• Samuel (8/5): Lovely staff and a good spot - Very welcoming and easy text messaging prior to check in! Comfy bed and ensuite I stayed next door to a permanent resident who sounded a bit sick, but it is a caravan park so you pick up on those things.

• Lucy (9/5): Lovely friendly and comfortable place to stay on the lake - Lovely staff and very friendly vibe at Paradise Palms. We stayed a week and felt like part of the community! The newer cabins are pretty nice and have everything you need- except not all of them had an outside shade area or table and chairs to sit at. The walk along the lake to town is gorgeous and the bbq area, pool and jetty are a lovely area to sit and enjoy the quiet and beautiful surrounds. small bedroom and bed for someone who is large or a couple.

• Andrea (3/5): Lovely spot but will never stay again due to clientele. - Location was lovely and close to everything we needed to access. The staff were helpful and apologetic about our experience. The clientele at the park (I’m assuming long term resident). We caught someone letting down our car tyres. When we confronted them they said he was management for the park and we were parked illegally (there was no parking next to our cabin as it was taken by a pile of mulch on one side and a caravan and someone else’s car on the other - in cabin 10). We were parked alongside a fence and definitely not blocking access to anything. He said we were going to be fined and to move our car immediately. We did, however, it caused damage to our tyre as it was driven out with flat. Questioned park manager in the morning and he assured us it was not anyone who worked there. The park refunded our accomodation cost and were very apologetic. Not entirely their fault but probably could have been avoided had there been the parking available that was advertised. Be wary of the residents if you intend to stay here.

• Redmond (7/5): Pacific Palms weekend - Close to the pool and lake. Really helpful staff. Someone was parked in my space and no parking was available so I was delayed unpacking and missed an event I was planning to attend. The office staff came down to find out who had put their trailer in my space and kindly asked them to move. They did not move for a long time . It was not the fault of the staff. Good value for 2 separate bedrooms. The microwave was filthy inside. The rest of the cabin was very clean . The lighting was a bit grim and the artwork made it look faded and sad. The cupboards with crockery were too high to reach without standing on our eskie . This is a risk. There were lipstick traces on the wine glass. The fridge was missing parts and did not have a holder to keep bottles and milk cartons standing .

• Lynda (7/5): Convenient for what I needed, the cabin I moved to was really clean and comfortable. - At my request I was moved to a nicer cabin nearer to the lake. I appreciate that the office manager took her time to make sure I was comfortable and in the type of cabin that I had booked. The breeze from the lake was lovely and the section I moved to was quieter and shady. I booked a studio cabin but was given a one bedroom cabin that was really outdated and a little shabby to be honest. It was in the long term resident area at the road end of the park away from the lake. The pictures on my booking showed a neat and tidy newer looking cabin.

There was a mango tree above us and it continued to let down fruit on the roof in the rain waking us up (the weather was not their fault).

• Abhishek (5/5): It was a great experience and value for money, if the property owner made an arrangement for the remote for the fan. - The property is clean, and was easy to use all the amenities. I was staying on cabin 8, the fan was not working. I asked for instructions how to turn it on. I tried the way it was instructed. But i came to know that the remote was faulty. I asked her replace and no reply from the property owner. No arrangement was made. It was damn hot that day due to that fire issue throughout the state and the AC was not that efficient which was placed in living room.

• Lindsay (4/5): Disappointing stay in terms of cleanliness - Nice location on the lake and nice pool which our children enjoyed. Cleanliness of the room could be improved. Ceiling fans were covered in dust, corners were dirty and dusty. We had no confidence in the state of cleanliness of the floors etc. Park is generally a bit rundown.

Another occupant as leaving, hit the rear of out car and smashed break lights and huge scrape in tailgate, due to little to no space for caravans to exit safely. Wouldn't stay here again.

• Sallie (8/5): A nice spot to relax and soak up the salt water - Absolute waterfront, great fishing and relaxing spot. I visit frequently and always enjoy my time away Other guests were on occasion loud and parents not watching their children. Multiple times I had to move children out the way of reversing cars and playing on the boat ramp. This is no reflection on the park though. The staff are great.

• Leonie (9/5): - Location is beautiful and close to town centre. The view at waterfront was gorgeous We got to cabin and we had people parking there cars right up to our front door. Also on other side the visitors had there chairs backed up against out cabin wall. Wasn't too much of a problem because we were heading out so not in the cabin much however a casevof an extended stay it would .
