• Kestutis (9/5): - We found this flat last minute because our plane was cancelled. It was very clean, well looked after and reasonably priced. The host was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for local tavernas. We really appreciated it and would stay here again.

• Romina (10/5): Insgesamt ist es weiter zu empfehlen - Der Gastgeber ist Mega freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und gesprächig. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist super sauber, sehr groß. Die zwei Schlafräume sind super, oft hat man das nicht. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort, da wir nach der Landung einen Schlafplatz gebraucht haben. Flughafen ist sehr nah und dafür mega geeignet. Die Lage war nicht besonders.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Super mieszkanie i bardzo udany pobyt - Serdecznie polecam to mieszkanie na wakacje w okolicach Pafos. Apartament był pięknie urządzony, bardzo funkcjonalny i w pełni wyposażony. Do dyspozycji były dwie sypialnie, salon, kuchnia, łazienka oraz taras, co zapewniało dużą wygodę. Świetna lokalizacja — blisko sklepy, niedaleko lotnisko oraz centrum Pafos. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny, zawsze chętny do kontaktu. Idealne miejsce na spokojny i komfortowy pobyt. -

• Katalin (10/5): - The flat is very spacious and very well-designed, was clean and the host was also very helpful and nice. We only had a one night stay as we had an early flight next morning - the flat is close to the airport, thats also an advantage :)

• Julie (9/5): I loved the apartment. Andreas was a gracious, friendly and helpful host. - A beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated. The art work was an unexpected bonus. All the facilities I could have asked for were provided. The sun room was gorgeous. A little niggle was the small step in the bathroom. It took me a while to remember that it was there because it blends in so much with the rest of the floor. I twisted my ankle a few times on the first day until I learned to remember that it was there. It’s by no means a complaint - it’s an observation that the step could be made more obvious to first time guests. I’ll know it’s there in future.

• Andre (10/5): All good! - Long story short: everything was perfect! I picked the place for easy access to the airport in the early morning. So, I’m rating the location based on my priorities! Just make sure your expectations for the immediate surroundings aren’t something else. Otherwise, you really can’t go wrong with Nikolas and Persefoni Flats!

• Vanja (6/5): It is ok for a one-night stay because it’s close to the airport. - The appartment is very big and has nice bohemian style of decoration. It is comfortable and spacious but needs some better maintaince. Location is convenient only if you have an early morning flight. There were construction works across the street, the windows in all the rooms didn’t lock completely and if there was wind you could hear constant noise. It is close to the main road which means that it is super loud in the evenings, even late in the night, the lock on main door of the building is rusty and we needed quite some time and nerves to unlock. The rug on the floor in the living room needs deep cleaning because you can feel the grease and dirt when walking barefoot. And when washing hands in the bathroom, water stays in that small sink for an hour so you need to be carefull how frequently you use it to prevent leaking.

Super central, super clean, quiet and an EXCEPTIONAL Host that greeted us with a smile and helped us get settled. Also knew the area very well and booked a table for us at a local restaurant where the food and service were absolutely great. We will definitely be back. Thank you Andrea! Nothing to mention! It was all great! and we loved our stay!

Excellent host, very welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful flat inside, lovely decor and lots of interesting furnishings. Exceptionally clean & comfortable. Would have liked to have stayed longer! • Debbie (10/5): We only came for a one night stay but we would definitely stay longer if we had to, it was a great overnight stay and we - The property was bright and airy, clean, very comfortable. The decor was also fantastic. Good spacious bedrooms. Easy to navigate. Our host Andreas was absolutely fantastic. This was my first time travelling alone with my children so I was nervous, but he was so helpful and friendly I felt at ease. We couldn’t get the tv to work properly, but we were not there for that so it didn’t matter. The surrounding area was not scenic, but again that takes nothing away from the apartment itself.

Our flight was delayed over and over again but the apartment host stayed up unito; gone midnight to meet us and give us the keys. The rooms were much bigger than we expected with views out of 3 sides of the property and balconies. On site free parking and nearby stores with long opening hours were really helpful. We visit Cyprus a few times a year and will be looking for this apartment again in the future.
