• christiana (7/5): Nice apartment, bad building. - Great location. Everything in walking distance. The food, the beaches, the stores, are all on the parallel road. The building was really really old, not well preserved and dirty. It would seem that only this apartment was renovated. I would not take my family there again.
• Patrizia (7/5): Appartamento carino, migliorabile con qualche accortezza - Posizione molto vicina alla via principale dove si trovano negozi e ristoranti. E' molto comodo per muoversi a piedi al centro di Ayia Napa. L'appartamento è ristrutturato carinamente ed offre un piccolo terrazzo sulla strada. E' possibile parcheggiare la propria auto nel porticato che si trova sotto lo stabile. Molto gentile lo staff che con messaggi e video whatsapp ci ha guidato all'indirizzo e ci ha indicato come fare a reperire le chiavi dell'appartamento. La pulizia dell'appartamento potrebbe essere migliorata. Abbiamo trovato una scopa sporca ed un mocio abbastanza sporco con i quali è difficile poter tenere pulita la stanza. Inoltre, nessun prodotto e/o spugnetta dedicata per poter pulire il bagno. Nonostante sia apprezzabile la posizione dell'alloggio, la vicinanza alla strada con i locali aperti di notte porta qualche "rumore" notturno (urla di ragazzi che frequentano i locali e passaggi frequenti di motorini). In generale, l'isolato dove si trova lo stabile non è molto bello perchè ci sono palazzotti disabitati e lasciati al degrado. Lo scenario non è decorevole soprattutto di sera.

• Hristiyana (10/5): Loved it - Close to a supermarket, a bus stop with buses which take you to nissi beach, fig tree bay, cavo greco etc. Close to the bar strip also. There are great restaurants a short walk away. The accommodation had everything we needed, including UK to EU outlets, maybe if there was a vacuum it would’ve been easier to clean, otherwise it was a very nice stay.
• Vitaliy (2/5): Please never rent this apartments - This was one of the worst rentals I have ever experienced. I stayed with my family, my wife and daughter. They limited the electricity consumption. They also somehow determined what consumption is excessive. And they apply it to all guests, regardless of the number. Overall, the apartment is bad and needs renovation. We stayed for 8 nights and every night the neighbors (not tourists) were arguing, swearing loudly and slamming doors. You can also find large flying cockroaches in the apartment because there is a finger-sized gap under the front door. We plugged this gap with a towel, and that solved the problem. When we moved in, everything in the apartment was terribly dirty: the floor, the bathtub, the dishes and much more. There were also cracks and chips in the dishes. The plaster is falling off the walls, there are electric wires everywhere, which is unsafe. The air conditioner remote control does not work, you need to turn it on and off with a switch on the wall. The apartment had 3 towels for the body, 2 for the face and instead of a third one for the face they provided a towel for the feet. All these towels looked like doormats and should have been thrown away a long time ago. The rules for using the apartment state that they will charge 25 euros for each damaged towel. I had to buy 6 towels at Lidl. The mattress on the main bed creaks a lot and also needs to be replaced. Also, the apartment is absolutely not suitable for living with a child. The sofa they offered my daughter to sleep on was broken. In one of the corners, the sofa was broken and the surface was very uneven. Every morning my daughter complained that her back hurts. The dining table is a bar counter with 2 bar stools. There were only 2 stools for 3 guests. Someone has to eat breakfast standing up. There was no blanket in the apartment. There were only 2 small sheets to cover yourself with. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. The facade of the building looks terrible, as if the house is in a slum. Also keep in mind that there is no pepper, salt, oil or water in the apartment. A bottle of wine was promised, but there was none. When I booked this apartment, its rating was 9.6. Given the above, I consider the current rating unjustified.

• Ivan (9/5): location, wonderful staff, clean, comfortable, close to everything on foot, we had a wonderful time - Location accommodation equipment recently renovated communication with staff practical check-in and check-out cleanliness of accommodation near the bus station,restorans,beach Katsaraka it could have broom or vacuum cleaner 🙃
