• Yana (10/5): Топ място - Хареса ми абсолютно всичко. Това място е просто разкошно! Чувствах се като от старата аристокрация! Много изтънчено място. Няма нещо, което да не ми хареса.

Апартаментът е уютен, чист и на перфектна локация в централната част на Русе, определено го препоръчвам, заслужава си напълно цената! Леглата бяха изключително удобни.
• Heinrich (10/5): - Wo fange ich an mit dem Aufzählen all der guten Erfahrungen in dieser Unterkunft? Mitten in der Innenstadt befindet sich diese wunderbare Unterkunft in einem historischen Haus mit spannender Geschichte. Und genauso ist auch die Wohnung eingerichtet: stilvoll mit zu der Historie passenden Möbeln ausgestattet, die Wände und Möbel dekoriert, als ob der alte Besitzer mal eben das Haus verlassen hat, Kunst überall und trotzdem mit allem modernen Komfort ausgestattet ohne die Atmosphäre des alten bürgerlichen Hauses zu zerstören... einfach eine großartige Erfahrung, hier zu wohnen. Die Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber hat sich nahtlos in diese äußerst positive Erfahrung eingefügt. Für uns gab es nur einen Nachteil: wir waren viel zu kurz hier - wir hätten so gern diese wunderbare Atmosphäre länger erlebt. Aber wir werden zurückkommen und dann definitiv wieder hier übernachten! Danke für alles!

Да преживееш няколко дни в дом-паметник на културата и в същото време да имаш всички удобства на съвременния живот е наистина уникално. Усещаш гостоприемството на собствениците по всяко време, но не натрапчиво. Благодаря им за доверието. Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса.

• Mariela (10/5): Historic Appartement with homely atmosphere - Spacious, clean and very well organized. The apartment met all our needs, everything what we needed was there. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, the kitchen had all the needed cutlery. We had plenty of towels and extra pillows, the bed in the main bedroom was big and comfortable. You have the feeling you are a guest in someone’s home, the walls were covered in paintings from local artists. Even though we stayed during the proms the apartment was relatively quiet, the windows are overlooking the Main Street, but the city center is closed for cars so the only thing you can occasionally hear is just some people passing by. The windows are double and when you close them it’s really hard to hear anything. There’s a cute little fireplace in the living room area that enriches the aristocratic spirit of the place. There’s also a very tiny balcony on the back, which is good if you’re smoking and you don’t want to go out on the street every time you lit up a cigarette. We will definitely stay here again. The host was also extremely friendly and very helpful, we were very happy during our 7 day stay. The toilet and the bathroom were tiny, but it was not a problem for us, considering it’s an old historic house. The wooden floors in the living room and bedrooms were also squeaky when you walk but it didn’t bother us as they were well polished and maintained. Unfortunately it’s not friendly for disabled people as there’s a staircase to climb and no lift.

• Svetlin (9/5): Amazing downtown apartment, perfect location, wonderful host! - Amazing flat, situated perfectly in the downtown area, but at the same time - quiet. Old building, typical for the aristocratic period of the town. Amazing host, responsive and at our disposal for all our needs. For such a short stay, it was perfect!

The apartment was wonderful - it was located in a beautiful old building with lots of character. The apartment had everything you could possibly need - the host was so generous and thoughtful with everything - toiletries, lovely crockery and cutlery, condiments. We felt so comfortable and looked after ( it was incredibly hot in Ruse when we stayed there but the a/c kept us very cool) and decided it was definitely the best place we had stayed in in Bulgaria! Thank you very much! Nothing.

Cozy apartment with all the facilities listed. Perfect location. Within walking distance of tourist spots, restaurants and shops. The shower room door and the toilet door could not be locked properly. But this was not a big issue to us.

• Yoana (10/5): Amazing place - nice, clean, and with a great location! - The apartment was amazing! It had all the things one might need - there a was a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a regular oven, a washing machine; it had cutlery, glasses and cups, plates and bowls. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which was very convenient. The bedrooms were spacious enough for me and my colleague. There was also a small balcony with two chars and a table, perfect for your morning coffee. The location was great - on the main pedestrian street, making it close to all sorts of shops and interesting places to visit. Definitely recommend it, and would book again, if I have a stay in Ruse.
