- Leonardo Javier (1/5): - Nada El lugar queda súper mejor de la zona céntrica , el señor que nos llevó en el carro dijo que era peligroso que no saliéramos en la noche, vimos hasta una pelea callejera, no estaban buenas las vías de acceso, no hay tiendas cerca solo llegan dos restaurantes al lugar y la comida es horrible por lo menos a uno que pedimos, el señor que nos resolvió nada amable y su cara era brava no puedes comer en la habitación, la señora nos hizo comer afuera en una silla ahí osea ni en los hilton prohíben eso, la cama era dura, aparte la habitación según tenia vista a la playa y en la ventana había un cartón tapándola por completo la plata es fea y además pasa gente rara en motos da miedo, y por cuestiones tuvimos que venir nos antes solo pasamos una noche y gestionamos para la devolución del dinero y no nos devolvieron nada ya dos meses de eso aparte de todo ladrones si tienen la oportunidad de quedarse así no lo hagan por favor.

Específicamente el señor moreno que no sabe tratar a los huéspedes e incluso en una ocasión se fue del lugar por más de media hora y a parte de nuestro grupo nos dejo afuera expuestos a un robo y a otros encerrados sin avisar. Además de esto la actitud prepotente que siempre maneja, me gustó mucho el lugar pero tienen que buscar gente que de verdad quiera y sepa trabajar con el turismo. Me quería quedar varios días y solamente me quede dos por este sujeto.

- Adriana (2/5): - Cuando llegamos nos toco esperar a que una persona nos atendiera para continuar con la reserva ya que la persona que se encontraba en ese momento no tenía conocimiento. No nos brindaron los útiles de aseo mencionados en la reserva. La piscina es pequeña y deja una sensación a baboso una vez que la utilizas El baño es compartido, tenían una reunión por lo cual se nos dificultó utilizar el baño ya que siempre estaba ocupado No cuentan con parqueadero privado tal como lo mencionan, el carro se parquea en la calle No hay enchufe cerca de la cama El alojamiento no acepta pagos con tarjeta de crédito, la única forma es mediante transferencia o pago en efectivo

Pero está bastante deteriorado el hostal, humedad y no nos cambiaron de lugar, en la página decía que un trayecto al aeropuerto era gratis y allá salieron que no. Para ir a Bocagrande o centro los taxis costosísimos. La piscina sin mantenimiento. Terrible. Los baños compartidos 😕 Nada

- Huraike (8/5): The place is beautiful though if you have better luck with the weather. - The staff was so friendly and the environment is nice. We could use the kitchen to cook our meals and the pool is a nice place to relax and meet others. The down side is that when there’s a power outage, the windowless rooms are unbearable. We couldn’t sleep at all and I ended up sleeping on the floor in the lobby around 3am because the heat and mosquitoes in the room was just torturous.

The air conditioning worked well ironically The photos are old. The pool has lots of broken tiles. We hired the balcony room as well as 2 others for family to stay after the passing of my mother in law There was no water to have a shower. After using the toilet we discovered the toilet didn’t work. Colombian locals (my in laws)didn’t feel safe staying there. It was a long taxi ride to get anything or go anywhere food drinks restaurant anything.

- Max (8/5): Very good - Less than 1 minute walk to the beach the room was clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a ways away from the city centre and there’s not much around at night, but it’s easy to get a cab to town.

They say twin room but you get a tiny shared room. There is no mirror at the bathroom to shave. You need to go to the living room for a mirror to shave!

Close to the beach, far from the noise. - The staff is amazing, Melissa and Orlando make sure you have everything you need, they help you with taxis and are always alert to your arrival to the city. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the beach a far from the caos of the city center The room I stayed in has a window and everyone on the ground floor can see you. So there is no privacy, I would suggest a darker black out or similar
- שירלי (9/5): Superb - Orlando and Melissa were amazing! They helped me from the moment I booked the hostel until I left. Good breakfast- eggs with sausage, an apple on the side and fresh juice or coffee. Above the bathroom there's a window without a curtain, above it there's a balcony that overlooks exactly at the location of the toilet. Rain came in through the bathroom window even when it was closed. There are no other windows in the room.
