Well looked after home. - Location Neighbouring house were a little noisy the adults don’t seem to care their kids at 8am we’re racing up and down the shared driveway on a scooters yelling out to each other and people inside their house. We counted 13 people leaving the property one of the days! Minor detail but no mirrors to get ready in the bedrooms. Just on bathrooms. Just a little minor detail when all trying to get ready so a few mirrors in bedrooms would help (especially long full length would be great)
Terence (4/5): Nice location - Great location: walking distance to Cowes, beach and walking tracks. The photo doesn't show the other units that sandwiches it. Dealing with the designated property manager, O'Brien Real Estate was a poor experience. They've effectively created a short term agreement where it's up to their discretion to withhold the bond for seemingly anything left in an untidy state, so the first order of business upon arrival was to take pictures, videos to support a thorough inspection before being able to relax. Even with such "clauses", there were 2 wonky toilet seats, and the previous guests left the dishwasher filled but thankfully cleaned. The bond is auto-extracted from your credit card + surcharged within a business day, I had to ask for its return after waiting without notification for a week. Value for money is low for the price paid. Wish the kitchen was better stocked with condiments and sharper knives (or something to sharpen them with).
