Mrt within 2min walk and kitchette to cook. ☺️👍it was compact but very good still and comfortable. We stayed for 6days. • Marleen (9/5): Gute Lage und schönes kleines Apartment - Die Unterkunft liegt gut und nah an der Metro. Es ist alles da was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man dort kochen wollen würde, ist die Ausstattung zum kochen eher spärlich. Alles andere sehr gut.

• Harumi (9/5): 疲れ知らずで快適でした。 - 事前手続きを怠りチェックインに戸惑いましたが、スタッフの電話対応が迅速だった。京セラが近い。イオンが遅くまでやっているので、コンサート後の食事に困らなかった。ベッドも部屋も水回りも清潔で快適。また利用したいです。 プロジェクターに慣れておらず、地デジ番組が観れるのかすら分からなかった。2泊なら問い合わせましたが、今回1泊だったので我慢して、音がないと寂しいのでずっとU-NEXTを観ていました。 電気ポットがガイドブックとは別タイプで、湯沸しスイッチが分からなかった。

• Andreas (10/5): Peak Chiyozaki im Frühjahr 2026 - Ich war nun schon das zweite mal hier, weil es mir beim ersten mal schon so gut gefallen hat. Die Lage ist klasse, man kommt schnell mit der U-Bahn ins Zentrum (ich bin aber die ca. 2,2km nach z.B. Shinsaibashi meistens eh gelaufen, weil ich das gerne mache), in der Nähe ist eine Aeon-Mall was sehr praktisch ist. Ansonsten gibt es alles was man braucht in der Wohnung. Ich nehme z.B. wenig Kleidung mit, weil es die Möglichkeit gibt zu waschen und man im Badezimmer trocknen kann. Hervorragend ist auch der vorhandene Beamer mit youtube, Amazon Prime etc. Also ich komme gerne wieder. Das einzige was ich negativ finden könnte (ist aber rein subjektiv): Die Betten sind für meinen Geschmack etwas weich. Das sind sie aber fast überall wo ich bisher war, ist also wie gesagt Geschmacksache.

• HITOMI (10/5): 快適な年越しが出来ました！ - 今回は2回目の滞在でした。前回の口コミでコップが無いと指摘したところ、コップが用意されていました。 また、ルームライトとプロジェクターの操作に関しても改善されていました。意見を聞いていただけて嬉しかったです。 チェックインに関して、あらかじめ登録をしていかないとチェックインがスムーズに行われないので注意が必要です。（前回とは違っていました。） また、チェックアウトの際にはチェックインで使用したQRコードが必要なので準備をしておいた方が良いです。

• Siche (10/5): Mon avis du peak chiyosaki - C'est à 20min du centre ou 40min à pied. Y'a un 7 eleven pas loin, un Lawson. Un supermarché à 15 min à pied de l'autre côté de la rivière. Y a plusieurs entrées de métro à 5min à pied et une entrée pour le train Osaka loop line à 14min à pied. La chambre a tout le nécessaire. J'ai pu rallonger mon séjour car ils sont très réactifs sur le chat. (Vous ne verrez personne en vrai mais ils répondent très rapidement aux questions). Y'a aussi un manuel qui explique les différents appareils électroménagers (micro onde, machine à laver, séchoir salle de bain). C'était confortable et assez grand pour un appartement à Osaka et vu le prix. RAS, tout était bien. Y'a juste le micro onde sur le manuel de la chambre qui n'est pas le bon modèle. Le micro onde dans la chambre est plus compliqué que celui du manuel mais j'ai pu le faire fonctionner correctement.

• SURKOV (10/5): Уютно, есть все необходимое, советуем к посещению. - Очень классное и уютное место! Тихо, рядом метро, аптеки, 7eleven, местные кафе. Сами апартаменты чистые, было всё необходимое, красивые виды. Удобное и понятное заселение, нет необходимости самим сортировать мусор, но все равно немного разделили его. Однозначно советую к посещению!

• Paolo Nico (9/5): Really great place to unwind and escape from reality - Location was relatively quiet. Having only 2 units per floor was much appreciated. Information on what is nearby or the estimated times of how far things are would have been good to have as it would have helped cut down research time. A calendar of events for the month in the surrounding area would have been great as well.

Location is convenient , only 5 min walk from Dome Mae station. Check in was little bit tricky, no reception in apartment building. But we called team and they helped us.

• Tim (10/5): Super location with big clean rooms :) - The peak chiyozaki was a vwry good choice for our stay in Osaka. The next station (Dome-mae) is just around the corner, which makes traveling quite easy. The area around the location is very quite. The room was for a stay for 9 nights perfect sized. Everything was clean. The washing machine and the drying funtion in the shower for drying the clothes were very helpfull. The owner were easy to contact and the check-in and out were quite easy. I would stay here again :) Nothing to really brag about, just two remaks: -persons above 1,90m need to arange a little bit in the shower and need to check when standing up from the toilet to not hit the head on something -According to the sticker in the kitchen on the extractor hood, the ventilation should be switched on the whole time. At night it is a little bit noisy but with the switchable wall which sepparates the rooms it it totally fine :)

• Lara (7/5): Good for longer stay - Big apartment. Close to station with access to Nara. Close to shopping mall. Extra tissues in self service. Good wlan. Can eecommend for a longer stay to have more space. Laundry and deying was great. The self check in should be made awar in description. It worked fine, but it should already be explained before the booking. The kitchen was okay but not very extensive equipped. Not very clean, we found many dark hairs on the bathroom floor. Oherwise good. Luckily there was a vacuum cleaner.

• Brent (5/5): This isn't a hotel, and it's not even a paticularly good airbnb. Mediocre experience will not return - So the room was very large. Other than a Hyatt, this as the most space of any place that I stayed in Japan. Everything was relatively new, which was fine for us but will break down sooner than later for future guests. It all felt super cheap so if you're reading this a year from now, I'm guessing this won't still be the case. This wasn't a hotel, it was an AirBnB. It was listed as hotel, it pretends to be a hotel, but it isn't. That's the biggest problem. I use a service called Yamato to send my bags to different hotels, and this time LUCKILY I didn't do it. I actually sent them to my NEXT hotel after this one. If I had done so, assuming that there was a front desk person, I would have been in deep trouble. So that's my biggest gripe. Second, the check in was not even a good experience. If I HAD booked this on Airbnb at least I would expect it to be relatively smooth. We sat there trying to figure this out for a decent amount of time, and I'm relatively tech savvy. I can't imagine what my parents would have done, or their parents. So because this wasn't a hotel, you didn't get towels changed, you didn't get trash emptied, there was no lobby to sit in, there were no amenities. It WAS cheap, but there were other cheap hotels in the area that were definitely hotels. I wouldn't stay again. Finally, there were ads all over the place trying to SELL you one of these things. Almost like a time share would be! They were saying things that wouldn't even be legal in the US like "Guaranteed 5% return first 2 years" etc. Really didn't feel like a Japanese experience at all, and I'd be very surprised if this building was owned by anyone Japanese at all. It was the OPPOSITE of Japanese hospitality and the sales pitch on every wall / the elevator was really weird and out of line.

I sincerely recommend this place! It has some metro stations nearby, the apartment is very comfortable and very easy check in and check out

• Daughter (9/5): Superb - The house is well-furnished with everything a traveler needs. I traveled from Tokyo and Fuji, and my final destination was this house. I washed my clothes and dried them, which made my journey quite smooth. Its come with balcony. The location is 50-50 for me its quite far from tourist area but overall experience was good.
• Nabeel (5/5): Overall it was ok, but I would say this unit accommodates only 2 people max. - The location was good, near Dome Mae station (at the AEON mall) which is only a few stops away from the main city. Having a washing machine is also convenient. Check in and check out was pretty easy as well, no issues there. There's a 7Eleven literally 1 minute away by walking, which is very nice. Being near AEON mall is also convenient as well, although we did not visit there personally. While the unit is relatively spacious, it is a bit cramped due to how the furniture is positioned. The dining table at the center is too big for 2 people. We had a bit of trouble opening up our luggage due to the space constraints, had to be a bit creative on how to make it work. This is my personal experience - but just so happens that on the day we travelled here, there was a typhoon which caused our flight to be delayed, and train services were affected. We had to stop at a station pretty far and walked about 15 mins+ with our luggages past midnight to get to the unit due to that. So after the exhausting travel, reaching the unit which was smaller than expected was disappointing. Advice to future travelers - get an earlier flight lol. There are 2 additional pillows in the wardrobe, but there are no additional pillow cases, so we did not use them due to that which is unfortunate. The provided towels are very thin and small, and because there is no towel exchange services, they do get dank pretty quick. The provided rubbish bin is also small and fills up fast. Suggest to at least get a slightly bigger one since there is no rubbish clearing service. I personally don't see the point of the balcony, there are no seats/table to enjoy the outside, and can't smoke there either. Suggest to add a seating area or more clothesline so that the balcony can be utilized. A second bedside table would be nice to have, as there is only 1. The bathroom is also quite small, I imagine tall people would have issues, something to take note. As someone said in another review as well, a night light would be nice as there is only 1 bright white LED light above the bedroom. Also, suggest to have clearer instructions on how to use the dryer in the bathroom. Though we did manage to get it to work, there was some confusion on how to use it. Same with the water heater thing at the living room.
