• Pavel (1/5): - Disgusting. The room was broken, the smell of cigarettes was burning your eyes, I left after staying for 10 seconds in there. It’s like hell. The owner on the phone told me he is going to reimburse me fully and I am free to go choose another hotel to stay at. I left booked another hotel, and then the owner contacted booking and lied that he was willing to provide me substitute apartment. Disgusting pathetic behaviour. And the apartment is awful So even though I was promised refund by booking rep. They lied and refund didn’t arrive eventually.

• Jovanov (8/5): Nice & clean place - Clean, comfortable, spacious studio. My host clearly stated on Booking that check-in to the apartment is until 8:00 PM. That is clear, and I understand it. However, it is incomprehensible why he did not state 1 more important, clarifying sentence: That after 8:00 PM I will have to pay him 20 euros in cash, in hand, without being recorded with an invoice or receipt. Why doesn't he VISIBLY state this on Booking??? Why am I facing unexpected, additional and unrecorded costs AFTER I PAID!?? My arrival was announced in advance that it would be after 8:00 PM, due to my plane's flight schedule, which is beyond my control. And yet, I received a blackmail message that I WILL NOT BE ABLE to enter the apartment if I do not agree to pay him 20 euros in cash in hand! Classic blackmail, that I will spend the first night on the street!? And this blackmail could have been elegantly removed if the hosts had installed a keybox and given me a code. The complaint was IMMEDIATELY sent to Booking and we asked for an explanation, but Booking wisely remained silent.

• PJA70 (9/5): - Nice place, courteous staff and the fact that there are two restaurants downstairs to eat makes it great. My room had issues at first, with light tripping off but was resolved by relocating me to a bigger and better room.
• Jacinto (1/5): Mejor no tener problemas - Escribo esta reseña para mostrar mi total decepción con el trato recibido por parte del anfitrión. Tuve un percance de fuerza mayor de última hora y, a pesar de que apenas habían pasado menos de 3 horas desde que realicé la reserva, el anfitrión se mostró totalmente inflexible ante cualquier posibilidad de cambio o cancelación. Es una verdadera pena que prefieran priorizar un beneficio económico inmediato antes que fidelizar a un cliente habitual. En un sector basado en la hospitalidad, la falta de empatía y de voluntad para buscar una solución intermedia dice mucho de cómo gestionan su alojamiento y cómo tratan a sus clientes. A tener en cuenta: • Servicio al cliente: Nulo y sin capacidad de negociación. • Alternativas: Hay muchísimas opciones en la zona con una calidad excelente, un trato mucho más humano y precios muy competitivos. No volveré a reservar aquí y, desde luego, no lo recomiendo si buscas un lugar que responda ante cualquier imprevisto mínimo.

• Victoria (6/5): - It was cosy, relaxing. Good secure location. Bedding tatty, kettle skulled me and didn't switch off once boiled. Flooring badly stained. Curtains were threading. No cheese grater, minimal knifes. No fresh towels. Only Spanish TV programs. It also would have been nice to have been told that it was up a narrow flight of stairs with no hand railings very dangerous when trying to get your suitcases up and down. Dogs next door at times noisy

• Pedro (10/5): Estancia perfecta - Es todo muy nuevo. Tiene muchísima luz natural con amplios ventanales. No reservamos plaza de parking pero encontramos aparcamiento en la zona sin dificultad. Que haya dos restaurantes y cafeterías en el mismo edificio es un punto a favor. A pesar de estar en la zona del polígono, tienes el centro de Alcobendas a dos minutos y el acceso desde la m-30 es perfecto. Si se busca tranquilidad y buenas instalaciones, es perfecto. Seguro que repetimos. Si quieres ir andando al centro Comercial La Vega donde tienes de todo (restaurantes, tiendas, bares, supermercado, etc...), no es del todo cómodo porque tardas unos 7-8 minutos. Y por tanto compensa ir en coche.
• Luis (4/5): - No sabría decir que es lo que más me gustó ya que la foto de la habitación que reservé no tenía nada que ver a como era realmente En la reserva decía que tenía balcón, cosa que no era cierta, solamente una ventana no muy grande que daba a un solar lleno de escombro, la TV se veía fatal, almohadas incómodas y el acceso al apartamento no es que fuera muy cómodo que digamos, por no decir que la ventana no tenía persianas y por la mañana entraba la luz ya que las cortinas eran finas
