Everything in the apartment that was needed. Great having to Bathrooms as 4 ladies sharing. A bit noisy with trains going passed, but soon got used to it.
Beds were a bit low.

The location within 5 mins walking distance to the Excel is brilliant for anyone looking for a place that’s close to the exhibition centre. The host kindly provided some fresh fruit and soft drinks in the fridge. Overall, it was the perfect stay for our family.

- Robert (10/5): Very modern, very clean and spacious apartment 100m from Excel London - Very spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Generously equipped including microwave, dishwasher, kettle, free wifi etc.
The host was very lovely, met us at the entrance, showed around and explained everything. The apartment is very modern, very new and very clean.
Very close to Excel, literally 4-5minutes walk. Everything was great

- Sheryl (3/5): Owner needs to provide what they state in their add, proper bases for beds so not low on the ground and prove a guest bo - Location and layout of apartment Booked this apartment as stated 3 beds but only 2 no instructions how to use anything, heating was on wrong setting so very cold - not good enough for what we paid, could not use balcony as door broken and actually blew off the track - other guests food remains in fridge and cupboards. Top cupboards in kitchen so high we could not reach some items, beds low on the ground

The apartment was in a great location and exceeded our expectation. We had been advised to collect the keys from Falcon Cabs, however, as the Booking.com documentation did not contain the name and address of the apartment Falcon Cabs, did not know which key to give us. However, when I called the contact phone number I had, the matter was resolved in immediately.

- Lufuakenda (10/5): Perfect weekend - The apartment was very modern and nice. Very close to the station and also had a couple shops nearby. The host was very nice and helpful.

The flat is very clean and the building block feels very safe. Close by are some nice bars , restaurants and shops for provisions.
Parking at the crowne plaza was only 5 minutes away . There is train noise which we quite liked but otherwise it was very quiet for a city location.

- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Pictures don't disappoint, exactly as described. Hard to find with directions given, trains nearby so rumbles early early morning til gone midnight. People in the apartment above like their weed so balcony can get a bit ripe.

Clean, bright and has everything you need. - Host met us to let us in, which was a nice touch rather than having to find the address and get in via a key safe. There was nothing about our stay we didn't like, the only downside is there is no parking but this is common in the area.
- Sahra (3/5): Misleading advert - The property was nice and clean The property was advertised with having 3 double beds and 1 sofa but unfortunately there was only 2 beds and no sofa bed, it meant a of us had to sleep on the floor. Very misleading!

- Fiona (7/5): Nice property and perfect for a stay for Excel. - It was modern and clean The property was described as a 2 bedroom with 3 double beds apartment when we booked, so that’s what we expected.
It is however 2 bedroom with two double beds.
We were on a business trip with three single people so not an ideal solution for us!

- Lynn (5/5): Not a pleasant stay at all. - Location was great for the Excel Exhibition Centre and restaurants in the area Issue with key when we arrived as Booking.Com website states someone would be there to meet us - we had to walk to a shop to collect the key. Not enough crockery for 2 x people (missing bowles & plates). Kettle needs cleaning/replacing as full of limescale. No toiletires supplied in either bathroom. Beds very low down so if you struggle to get out of bed then not for you.

- Jemma (10/5): just perfect, this was one of the best trips we have done. we will 100% be booking to come back. - this property is one of the best places we have stayed. the attention to detail is amazing. it literally felt like home from the moment we arrived.
we were met by the host who was just so lovely, he showed us around and had a few things stocked in the fridge/cupboards. also in the apartment was a washer dryer and dishwasher with tablets ready to be used if needed.
The decor was perfect for the setting, the beds very comfortable, and the entire place was extremely clean. the wifi was great, and the best bit for me was the view of the city at nights. it was also very easy to check in and check out. finally for a London city apartment block the entire building was very quiet and the few people we did see where very friendly and helpful.
I was worried about the location as it is outside the city but it ended up being absolutely perfect. it’s literally 2 minutes walk from 2 different DLR stations and the Elizabeth line (which will get you to lost places). close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and the excel centre.
as a family traveling with 2 small children this was absolutely perfect.
- Carol (9/5): Perfect location for Excel centre and trains. Lovely, clean, modern apartment. - This apartment was within easy walking distance of the Excel centre so ideal for our stay. Before, we have stayed in a hotel and had to fight to get on the tube after an event, this was so much more civilized!
The building was easy to get into with good, working lifts. Lovely, clean, modern apartment. We hope to stay here again! Instructions for where to collect keys could have been sent in a message in advance, rather than by phone, would have been so much easier!
Be aware of the sound of the trains below, we soon got used to them, but some might not.
- Fernando (10/5): Good location and is a comfortable place to stay - Good location and the flat is well equipped. No waste separation for recycling trash. We missed the hand towels and also the dishcloth.

- Paul (8/5): Clean, modern apartment, minutes away from the Excel Conference Centre - Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the Excel centre. There is also a Tesco Extra less than 10 minutes walk away.
Modern, and clean apartment. It is difficult to find from the address alone - it ended up being much easier to meet outside the Novotel Hotel.
The internet connection was good when it worked, but it did drop out quite a few times during the stay - this wasn't the host's problem though, as it was a known issue on the system.
- Paul (9/5): Easy to find, clean and comfortable, and affordable for London - Easy to communicate with the host. Easy to find, and very close to 2 DLR stops. A bar nearby, and we also used the pizza bus near the cable car which was very close by as well. Shops for food too.

- Chris (4/5): Good location, poor overall experience - Access to the building was clear and simple and very convenient to our venue (Excel). Main bathroom shower was lovely. Iron and ironing board were great. Nice towels throughout. Finding the property, was more complex than expected as Excel had temporarily closed one of the access routes, without updating Google maps, parking non-existent adjacent to the property, even just for unloading! The host was more interested in "getting to bed" than familiarising us with the property. Main bathroom Extractor was either not working, or ineffective. The rear of the property and adjacent to the property are, literally a building site, (not so nice aspect and messy when walking around). Wifi was not working upon our arrival, which we did manage to rectify ourselves, after the host had left. But then for some weird reason the host decided to change the password the following day, which led to further access problems until we discovered this change! Railway lines immediately behind property were less intrusive than anticipated, however the track maintenance, which commenced at 04:00 Sunday morning, was exceptionally intrusive and unwelcome! Beds in second bedroom cramped so closely together, as to make it impossible to access each bed. Glass left on balcony floor (dangerous if children present). TV only connected to mains power (IE no input signal, No terrestrial antenna, or satellite, or cable) so not possible to watch any programmes. Several consumers switched-off inside boiler cupboard, (took some time to find out why towel rail heater not operational!) All things considered, it seemed property host was more "opportunist" rather than genuinely interested in guest experience.

- Anne (9/5): We had a really comfortable and pleasant stay. The host was friendly and helpful and we would definitely go back the nex - Beautiful modern flat, with all the features you’d expect from a new property (eg USB sockets).
Comfortable beds, and plenty of hanging space. Great bathrooms and all very clean. Flat situated what will become landscaped gardens, so all felt very secure. Extremely handy for ExCel and transport links with shops and restaurants close by. All good.
The only thing was the sound of passing trains but nothing we’re not used to in a city, and we came prepared with ear plugs.
- Tino (10/5): Amazing place for ExCeL London - What an amazing place! For everyone attending an event at ExCeL London, this is your place. Totally new, right behind the corner from ExCeL (and trains), very clean and spacious. Amazing hosts let us check in early without any problem.
- Shauna (9/5): Great location for what we needed, lovely apartment. - The property is brand new and in a lovely block. Very easy to enter and feels very safe. There is a lovely patio. It was great to have two bathrooms, one being en-suite.
If you are driving, you can park in the Crowne Plaza which is 5 minute walk from the property. £25 gir 24 hours parking.
Great location if visiting Abba voyage or the O2. Located very close to the dock lands cable cars.
