• Pawel (6/5): Trudny kontakt z obsługą, skomplikowany system jednego klucza - Wielkość i wyposażanie apartamentu. Bardzo trudny kontakt z obsługą. Zamawialiśmy i zapłaciliśmy za łóżka dla czterech osób. W dniu przyjazdu przygotowane były tylko dla trzech osób. Na miejscu nikogo z obsługi nie było. Nikt nie był w stanie nam pomóc. Bardzo uciążliwy jest system jednego klucza do apartamentu, co w przypadku czterech osób oznacza bardzo duże komplikacje. Wszystkie drzwi w kompleksie otwiera się kluczem (garaż, sauna, narciarnia, apartament, pokój zabaw, itp.). Jeśli ktoś poszedł do sauny to musiał wychodzić z niej kiedy kolejne osoby chciały przyjść. Po założeniu butów narciarskich trzeba było przejść w nich przez cały kompleks, wejść po schodach na pierwsze lub drugie piętro żeby odnieść klucz dla osób, które wychodziły na narty później.

• Robert (9/5): - Velký, prostorný a moderní apartmán. Velkou výhodou je přístup do sauny. Cením si také vyhrazeného parkovacího místa, které měl jen pro sebe každý apartmán. Postele byly pro mě příliš měkké. Chyběl také toaletní papír, ale ten mi další den s omluvou dodali.

• Sandra (7/5): - POLOHA ubytování. Společenská místnost. Sauna. Instrukce k check inu vůbec nepřišly na email. Recepce na místě v době, kdy měl probíhat check-in byla zavřená a nikdo tam nebyl. Nemohli jsme se dovolat ani na číslo uvedené v mailu ani na číslo uvedené na dvěří zamčené recepce. Zoufalí jsme jeli na 10 min vzdálený partnerský hotel, kde nám na recepci vydali klíče a pomohli nám. Celé to trvalo hodinu. Výše kauce byla jako skoro celá platba za apartmán, na kteoru nás NIKDO NEUPOZORNIL! Jednání s hotelem bylo celé neštastnné

• Magdalena (8/5): - Krásné a prostorné pokoje, velká okna s výhledem, pohodlné postele a vybavená kuchyň. Utěrky, hadr, tablety do myčky i kartáček. O to víc překvapilo, že koupelna byla zase extremně nevybavená. Na pokojích nebyly velké osušky, mýdlo ani toaletní papír, to jsme nečekali. Hlavně ty ručníky o velikosti utěrky byly nepříjemné. A v sauně nebyla prostěradla ani ručníky. Čistota pokoje spíše průměrná, jedno okno bylo hodně opatlané a v rozích tu a tam smetí.

• Jozefína (9/5): Veľmi pekné prostredie a okolie - Objekt je v blízkosti detských vlekov -300m, a následne môžte nastúpiť na sedačku do Hochwurzen, v blízkosti si potraviny a reštaurácie, ubytovanieje vkusne zariadené,dobrý úložný priestor na lyže, sauna, kuchyňa vybavená riadom Dlho sme čakali na checkin, už bolo 17.00.Chlapci nestíhali upratať, doložiť čistiace prostriedky do kuchyne.

• Petr (8/5): I pres drobne nodostatky, splnilo ubytovani ocekavani :-) - Moderni objekt a klidne misto. Vyborna lokalita pro lyze, pekna 2x sauna s velkorysou odpocivarnou. Supr bylo kryte parkovani. Objednavali jsme 3x apartmany, dispozice byla podobna, ale vybava, hlavne kuchyne, vyrazne rozdilna. Velice neprakticka byla pouze jedna sada klicu. A sauna byla spolecna (!) podle popisu a mozna ceskeho prekladu jsme se domnivali, ze bude na apartmanu,, navic se musi chodit pres venkovni prostory zpet do suterenu, celkove ale OK.

Fajne i przestronne apartamenty ale problemy z czystością i obsługą. - + Dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu stoków narciarskich (trzeba przejść ok 120 metrów). + Wygodne i przestronne apartamenty. + Parking podziemny. + Przyzwoicie wyposażona kuchnia - czystość w apartamencie pozostawiała wiele do życzenia (nad łóżkiem, na rantach mebli gruba warstwa kurzu, brudna podłoga, brudna firanka z wypalonymi śladami po papierosach, brudna zasłonka pod prysznicem....) - jedyna szafa miała połamane pułki, które odpadały - WIFI to kompletna katastrofa, nie wiem po co w miejscu, w którym nie działa Internet jest wielki SMART TV, z którego i tak nie możesz skorzystać. - wbrew opisowi nie było mydła ani dozowników na mydło - bardzo kiepska komunikacja z obsługą obiektu - przed wyjazdem otrzymywałem sprzeczne informacje odnośnie sposobu zameldowania i odbioru kluczy (inne na bookingu, inne w mailu), nie otrzymywałem odpowiedzi na proste pytania; naszym znajomym pomylono apartamenty (skierowano ich pod niewłaściwy numer do którego nie pasował kod od skrzyni na klucze; obsługa nie odbierała telefonów, były problemy z komunikacją w j. angielskim...) - w obiekcie są teoretycznie dwie narciarnie (jedna na poziomie 0 była przepełniona, druga na poziomie -1 przy parkingu nie miała szuszarek do butów ani ławki, na której można by zmienić buty) - dziwnie zorganizowana komunikacja w obiekcie (wszędzie drzwi otwierane na klucze, zejście do garażu zastawione koszami z praniem, schody pokryte lodem, śniegiem i śmieciami....) - pobrano mi dwukrotnie opłatę klimatyczną z karty i uparcie twierdzono, że pobrano ją tylko raz żądając udowodnienia, że faktycznie tak było.....
• Elke (8/5): Durch diese hervorragende Lage der Wohnung gewinnt der Urlaub sehr. - Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist hervorragend, Die Sauna ist sehr gut. Die Größe der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Einiges hat nicht funktioniert. Ich habe das auch gemeldet bei der Unterkunft.

• Simon Schöllenbauer (9/5): - Etwas speziell herauszugeben ist schwierig. Gesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und unkompliziert. Leider war das Zimmer nicht komplett gereinigt. Es gab Spinnweben und auf der Ablage am Kühlschrank war viel Staub. Sonst gab es nichts zum aussetzen.

• Goran (8/5): all in all, it was good, ski slopes were close but this is not ski in ski out. - location and size of a two-bedroom appt. The apartment was not as clean as I expected. There was dust all over the floor, cupboard shelves and upon our arrival, it was cold inside and we needed heaters. Likewise, as for the bed linen, cover and pillows, in the apartment envisaged for 6 persons, we were missing one set of this, but this was sorted pretty quickly. Ski slopes were close but this is not ski-in ski-out as it is advertised.

• Irina (10/5): Perfect value for money during high ski season - Perfect value for money during high ski season. It is modern well equipped apartment and comfortable for family trip. It is about 250 metres walking to the ski slope (blue and red piste, kids slopes). It was very warm inside; the bed linen and towels are new and clean. The kitchen has really a lot of utilities like nespresso coffemachine and toaster. There are free dry and wet saunas and small children playroom with tennis table and football. You can also wash and dry clothes in the laundry room (8X50 cents per washing and 4X50 cents for drying). The skies have secured lockers outside and underground garage is perfect for snowing days. The small supermarket, bars and cafe are just 3 walking minutes away. The communication with the staff is really a weak point: never got what was promised by the messages or by call, but considering the price and apartments quality it does not really bothers a lot. And bring with you essentials from salt to dishwasher tablets and wash sponge. As we got only toilet paper int he apartment.

• Rok (2/5): we had to call them all day to turn on the sauna and we couldn t on the firat day... very weird comunication -
• Ronald van Trigt (7/5): Inchecken ging niet helemaal goed.... - De goede broodjesservice. De parkeergarage. De hygiëne. Wij waren te vroeg aanwezig, en vroeg bij het inchecken of we er wellicht eerder in konden. Het appartement was nog niet schoon, maar hij zou met voorrang gedaan worden, ws binnen 2 uur. De receptie zou bellen. We werden niet gebeld, dus een kwartier later dan de incheck-tijd de sleutel opgehaald. In het appartement gekomen bleek er helemaal niets gedaan te zijn. Toen de schoonmaak ploeg aankwam werd ons verzocht om alles weer uit het appartement te halen. Tevens werd iedereen de schuld gegeven behalve zichzelf. Dat kan de volgende keer echt beter.... Gelukkig werd er wel goed schoongemaakt, en hebben we een fijne week gehad.

• Luděk (7/5): - Pěkné výhledy, panorama, lokalita, Dostačující vybavení. Rozkládací gauč ve druhé místnosti, pro dvě osoby- nevyhovující, matrace hrozná i pro děti. Kauce vratná až po 14 dnech. Přístup ke sjezdovce, přezouvání do lyžáků na poli, bez možnosti si kamkoli sednout.

• Dušan (5/5): - Blízko sjezdovky. Pro check-in bylo potřeba dojed cca 12 km daleko do hotelu. Navíc omezeno do 18 hodiny, což byla komplikace. Po ubytování chybělo povlečení pro děti. Doplněno až po opakované urgenci. Hlavní problém byl nefunkční topení, kdy v místnostech bylo 14 stupňů. Opraveno na druhý den, ale až po mnoha telefonátech, které probíhaly vždy s někým jiným. Po celou dobu pobytu teplota nepřekročila 20 stupňů.

• Hochstöger (7/5): - Das Alps Resorts hat eine schöne Lage. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß. Es war die ersten Tage sehr kalt in den Zimmern. Die Fußbodenheizung braucht Zeit. Gefällt hat mir etwas die Liebe zum Detail. Bilder an den Wänden z.B.

• Reichetseder (6/5): - Wir konnten am Anreisetag um 13 Uhr ins Zimmer. Es war eiskalt! Wir saßen mit dir Jacke beim Abendessen. Heizen mussten wir Mut dem Backrohr. Erst am nächsten Tag wurde die Wohnung warm. Wir haben auch am Abend jemanden angerufen, der uns nicht wirklich weiter helfen konnte, und uns aber sagte, dass immer wieder Kunden von diesem Problem am Anreisetag haben. Tipp: Heizung bald genug einschalten!

• HANI (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this countryside hotel/apartment. Everything was just perfect! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook my own meals, which made my stay even more comfortable. The bedroom was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable—I slept so well every night. The living room was spacious and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also loved the dining area, especially the table on the balcony where I could enjoy my meals with a beautiful view. One of the things I appreciated most was the secure parking; it gave me peace of mind knowing my car was safe. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect getaway if you’re looking to enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful countryside setting. Highly recommended

• Kopecká (10/5): - Krásné, čisté ubytování s dechberoucím výhledem na horu Dachstein. Kryté podzemní parkoviště. Ubytování nabízí Sommercard a s ní se dá zažít spoustu zážitků. Určitě mohu všem doporučit. Mínus bych dala přistýlce, rozkládací gauč a byl dost nepohodlný a při každém pohybu vrzal. V popisu byla uvedená dětská jídelní židlička, která nebyla.

• Gabriella (10/5): - Csodás helyen levő apartman, makulátlanul tiszta, tökéletesen felszerelt. A szállástól kb 10 km-re levő komplexum recepcióján kellett becsekkolni, de ezt az egyik Booking-os üzenetükben leírták, plusz fel is hívott egy kedves hölgy az érkezés napján, hogy ezt tudjuk-e. Itt a recepción kaptuk meg a Sommercard-ot, ami rengeteg ingyenes szórakozási lehetőséget kínál! Az apartman nagyon tágas, kényelmes, egyszerűen tökéletes! A wellness részleg szaunát és gőzfürdőt tartalmaz, plusz hatalmas pihenő teret. Síszezonban biztos sokan vannak, de most mi 3 este mentünk le, mi voltunk az egyedüli vendégek, pedig hűvös, esős nyári esték voltak :)

• Anita (7/5): Eine sehr schöne zentralgelegene Wohnung. An der Sauberkeit muss gearbeitet werden. - Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung sehr schön. Die Sauna ist auch sehr schön. Ich weiß das es sehr schwierig ist ein gutes Reinigungspersonal zu bekommen. Aber die schönen Wohnung war schlecht geputzt. Die Schrankfronten hatten noch Fingerabdrücke und schlieren. Die Küchenfronten und Backofentür waren schmierig. Unter dem Bett und Schlafcouch war dick Staub.
• PavlaV (10/5): Krásné výhledy a výlety - Ideální výchozí bod pro spoustu výletů, dechberoucí výhledy z terasy, čistota, pohodlné postele Recepce pro checkin není v místě ubytování, ale cca 15 minut cesty autem. Malá kuchyňka bez digestoře (poslední den se nám spustil požární alarm při smažení vajíček k snídani). Wellness by chtělo trochu zútulnit a dovybavit. 2 sauny jinak nic, jen obrovský prostor plný lehátek a stůl od počítače s pár krabičkami pytlíkových čajů.

• Jan (8/5): Insgesamt aber eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wir würden wiederkommen! - Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der ersten Ferienwohnung wurde uns von einer sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Mitarbeiterin schnell und unkompliziert eine alternative Unterkunft angeboten – dafür ein großes Lob! Die neue Wohnung war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral, aber ruhig. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Der Weg zur Garage ist in einem schlechten Zustand mit vielen Schlaglöchern, hier wäre eine Verbesserung wünschenswert.
