• Isabel (10/5): - Ruim en proper appartement op een prima locatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in de woning. De meubels zijn mooi en van goede kwaliteit, de leefruimte is gezellig ingericht en mooi gedecoreerd. Het is een fijne oase om even tot rust te komen tijdens de drukke dagen in Firenze. De gastheer is een erg attente man die je persoonlijk verwelkomt en vlot bereikbaar is via WhatsApp. /
• Anna-Marie (10/5): Central and comfortable apartment. - The location was great. Everything is Florence is walkable. This apartment is very close to the Mercanto die Sant'Ambrogio - a wonderful market to visit. Enrico, our host, was very accommodating and handed over the keys personally. The beds were comfortable and the apartment, a great base when visiting the area.

• Chantelle (10/5): Charming ❤️ - The apartment was so gorgeous and charming. Very spacious for a family to stay. Location was great, the daily markets are about a 4 minute walk away from the apartment where we picked up fresh produce and cooked in the apartment which was fully equipped. Enrico was a great host, very welcoming and also assisted us when we had forgotten something behind. Would definitely recommend staying here to a friend.
• John (10/5): Superb accommodation right in the heart of Florence. - It was very easy. Our host was very friendly and explained this everything very clearly to us. He gave us good information about the local area. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Florence and would gladly stay there again. There was nothing we didn't like. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It felt authentically very Italian. The equipment and furnishing was of a very high standard.

• Farida (9/5): Comfortable, easy & happy stay. - Location fantastic. Apartment is cool. Well decorated with plenty of wonderful art history books. Kitchen well equipped even though we did not cook dinner. Most of all we felt the Host was always there if we had a problem - which we didn't! Shower is a little small but that is typical of the city.
• Tracy (10/5): Lovely, clean and stylish property with comfortable beds. - The location was perfect, we could walk to all the main sites and attractions.
• Feng (5/5): unsuitable for living. - The wifi was good. when cutting board did not find, the owner bought new one immediately. There were very strong chemical cleaning agents smell in the dining room and kitchen space which was noticed the owner immediately when we entered the apartment. Tap water also had strong chlorine smell specially in the shower and washing. During our four days stay, these smell made us uncomfortable, sometimes having nausea, and then affected our health and sleep. In the harmful environment, most of windows just are inner ones, therefore some of windows has no fresh air to interchange of air because of inner reconstruction works which also was noticed the owner at the beginning of the entering.

The thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary bottle of wine and essentials like oil, balsamic, and crackers, made us feel truly welcome. Our host was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations and even arranging for a cab. The apartment's location is perfect - conveniently situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the attractions. The beds were comfortable and the extra bathroom was a very nice addition. Although the apartment is on the second floor, the stairs are wide and easy to navigate with the luggage. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay. Everything was perfect!

Apartment had a sort of weird musty smell that wasn’t bad but that made me sensitive in my lungs. There was construction going on so it was very loud right outside my window but it was ok for me

• Abdul (10/5): excellent place to stay in firenze - its very clean, very quiet, comfortable and near everything! the host enrico is a very nice person who was very patient with us during checkin as we missed the stop at the train station and went from bologna to firenze to roma and back to firenze!! so we ended up checking in super late with a friend of him who was also very kind to receive us and show us around as enrico had a dr appointment, still he helped us and communicated through the day and we thank him so much for it! grazie mille!!

• Morgan (10/5): Highly recommend!! - Aside from being absolutely gorgeous, this apartment was very comfortable and in a perfect location. I appreciated how there were two rooms and two bathrooms, with fans in both rooms. The kitchen was useful and it was nice to relax here in the evening.
• John (8/5): Very good - Spacious 2 bed apartment. Enrico was easy to contact The bathroom is off the main bedroom which is a little awkward with another adult in the second room. The second toilet overcomes this to some extent
• Chew (10/5): Enrico's apartment in Florence. - This is an excellent stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with nice art and furniture and comfortable beds, everything you need is available in the kitchen. Stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. Enrico even left us wine and cracker and jam on arrival. He was available for any questions immediately and is very kind. The location is excellent, and we were able to walk to many wonderful museums and cathedrals. Highly recommended. Hope to return one day! Everything was excellent .
• Level (10/5): Best place in Florence - This beautiful apartment is located close to all the important museums and it's very quiet. I was able to sleep late when I was tired. Enrico, the owner, was very helpful and stayed in touch via messages to provide parking instructions. He also waited for us when we arrived to help with our luggage. There is a list (sheet) of helpful information and suggestions in the apartment that we used as a guide during our stay in Florence. Price wise, the apartment is a good deal and we saved money on the meals because the kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to cook while we stayed there. Enrico includes sandwich bread, marmalade, tea, and a bottle of wine in the rate. I would definitely stay here again! N/A

• Phoebe (8/5): We had a great stay as the appartment was wel within walking distance from places we wanted to see. - Very kind and friendly owner, who met us at the appartment and showed us around. He had left a bottle of local wine as well as snacks for us in the kitchen, which was a generous gesture. He also recommended local facilities and eating places, and arranged a taxi at the end of our stay to get to the airport. Certainly very hospitable! Although the appartment was spacious and tastefully decorated, it was rather dark, as all windows tended to face adjoining buildings.

• Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - This is a fantastic stylish app basically in the city center. For us, it was a part of Florence experience, furnished with such a taste that we were looking forward to returning to it every day. I recommend it. The only thing missing was the electric kettle, we are tea drinkers. We heated water in the pot, so not such a big problem, but a kettle would be great.

Close to central attractions and a host of restaurants with an excellent bakery close by. Enrico attentive. Recommend taxi to and from Airport. A coffee machine would be a welcome addition !
