• Vanathy (9/5): Wonderful hosts, apartment and location! Near Spanish Steps - DOMVS SPAGNA Via Gregoriana was an absolute gem—made even more special by the wonderful hosts who warmly welcomed us despite our delayed arrival from the airport. They were incredibly thoughtful, especially with our children, offering snacks and even providing milk and biscuits to help them settle in after the long journey. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a washing machine which was a huge plus for our family. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and shared helpful local tips which were very useful. A truly delightful experience from start to finish. Nothing to note.

• SHLOMO (9/5): - location is perfect the place is aquiped with all needed for a femily no place to store the bags if there is a late flight the owner allowed us to stay two more hours but then they needed the place for the next one. we had 6 ours with the bags and the solusion is very expansive with 36 dollars per bag for 6 ours
• Jenny (10/5): Terrific apartment in great location! - Loved the bedrooms and kitchen. Phenomenal location. Owner was great to work with too. Just the noise in morning out the Mater bedroom window. Garbage trucks emptied early in morning and alarm at business across the street went off a few times.
• Angelica (10/5): We recommend this beautiful apartment & our host was FABULOUS! - The apartment was spacious, clean, nice and centrally located where we needed to be. It was easy to go out and explore. Our host was very lovely and always communicated in a timely manner, which was reassuring. This was our first time in Europe, so we were nervous about everything; especially choosing our apartment. It was perfect & would go back! We needed MORE COFFEE! While there were expresso pods, it would have been nice to also have more coffee available. The expresso pods were not enough. *This is only a suggestion and it is not intended to take away from our positive recommendation.
• Stephen (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Beds were extremely comfortable, location to the Spanish Steps (2 minutes) Trevi Fountain (7 minutes) Pantheon (15) and Piazza Navona. Air conditioning was beautiful in the 90 degrees weather. Such a great place to come back to after exploring. Great restaurants and supermarkets close by

Host was super friendly and available, very accommodating. Could not praise Sabina more highly. Sadly great location did mean noise of a night could disrupt sleep. Location v night noises of city?

• Katherine (10/5): Stunning place, super helpful/ accomodating hosts, easy check in, secure building, great location - The hosts were so helpful, accomodating and trusted worthy from the time we got out of the taxi all the way to the end of the our trip in Rome. The time that they spent giving us a run down of great places to eat and drink and things to be mindful of when out in Town. The place itself was stunning with plenty of room for 6 adults to comfortably live in without being in everyone’s space. The building was very secure. The location was awesome as it was in walking distance for a lot of tourists attractions, shopping strips and food restaurants. Nothing. I would highly recommend this to others and would definitely come back

• Virgien (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location. Accomodation was nice and very clean. We had a late arrival, but they were waiting for us with the keys with even some prepared sandwiches. We got a very clear information about the appartment, and could leave the luggage untill we left. We certainly would recommend the appartment!
• Mary (9/5): Superb - DOMVS SPAGNA Via Gregoriana was a great location. We loved being close to the Spanish Steps and could easily navigate to all of the attractions. The apartment was very well stocked with coffee and breakfast items in the morning. We will definitely book again when we come back to Rome.

• Wynand (7/5): Central location - Central location within walking distance of most attractions. Apartment is clean and reasonably spacious. None of the remotes worked for the AC. Very small bathroom to share with 3 other people.

Located in a great location, just a few steps from the Piazza di Spagna but in a quiet street. Very tastefully furnished. Super, superclean. Very well equipped with everything you might need. He was a pleasure to deal with - met us onsite with keys and to run thru the property and was happy to be messaged for any questions we had on Rome ! Apartment is in a fantastic area so close to top of the Spanish steps and everything felt within walking distance. Highly recommend this apartment !
