windshield and then the authors of the notes who explained to us that we parked in their spot. It appears that the agent knowingly showed us a parking spot that belonged to another business. Dealing with the agents has ruined for us the entire experience. I would recommend staying in this property if it wasn't for the check-in/check-out experience.
