• Shahed (1/5): Horrible. Location seems unsafe too. - Nothing, didn’t get access to it The location and the owners were difficult to reach out to. We called and messaged them multiple times but got no response. We showed up, and still no reply
• Nikita (1/5): I strongly advise against it - It looks like a goddamn bunker. Absolutely nothing works in the apartment. Water is boiling in which it is impossible to wash. The air conditioner does not work well. The apartment looks awful and unkept. The clothes dryer does not work in any room. Staff said we could stay until 12, eventually another person said we had to check out at 10
• Ak (4/5): Disappointing - No of rooms We were quite disappointed with our stay at your property. The WiFi was not working, the room heaters were ineffective, and the air conditioning & it's remote did not function properly. Despite informing your manager the next day, the issues remained unresolved. Overall, our experience did not meet expectations, and we did not feel it was worth the stay. We hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements for future guests.
• Del (4/5): Glad to have had this lodging. The confusion involved is troublesome. - Our hosts responded to our requests with help with the AC but our opinion is that the units have not been serviced and porformed poorly with 3 of the four bedrooms being hot. The windows would have been a satisfactory alternative but they were without screens and the street noise was vibrant and exciting but made sleep difficult. There was confusion over the use of credit card for payment and this continues as I have messages from Booking.com about cancellation of the reservation. I reacted to this question of how payment was to made months ago at the time of making the reservation and was told there would be no problem paying for this lodging by credit card; this was not so and the outcome was additional expense and effort. described in detali above
