• James (10/5): Best stay of my Booking experience - Koalas at the door! - CandE were incredible hosts, showing us Koalas and cubs on our doorstep on day 1, allowing us use of their personal fan in the heat, and being caring, interested hosts - even inviting us to the beach! The property had all we needed and more, including a washing machine and dishwasher! The only thing I would add is an AC for hot days, but as mentioned C gave us his fan, and the room did cool in the evening!

• Lorenzo (10/5): Beautiful accommodation - We loved the property it was very spacious, clean the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The linen was fresh and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the fireplace. The owners were very hospitable. We will definitely return in the future. The only minor thing is the window in the bathroom just for privacy could have either frosted glass or a curtain.
• Peter (10/5): - Wow, what an amazing property! Awesome does not describe how good this accommodation was! Craig and Eva were fabulous hosts. Craig's knowledge of the local koalas and fauna was amazing, and was eager to show us the family of koalas living in the trees on the property. Situated just outside the main town of Kingscote was just perfect, however car hire or you own is a must for travelling around the island. Very comfortable accommodation, fantastic wood fire, comfy sofas, great kitchen, comfy bed, great bathroom, and blissfully quiet! There was nothing we didn't like! Perfect accommodation for a couple or families!
• Lois (10/5): Exceptional - Craig was a wonderful host. We got lost heading there at night and he helped us get settled. His recommendations were also spot on and we managed to see all the wildlife in the area, whether in the trees on the property (koalas, Kimmy, Jimmy, and Ducky) or on the coast (dolphins). Would highly recommend this property and any other the other CandE properties on the island. Tips for travelling to KI: - No small car hire even if your party is small - gravel roads for some of the prettiest locations. - Get the KI tourist booklet at the airport - only Telstra gets connection, so the island map is a lifesaver. - Definitely reach out to Craig for island recommendations :)

• Sylvelin (10/5): Even better than expected - Great hosts, wonderful big, lovely made accommodation, well equipped. We really enjoyed staying there and getting a special tour around the Isle from our hosts. In the garden are a lot of wild animals, so we could make the best Koala pics "home"; only from 2 meter distance. It's a very quiet place; we've heard only animal sounds and slept wonderfully. Nothing we didn't know before booking. (We already know, that Wifi was not provided.)
