• Anne Mette (8/5): - Flott og sentral beliggenhet i gamlebyen. De trenger nye puter og dyner, samt en toppmadrass på sengen. Den var veldig hard. Løse armaturer på badet og kjøkkenet var litt dårlig utstyrt. Ett vinglass, ett ølglass lite tallerkner osv.

The apartment is so spacious over 2 levels and had all amenities we needed for a 3 nights stay. Would definitely recommend There was a slight smell in the upstairs bathroom i think this is just with it being an older building and old drains. It didnt put us off the stay. A €50 fine for not taking any rubbish out is a bit excessive

L'accès se fait grâce à des serrures à codes communiqués par message, tout se fait correctement. Attention le four était hors service lors de notre séjour.

• Gemma (9/5): Fantastic location, couple of niggles but would absolutely go back - Fantastic location, quiet but busy too. Nice to be in old town, in the middle of all the culture and architecture. Close to the large old church too which was lovely watching Easter parades. Close to the beach, easily accessible. Good sized apartment would recommend. Fantastic restaurants and boutiques, so much to see and do. As it is 1912 built there is a slight mould smell but nothing major. The bathroom gets wifey from the sewers too. We brought a cleaner to put in drains after showers and covered the top of it after a shower to stop the smell coming into the apartment. I imagine it to be worse in the summer probably better with a higher up apartment. Pillows were poor. Not enough and really flat.

Hygienisch war es schlecht, jedoch durch unsere Aufmerksamkeit haben sie es kostenlos gewechselt ( Handtücher, Bettwäsche)

Was worried after reading some reviews on trip advisor but pleasantly surprised! A great 4 night stay. Will defo book again. Our only downside was having 1 flat pillow. My husband asked the cleaner if we could have another pillow but that wasn’t an option. Spare pillows in the property would have been a bonus.

• Jindřich (2/5): - Centrum Pří příjezdu jsme neměli klíč na místě, čekali jsme 15 minut než přišla majitelka s klíči, ale po několika telefonátech zjistila, že nám dala jiný pokoje. Ztratili jsme hodinu. Pak nám nechala jen jednu deku na 2 lidi, slíbila novou deku, ale tu nikdo nepřinesl. V pokoji byla cítit plíseň, plesnivá byla sprcha a zeď viz foto.

• N Stewart (8/5): This was a quiet attractive place close to the beach and all amenities that we enjoyed very much. - we were there for 3 weeks and thought the location was superb. There was a very attractive garden with a good view. The apartment has modern appliances which include dishwasher and washing machine. There were blackout curtains to keep out the midday sun. When we arrived Feb 7 we needed heat as it cools off after sunset! There is heat and air conditioning (which we didn’t need). We arrived just after dark having advised re our time of arrival. We had trouble finding the place in the dark as the taxi could only go to the adjacent square. That plus it was pouring rain made it difficult . There was no one at the place and we had difficulty using the codes to open the door as there are two doors and we were trying the wrong one! Clara was contacted by phone and came right away. We never were offered clean sheets or towels so did our own laundry . Most people seemed to be short stay unlike ourselves.

Würde nöchstes Mal anderen An - Die Lage ist super für mich.Ruhig, trotzdem im Zentrum der Altstadt. For me well-situated in the quite part of the center of Marbella old town ich hatte 7 Wochen gebucht. Davon war ich zwei nicht dort. Man wollte nur 1x saubermachen! auf meine Intervention hat man 3x saubergemacht. der Ofen war 4 Wochen lang defekt, wurde trotz Hinhaltens nicht repariert. der Klodeckel war defekt. wurde nicht repariert. Der Abfluss war verstopft nach 4 Wochen, wurde drei Wochen trotz Versicherungen nicht repariert. Dafür stürzten sich tägglich Ameisen auf Spüle , Abfalleimer , WC, Spülmaschine. I booked for 7 weeks. I wasn't there for two of them. They only wanted to clean once! After I intervened, they cleaned three times. The oven was broken for four weeks and wasn't repaired despite my stalling. The toilet seat was broken and wasn't repaired either. The drain was clogged after four weeks and wasn't repaired for three weeks despite my insurance claim. Meanwhile, ants descended on the sink, trash can, toilet, and dishwasher daily.

• Olivia (7/5): Would be perfect if the damp problem was fixed - The location is amazing and the layout of the apartments is great. Very spacious and modern, good aircon too. The host was helpful with check in and out. We had 2 apartments and the upstairs was absolutely perfect. However, the downstairs smelled quite strongly of damp. The smell grew as our stay went on and it was unbearable by the end. Our friends downstairs had to move to our apartment because the smell made it hard to breathe and there was a serious ant infestation in the kitchen.

• Mandy Moo (10/5): Dream apartment in excellent location - Lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in the heart of the beautiful old town. Staff very friendly and easy to contact via WhatsApp. Quick to deal with problems. Clara personally delivered the additional supplies I requested and went above and beyond to helped us out on the day we left. It was not clear how to gain access to the 3 apartments that were not in the main building.

• david (5/5): - The location was excellent, right in the middle of the old town, just minutes from a supermarket shops and coffee bars/restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. The only thing we really didn't like, was the bathroom "barn door"; the door did not close flush with the door frame, leaving a very visible gap resulting in an uncomfortable lack of privacy, and to open the door, you had to place your fingers through the gap to slide the door open because there wasn't even a handle. For us this would be a deal breaker for any future visits to this property.

• Angelo (9/5): Ci siamo trovati bene - La struttura è molto bella, deliziosa, in posizione strategica proprio in pieno centro, puoi raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi luogo, compreso il lungo mare. Vicina a tutti i servizi. Arredata con gusto, si entra e si esce facilmente. Host molto gentile, ha lasciato un kit benvenuto con acqua in frigo e un sacchettino con spugnette, sapone etc per lavare i piatti e una capsula per la lavastoviglie. Non mi avevano avvisato che non c’era il parcheggio privato della struttura per cui ho dovuto pagare un parcheggio privato, e che per fare la doccia bisogna comunque stare attenti al tempo per persona, noi eravamo in 4 e alla seconda doccia l’acqua era fredda. Il phon era mal funzionante.

• Tracy (8/5): Stunning and comfortable with amazing location. - Stunning building... such character will definitely return. 3 nights no towel change. It didn't have a huge negative effect but clean towels after 2 days would be fair.

• Rainio (7/5): Semester - Läget är fantastiskt. Värden gav bra info om hur vi kommer in i lägenheten Vi trodde att vi hade balkong/uteplats enligt bokningsinformationen men det hade vi inte. Städningen var dåligt utförd gällande duschrummet. Alla skåp som finns i lägenheten var väldigt dammiga. Det fanns dåligt med köksredskap för att kunna laga egen mat ibland. Vi skulle velast hs en mikrovågsugn som standard i lägenheten. Vi skulle gärna haft några kuddar till samt ett täcke till i sängen.
• Grzegorz (8/5): Super lokalizacja i fajny apartament , ale nie wróciłbym tam ze względu na te zwariowane kary pieniężne. Nie czułem się - Zawsze piszę szczerą i prawdziwą opinię i tak samo zrobię tym razem. Świetna Lokalizacja w samym środku centrum. Bliskość restauracji, 5 min spacerem do morza. Komunikacja z osobą , która przekazywała apartament na bardzo dobrym i profesjonalnym poziomie. Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani! W okolicy darmowe miejskie parkingi, trzeba trochę poszukać , ale da się znaleźć. Ładny apartament ( nr3) z widokiem na bardzo roślinny dziedziniec. Brzydki zapach z odpływu kanalizacji w łazience. I coś z czym się jeszcze nigdy nie spotkałem i uważam że jest to chore ! Po wymeldowaniu się trzeba zabrać ze sobą śmieci , bo inaczej kara chyba 50€. Jak poduszka , kołdra , ręczniki będą brudne , to również kara finansowa. To jakiś obłęd !
• kirsty (10/5): Excellent stay and will be back - Location was in centre of old town in among all the restaurants and squares. Despite being in busy area the only noise we heard were the church bells. Beautiful terrace where we sat out and enjoyed breakfast. Could have done with instructions for heating and cooker, but maybe we just missed those. Have to be careful in bottom inner courtyard/ foyer when it has rained as the puddle on tiles can be very slippy.

• Julia (10/5): Really good stay for the value. Property was on the middle of the town so it was ideal for a short stay - All the facilities was there including washing machine, iron, some shampoo and soap too. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner but overall good

• Mihaela (9/5): - Everything was pleasant during our stay at Dreams of Marbella in the Old Town. The location is excellent. The apartment is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The communication was good and easy. You cannot enter the area by car, and you must park at least 500 m away, either in public parking lots or only overnight for free in certain areas. The building is old, and therefore you may notice a slight smell of mold, but it is not very disturbing. We received an email stating that we would be fined €50 if we did not empty the trash, which did not seem fair
• Stuart (8/5): Brilliant location (not if you have a car) all communication via WhatsApp, enjoyed it - There was one free breakfast locally, the option was churros, not for me, but the coffee was OPK, great breakfast cafes nearby The pillows, these were really the only big thing, but they were insufficient and "tired", more coat hangers?

• Nicola (8/5): Would highly recommend this place for a stay in Marbella. - The location is fabulous and the building and apartments are very attractive. Anna was very helpful when trying to negotiate parking as we had a lot of luggage including a bicycle. The bathroom smelt very bad. Also a few more things like tissues, paper towel would have been great. We stayed for 8 days and we were told there would be a change of towels but this didn’t happen.
