• Dabiloon (10/5): - Las prestaciones del alojamiento están muy bien. El vecino "guiri" de abajo subió cabreadisimo para quejarse por un ruido que tampoco era para tanto sin ser una hora intempestiva.

• Roberta Gadalean (8/5): - Terasa, siguranta locului, o priveliste frumoasa. Asternuturi cutate. Bucatari are nevoie de imbunatatiri ! ( masina de spalat vase pierde apa, bateria de ciuveta stricata) Piscina rece in luna martie. Curatenia in baie se poate si mai bine.

El Vecino de Abajo, no Puedes ni caminar por el Piso, todo le molesta tratabamos de estar lo menos posible por culpa de el.
• Bernard Fabienne (9/5): Très bel appartement avec vue mer - Très bel Appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et sécurisé . Il est spacieux, très bien équipé et surtout très au calme malgré qu'on soit proche de l'autoroute , ce qui est appréciable pour rejoindre rapidement celle ci. Appartement très propre et cuisine bien équipé avec un grand frigo et congélateur . Nous avons eu de la chance de trouver quelques places de parking à côté mais je ne sais comment ç'est en pleine saison Il faudrait mettre dans l'annonce qu'il est impossible de faire ni de lave vaisselle ni de lessive après 20h00 , en effet un système à été mis en place pour que celles ci s'arrête à 20h00 . Quel dommage car quand on veut faire une lessive le soir ou bien mettre le lave vaisselle en route après notre journée, c'est impossible. Il faudrait voir pour décaler à plus tard ce système car c'est très contraignant surtout pour la lessive , obligé de la mettre le matin de bonne heure . J'ai trouvé le lit de la grande chambre un peu mou à mon goût
• Jessica (9/5): Wij hebben enorm genoten van deze vakantie mede door deze accommodatie. - Mooi ruim appartement voor met ons tweetjes. We mochten van alles gebruik maken en alles was goed schoongemaakt. Uitzicht vanaf balkon was fantastisch. Iedere ochtend en avond daar heerlijk van kunnen genieten. Voor ons was het nu te koud maar je kon gebruik maken van het zwembad. Ons is niks tegengevallen.

• Manuel (9/5): Genial, tranquilidad, como en casa, tenía de todo - Todo en general, muy espacioso, limpio y acogedor, olia muy bien al entrar, super A mejorar la comodidad del colchón, y puestos a pedir más ancho, nosotros somos grandes.
• Gazmira (9/5): Relación calidad-precio excelente. - La ubicación y el inmueble como tal. El anfitrión también fue muy amable y siempre estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitáramos. Había una avería en el lavamanos y la vecina de abajo se quejaba mucho. La conexión wifi iba regular.

• MurielGrace (10/5): - Appartement très confortable dans un quartier calme mais très bien situé pour visiter le nord de Tenerife et le parc du Teide. L'accueil a été parfait, la piscine très appréciée. Un seul regret, n'y être pas restés plus longtemps !
• MARIA MONTSERRAT (10/5): Maravillosas vacaviones - Es una casa maravillosa y muy completa. La anfitriona Montse y su hijo David son encantadores y siempre dispuestos a facilitarnos la estancia. Casa mucho más bonita que en las fotos . Muy bien ubicada con restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Sin duda si volvemos repetiremos y la recomiendo 100% a quien quiera descansar y disfrutar de esta isla tan maravillosa. Mi estancia fue muy satisfactoria.

• Cristian (9/5): A good option as a base for exploring island attractions by car - Nice apartment in a quiet area. Cool pool. Easy to find parking. The knob on the kitchen sink was making a very big noise and it was hard to use. Not that much to do without using a car.

It's spacious, bright enough, with a nice furniture, well equipped kitchen, etc. As a plus there is a balcony with a table and chairs where you can eat and enjoy the view of the mountain slopes. Easy parking near the entrance or on the next street. Poor artificial lighting, especially in the living room

• Levente (10/5): It was so amazing we regretted that we spent the rest of our week in the south and not here. - First of all the whole area, the neighbourhood is very well maintained and beautiful. It looked like an exclusive suburban area. The apartment was well equipped and everything we needed. Great balcony to have breakfast and enjoy the view. Spacious bright rooms and also an amazing view to the sunrise from the bedroom. It was amazing to come back and have a good night sleep after all day discovery and starting the day from there. Not to mention the pool which was also very nice and clean. We loved every part of it.
• Piotr (9/5): Superb - I received a very friendly and warm welcome. I immediately felt very welcome. The apartment is very nicely decorated and is well equipped. There is a Spar store nearby and English is even spoken there. Down on the coast, not far on foot, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. I wish the host all the best :) -
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Montse, it is definitely a GREAT HOST! Communication with her was extremely professional and fast. The apartment is modern, spacious, equipped with everything you need and the view from the balcony is WONDERFUL. The strong point in the Santa Ursula area is the fact that it is very modern, with new houses, close to the highway. You are very close to Puerto de la Cruz, Loro Parque, Costa de el Sauzal and a lot of beaches and natural pools. Also, you have access to a wonderful pool and you have a lot of parking lots near by the building. Thank you.

• Teja (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and quiet neighborhood, with lots of free parking. Close to Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava, Loro Parque... The perfect location to explore the North of Tenerife with a car. The pool was very warm and clean. The apartment freshly renovated and very clean. The beds really comfortable. The hosts very accomodating and flexible with check-in and check-out times. If we ever return to Tenerife, we will definetely come stay here again!
