• Iryna (5/5): I will never return to this place again. - The neighbourhood was ok. We were given instruction on how to collect the key, but when we arrived, the box was empty. Approximately in 20 minutes, ladies arrived and started cleaning the apartment. So we had to wait. It was also a sign that the apartment was not ready for our arrival, which was a disappoint.

• Mireia (6/5): Alojamiento normal - Cabe destacar la ubicación, recomendaciones de restaurantes y la comodidad del colchón de matrimonio La casa no está exactamente como parece en las fotos, la casa es vieja y por ello recomendaría una puesta a punto. Habían lámparas sin colocar, bombillas por usar… También cabe indicar que la calle en la que se encuentra es de pendientes MUY pronunciada por lo que no lo recomiendo para alguien en silla de ruedas o con carrito .
• Charlotte (7/5): Appartement sans charme mais bien placé - Très bon emplacement Calme Literie confortable Le rapport qualité prix est assez médiocre La salle de bain est minuscule et doit dater des années 70. La porte est cassée et ne se ferme pas L’équipement de la cuisine est assez sommaire Le parking décrit n’existe pas il faut se garer dans la rue ce qui n’est pas tjs simple. Le propriétaire répond au message uniquement quand ça l’arrange. Communication très difficile

• Spanish traveller (10/5): - La ubicación, perfecta para unos días en Santander, aparcamos el coche en la puerta, y pudimos ir a la playa dando un paseo. La cocina muy bien equipada, la cama doble muy cómoda, mucho espacio para colocar las cosas. La vista desde la habitación permitía ver el mar al fondo, y desde la zona común da a un pequeño jardín muy silencioso. La comunicación con la propiedad fue correcta. El problema con la puerta del baño, que no dudo solucionarán para futuros huéspedes.
• Sheri (8/5): Great apartment, stunning location but a bit noisy with a festival and local dogs yapping. - The location was excellent - just a short walk to the beach. Certainly not the fault of the apartment but it was very noisy with a festival and fireworks going off in Santander plus there seemed to be a lot of noisy dogs in the building and elsewhere.
