• Rima (10/5): Lovely stay, perfect host! - The apartment is everything you need and more - very clean, in the Blloku area (so very central, near all the bars and boutiques). The facilities are as described, the host was super helpful and kind, the check in and check out process very simple and overall, I would definitely stay again. The only downside is the staircase but only if you have very heavy luggage or cannot climb stairs for some other health related reason - however, the stairs are very low, so no worries, they’re worth climbing :)

• Gillian (10/5): An exceptional property, in a fabulous location and the host was very helpful and always on hand to help. - The property was in a great location, very clean and well appointed. There was no black out blind / curtain in the bedroom, and the traffic was noisy ( that’s all part of being in a city not the apartments fault).
• Mariam (9/5): Perfect location and host - Incredible host: really communicative and helpful. Great location and great facilities. Walkable to everywhere in the city! The curtains in the bedroom weren’t dark enough so take an eye mask. There was a lot of noise from outside but obviously this is not in the control of the apartment but just a heads up.

• Manish Kalika (9/5): Perfecte plek om Tirana te verkennen vanuit een mooi en schoon appartement. - Perfecte locatie midden in het bruisende hart van de wijk Blloku. Vele bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Goede communicatie met de host, zowel van tevoren als tijdens het verblijf. De kamer is mooi en ruim ingericht met alle faciliteiten van dien. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto, taxi en/of bus. Het zijn geen erge dingen, maar een verbeterpunt kan de douchecabine zijn. Deze is open aan de kant waar de wc & bidet zijn, waardoor het water die kan op kan spetteren als je de verkeerde kant op staat. Een ander verbeterpunt is de deur van het Franse balkon die lichtjes tocht. Hierdoor kan het in de lente/winter wel koud worden in de nacht.

• Tyrone (10/5): Great stay and goid host who was willing to help at anytime - The property was very clean and situated in a great location only ten minutes walk from city Centre and all shop super markets are in walking distance. Wasn’t enough pots and pans, one frying pan and one pot.

Cleanliness was poor, mattress uncomfortable, shower leaked into bedroom and kitchen, bathroom door handle was broken, and there was not enough hot water. We booked for 3 nights but stayed only 1 night. We were charged more than the price for that night, and instead of apologizing, they tried to make us pay extra. Highly unsatisfactory. ✅

• Monique (10/5): Schoon en net appartement op perfecte locatie - Perfecte locatie op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden in Tirana. Ruime badkamer met geweldige douche. Prima bed. Behulpzame host. We hebben hem niet persoonlijk ontmoet maar via WhatsApp was hij goed bereikbaar en heel behulpzaam. Hoofdkussen was te dik voor mij. Een handdoek en droogdoek in de keuken zou fijn geweest zijn.

• Urte (10/5): Absolute gem in the centre of Tirana! - While seems like this place is hard to find, when you enter it - you are hit by the biggest surprise possible. Flat is absolutely amazing - comfortable bed and pillows, nice living room, small but very cosy and well equipped kitchen, good pressure shower. POWERFUL air con makes you feel like you reached oasis after +40C outside. Washing machine and dryer was an additional bonus for this! And then - you step out of the flat and all the town is reachable by hand! You are in Bloku with all the food and nightlife, but also short walk from the old town. Unexpected find, where we said, if we ever back to Tirana, this is the only place we are staying in!

• Montserrat (10/5): Estancia estupenda en Tirana - En general me ha gustado todo, es muy nuevo y está decorado con mucho gusto, la cama y la almohada geniales y eso que es difícil de conseguir que eche de menos las mías .Los anfitriones son extraordinarios nos ayudaron con la localización la madrugada se nuestra llegada y nos informaron se un párking bastante económico y cercano donde dejar el coche por la noche Recomendable totalmente. Me ha gustado todo pero aihe se ponerle una pega, podría ser que hay que subir muchas escaleras, pero todo lo demás está excelente.
• Patricia (9/5): A property that feels you are in a boutique hotel in a great area with bars, cafes and restaurants - After travelling around Albania and staying in several properties I can say that The ABC flat was by far the best we stayed. The flat was very well decorated, with new appliances and great lighting. It was modern with A/C in the whole place and a great shower/bathroom. The building is a bit old and you might be worry about how the flat looks like but once inside you feel in a boutique hotel place. The location is perfect with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around so you don't need to move much with your car The only thing was that the flat was at the top of the building and no lift so for people with large luggage like us of mobility issues it might be a challenge. Also the car parking around is quite expensive but our host gave us a good recommendation of a car parking near by (about 15 mins walking) with a very reasonable price so you need to take this into consideration when booking

• Siefke (9/5): - Wir waren für 3 Nächte in Tirana und rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das späte Einchecken (nach Mitternacht) war völlig problemlos – sehr angenehm nach einer langen Anreise. Die Unterkunft ist modern und geschmackvoll gestaltet, alles wirkte neu und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ideal: Zahlreiche Bars, Kneipen und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, und auch sonst lässt sich alles Wichtige in Tirana bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Zimmer angenehm ruhig – vom Trubel draußen hat man nichts mitbekommen. Das Zimmer entsprach auch genau den Fotos, was heutzutage leider nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Es war sauber, gut organisiert, und wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts nichts zu beanstanden. Eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Hippe buurt, centraal gelegen. Lekkere restos in de buurt op wandelafstand. Moeilijk te vinden ondanks uitleg van gastheer. Vooral doordat we nog geen data hadden bij aankomst aan de luchthaven maar daar kan de gastheer niets aan doen. Koffiemachine was zeer vuil (waar het water in gaat), maar de.rest was zeer proper! De sofa was iets te klein voor 2 pubers. Zeker ok voor 1 persoon.

• Eden (10/5): - The apartment is in a fantastic location, the best area in Tirana. Parking can be challenging but the owner guided us to a nearby parking lot. The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you may need, and smelled nice. The bed was also very comfortable. As a note in relation to accessibility, you will need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which might not be possible for everyone. However for us this was not an issue. In addition to all of this, when we had a problem in Tirana (unrelated to the apartment), the owner immediately took the time to help us navigate the issue. This is so appreciated. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!!

• Admiljan (9/5): - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μία από τις καλύτερες περιοχές στα Τίρανα. Είναι μοντέρνο και τα πάντα μέσα είναι καινούργια. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση και εξαιρετική.
• Marieke (10/5): TOP appartement in Tirana! - Goed bed, ruime kamer en badkamer en zelfs een Nespresso machine en 2 cupjes! Je loopt zo het centrum in (20 min) maar ook de leuke wijk Blloku. Taxi is 1200 LEK/12€ als je t via de host regelt. Doe dat want anders is t €10 duurder. Raldo communiceert in goed Engels en (bijna) meteen op alle vragen. Wij kregen de airco niet goed aan maar dat kon de host ook op afstand gelukkig. En ja het zijn idd een aantal trappen die je op en af moet, kan je weer een extra ijsje nemen :-)). Ga naar Nefeli, op 5 min, heerlijke koffie , taartjes en ijs en goedkoop!

Even a washing machine! Fantastic location, so close to bars and restaurants in Blloku - was perfect. Noticed some previous complaints about the noise - we didn't even notice this! Apartment on the high (4th-5th) floor so maybe not accessible for older or those with children.

Definitiv auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen! Sehr gute Ausstattung der kompletten Wohnung. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Unterkunft liegt im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug!!! Matratze und Kopfkissen unbequem, sollten erneuert werden!

• Katrina (10/5): - Loved so much about this apartment. It's been our best on a three week trip across the Adriatic. Raldo, our host, is so incredibly attentive and has pre-empted everything. The apartment itself is very well located and it's absolutely gorgeous. Lots of space, modern, exceptionally clean. You wouldn't want for more. Exceptional. Book it! Loved it all.

Raldo, the host, was very helpful and quick to answer. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift. If you or someone in your party has mobility issues, it can be a hassle; otherwise, climb the stairs with a smile, the apartment is totally worth it. :-)

L’emplacement est idéal : en plein centre de Tirana, à proximité de tout. Un immense merci à notre hôte Raldo, qui a été incroyablement disponible, chaleureux et serviable. Il nous a aidés dès notre arrivée et s’est également arrangé pour notre départ, un vrai plus qui fait toute la différence ! Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. Modern decor and everything catered for to ensure a really home away from home stay. The location is excellent near to fantastic cafes, restaurants, bars and shops as well as larger supermarkets. The owner ensured a very smooth check in and check out and kindly offered tips and advice about transport etc. We would stay here again for sure and recommend to anyone. The stairs to the top floor wouldn’t suit everyone but we’re fine for us and worth it given all the other perks.
