• Olwyn (1/5): The stay was horrible i would not recommend the hotel to any black person on business - The property was clean and comfortable the day we arrived For The duration of the stay the cleaning staff never cleaned our room not even to make the bed . They also removed our luggage and put it out side such that it was damaged by the rain . They never told us they didnt want goods at the premises as we were booked for 13 nights . To my discretion i think they did all this because we were black .

• Pawel (10/5): Great stay - I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The reception team were absolutely fantastic — very welcoming, professional, and always helpful with anything I needed. Room service was superb: fast, friendly, and high quality. Every request was handled perfectly and with a great attitude. The laundry service also deserves special mention — efficient, well-organised, and delivered exactly as promised. Overall, the level of service across the hotel was outstanding. You can really feel that the staff care about guest comfort. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

• TRAN HUY THANG (7/5): - Staffs were helpful even though they don't speak english This hotel doesn't have the license to host foreigners, so you will need to go to the police station to register for your stay --- which is annoyning. The bed in the standard room is extremely small, so I suggest booking a higher option room. You can do this at the hotel and pay ~50 RMB/day.
• Nadezhda (2/5): Отвратительно. Не думала, что отели этой сети могут быть так ужасны(( - Понравилось, что дали возможность выехать чуть позже, чем было запланировано выселение. Постельное белье хорошее 1) грязно 2) номера просто убитые - на что был ответ, что номера все такие, ведь отелю уже 8 лет. Поэтому все плохо. С этим ничего не делают и не планируют. 3) еда на завтраке - не очень. В первый день персонал в целом мешал завтракать. Подходишь к блюду - парень прям перед носом, толкается и ему нужно именно сейчас обновить порции. Он не может пропустить клиента вперед. 4) звукоизоляция - отвратительная. Кроме того, везде стоит треск электричества, не думаю, что это вообще безопасно. От треска я просыпалась каждое утро. 5) шторы до конца не закрываются. 6) воняет грязными тряпками и уставшим отелем.

• Enkhbilguun (7/5): The rooms are very comfortable but the breakfast cleaning staff and the hallway smell needs to be taken care of. - The room was very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was working very well without any bad smells inside the room. The toilet and the shower is very spacious as well. The cleaning lady inside the restaurant is very loud during breakfast. She just throws utensils really loud to the utensils cart. Therefore making the environment uncomfortable while eating!!! The 13th floor hallway smells musty and bad. The hallway needs air conditioning. The room 1321's toilet seat was not aligned. I wish there was toothbrush and toothpaste with hair comb.
