• Martina (7/5): - Kladne hodnotíme najma polohu, z jednej strany more a z druhej hory. Taktiež blízkosť a veľkosť parkoviska. Výhľad na more super, z najvyššieho poschodia. Taktiež ako plus hodnotím bazén a prostredie. V prvom rade je veľkým mínusom zly matrac - zrejme tak vyležaný, že sa doň doslova človek zaborí a pre spanie dosť nepohodlný. Niekto už o tomto matraci písal v recenziách, mysleli sme si, že majiteľ tento nedostatok odstránil. Nakoniec som si rozložila sedačku a spala na nej. Ak by tam nebola, tak sa zrejme ani nevyspím. Mínusom je tiež slabé vybavenie kuchyne, chýbajúca utierka, pripadne kuchynské utierky.. Pre 13 poschodie a nízke zábradlie balkóna neodporúčam rodine s malými deťmi. V kúpeľni vŕzgajúce dvere a kľučka odpadáva - tiež to bolo uz v recenziách spomínané, žiaľ nedostatky neboli odstránené. Všetky apartmany majú mreže na oknách, tuná mreže chýbajú a okná sa dajú zvonka ľahko otvoriť - takže ak ma niekto drahšie veci, je na zvážení vybrať si tento apartmán.

• Anass (10/5): - Really Nice studio in Benalmádena. Clean, with all the basic equipment you need. The balcony faces the sea and the view is really great. There’s a washing machine and the place is generally well equipped. I didn’t cook, but the studio has everything needed if you want to prepare meals. Communication was quick and I received the access details without any delay, so the check-in was easy. Overall, a great place to stay. N/A

• PRASOON (8/5): - The apartment itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The highlight of the stay was its excellent location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops—as well as the lovely view from the balcony. The apartment number was not provided at the time of booking. Only a booking confirmation and a PIN were shared, which created the impression that the apartment details would be provided upon arrival after entering the PIN. However, there was no one available at the property to assist, leaving us stranded. As a result, we had to spend nearly two hours contacting Booking.com customer support before finally receiving the apartment number. Additionally, the process of accessing the keys and opening the lock was unnecessarily cumbersome and frustrating—especially after a long journey when guests need rest. Providing clear, step-by-step instructions on how to retrieve the keys and operate the lock in advance would significantly improve the overall experience.

• Katie (10/5): 10/10 Great holiday - We loved our stay! The view is absolutely stunning you couldn't get a better one . The apartment is beautifully decorated and everything is absolutely spotless. The apartment is in a great location. Our host was extremely friendly and welcoming.

• Drwal (9/5): - Bardzo udany pobyt w Aloha Playa España. Apartament czysty, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony. Lokalizacja świetna – blisko plaży, sklepów i restauracji, a jednocześnie spokojna okolica. Wszystko zgodne z opisem, kontakt z obsługą bezproblemowy. Jedynym drobnym minusem był brak ekspresu do kawy, ale być może mam po prostu trochę za duże wymagania 😉 Poza tym naprawdę nie mam do czego się przyczepić. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę ponownie!
• Sufian (1/5): - This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty when we arrived, and during our 3-day stay it was not properly cleaned at all. The towels were never changed, and basic housekeeping was completely lacking. On top of that, the maid was very rude, which made the situation even more unpleasant. The only positive thing about this hotel is the view — unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the poor cleanliness and service. I would not recommend staying here.

• Giulia (8/5): Tolle Aussicht, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit tollen Bad. Unglaubliche Aussicht vom möblierten Balkon und schön sauber. Liegt auch direkt am Meer und zentral um mit den Bus in die Stadt zufahren. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Gebäude hat einen Sicherheitsdienst, man fühlt sich somit auch abends sehr sicher. Dass man die Pools mit nutzen kann, macht die Wohnung zu einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Bett war SEHR durchgelegen. Die Matratzen haben schon Mulden, in die man wieder rutscht und man sinkt sehr tief ein. Ein Lattenrost gibt es nicht. Das Schlafsofa ist bequem, war aber nicht bezogen. Für drei Personen gibt es außerdem kaum Ablagefläche. Es können nicht alle Handtücher aufgehangen werden und im Schrank sind nicht genug Bügel. Zwei Rollen Klopapier und ein einziger Müllsack für eine ganze Woche zu Dritt ist auch ein bisschen wenig.

• Kristjan (9/5): Nice little place to stay. - Nice apartement with a great sea view on the top floor. Personally I dont really recomend for families with kids in case you want some private time with your partner but enough space for a family of 4 (2 kids + 2 adults), you get what you see on the pictures. Nice little kitchen corner with all the tools to make food. Not very far from the sea, Marina or the supermarkets (Lidl, Dia or a 3rd one between those 2 that i rather not name). Good pool and pool area, some restrictions there but overall no issues, might get growdy. Good working air conditioning over the front door (some water occasionally drips from it outside the door). Nothing really bad to say about this apartment. Some small things: Keep in mind that on the balcony you never alone. The toilet door was a bit squeeky but fixed it with some oil. Toilet paper holder might need some work done. The front door opens with turning the key a bit so hold the handle and dont push it open, saw some mark on the wall so be careful since there is nothing that stops it from slamming into the wall (some drift may occur if the balcony door is open while opening the front door). The bathroom/toilet window lock might need some work, wasnt really concerned myself but you never know. No extra toilet paper or trashbags for us.

Free parking place near the apartm Does not have a coffee machine The owner does not speak english. Not about the apartment, but about the city. Staying in Benalmadena when Malaga or Marbella are so close is like staying in the countryside.
