• Pamela (1/5): Misleading Listing - Undisclosed Shared Apartment - The cleaning lady was polite and professional, and I appreciated that she was present for check-in. The location of the apartment is central. This listing is fundamentally misleading. While it mentions "homestay experience," it does not disclose that you'll be sharing the apartment with other booking.com guests. I only learned upon arrival that another guest would be staying, which was extremely concerning as a solo female business traveler. Had I known this was a shared apartment with unknown guests, I would never have booked. The room quality was poor for €120/night. The carpet was heavily stained, and the bedroom window has no proper insulation - constant street noise made sleep nearly impossible. Even after following instructions to adjust the window, it remained poorly sealed with cold drafts. I attempted to sleep in the living room but the stress of the undisclosed shared arrangement caused severe sleep disruption before critical business meetings. Additional issues: only basic toiletries provided despite listing saying otherwise, the carpet in my room was heavily stained, no coffee despite photos showing it, dirty cleaning sponge and stained kettle, wet laundry left drying in common areas during my stay. The cleaning lady remained working for 2 hours after check-in, preventing use of common areas (the working desk) of an online meeting and I had to do it from my bedroom instead resulting in poor posture. The host communicates through the cleaner via WhatsApp rather than directly.

Hatte bei der Buchung wohl auch übersehen, dass es sich um ein Shared Apartment handelt. Meiner Meinung nach nicht klar ersichtlich. Ausstattung und Zustand eher Basic. Kein Fön.
• Darron (8/5): Pret good, would certainly stay again - It was a good spot for a night. I would certainly recommend a stay here for one person. The location is safe, easily accessible, has LUAS right outside the door (when it is operational). The shower was disappointing. Unfortunately, the flow was extraordinarily low and the heat was lacking. I did not ask the proprietor specifics about the shower, so this is partially on me, but I had higher hopes for it nonetheless.

Konum olarak da fena sayılmaz merkeze 15 dakika yürüyerek ulaşıyorsunuz. Beğenmediğim bir şey yok aslında ama bu kadar temiz evin içinde ayakkabı ile gezmek istemezdim. Sadece öneri olarak ev terliği alınabilir diye düşünüyorum.

Alles sauber, gute Ausstattung, TOP Lage In der Wohnung gibt es noch ein weiteres Zimmer was auch vermietet wird, so dass manot einer anderen Person in der Wohnung ist. Das ist in der Anzeige noch klar kommuniziert

• Martien (9/5): Perfect location and very clean! - Lovely location near Dublin express stop and walking distance from the city centre. Local shops and eateries at the doorstep. Very clean! The double glazed window doesn’t close properly which causes a draft while the head of the bed is underneath… also unnecessary noise at night due to it. Please note: bring your own Nespresso vertuo cups.. the picture might suggest there are cups available…. Luckily I was prepared for the fact if there was none!

The cleaner once threw out my food by accident, but otherwise okay. Way overpriced. Only leaving a review because I kept getting emails. Also the door handle came off
• Anna (6/5): Not terrible but expected much more for the price - The place looked fairly clean at first glance. Especially my room and the bathroom were clean except for a few details and the big problem that the window in my bedroom was drafty and there was black mould on the window frame and the blinds. The living room looked comfy and clean. The kitchen wasn't dirty but there were several issues like the cupboard handles and appliances were sticky, the light switches were dirty, there was a pool of water on the bottom of the fridge - little stuff like that which added up and gave off a rather unhygienic and messy vibe that I don't expect for the price I paid. There is another room where someone else is staying, which didn't cause any issues for me as we both weren't there a lot. But it is super difficult to do anything in the apartment without being loud, and you can basically hear each other talking through the thin walls - so I'd say, as it is, the apartment isn't very well suited to host two complete strangers. Tiago was friendly and the check-in went okay even though it was a bit chaotic and unnecessarily stressful. He wasn't there in person but sent me pictures of the entrance on my arrival. Then the door didn't open and I had to wait for other inhabitants of the apartment complex to open for me. It would have helped me a lot to just get some handout of concise check-in information with the exact location of the place prior to check-in. Generally, I missed getting more information. There were no labels on the rooms or kitchen cupboards, no other kinds of welcoming messages. This isn't super important to me but - along with the other details - it made the place feel more like someone wanted to make money off of their apartment with minimal effort instead of a well prepared guest apartment.

YES! - The location of the flat is very good- 5 min walk from the river Liffey, there is Luas just outside the building, which can take you to Dublin centre, 3Arena is 2 stops away by Luas or a 20 min walk. There are also shops, cafes and pharmacies all around the area! EPIC museum is less than 10 min walk. Overall, the area is really nice, the flat was clean and tidy, very bright and cosy! The communication with the owner was also very good. Just little things, like no frying pan, no coffee pods to use with the Nespresso machine - but to be honest, that didn't really bother me and didn't make my experience any less enjoyable.

Also I didn’t appreciate to be asked if I was on my own. Lack of trust here. I had told the young lady who did the check in that it was my grandson who was with me and who lived at the university. Maybe it would be good to fix the handle on the front door before it comes off. The laundry drying in the living room shouldn’t be there

• Anna (8/5): Comfortable Stay at IFSC - Apartment was shared with another guest. We each had our own rooms and bathrooms. Bus is directly outside the building and walking distance to Temple Bar area is about 20 - 23 minutes. There was tea and coffee available as well as a washing machine. Host was great! There was no electrical outlet in bathroom. Directions to the location was not very clear.

Communication with the host was excellent a few days before arriving and I was met at the property on arrival. Room was very comfortable as I was in Dublin for exams which was great, there are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. I would have no problem staying there again and highly recommended. Very good value for money for Dublin.

The hosts were so helpful and friendly and very accomodating when I asked if it was ok to leave luggage both before check in and after check out. Incredible accomodation and so handy to everything. Tram right outside door. Plenty of options within walking distance for groceries, coffee, pharmacy and restaurants plus waking distance to River Liffey and attractions. It was so lovely to have a fully functional kitchen as well as a washing machine plus a super comfy loungeroom with a flat screen tv to chill out after a long day working. This is a shared apartment with two rooms however you have your own private bathroom and lockable door on bedroom. Bed was comfortable and ammenities clean and spotless. Nothing. It was perfect.
• Margaret (8/5): Good place to stay in Dublin City, I would recommend - A 3* self catering 2 bed apartment which you share with someone in the other bedroom. Good sized room. Use of kitchen was very welcome. Good facilities inc Fridge, microwave, large TV in living room etc. Tram stop just outside but within easy walk of city. 15 minutes by taxi from Stena terminal. Maybe sharing the apartment with a stranger would bother some people. It did not bother me as there is a lock on the bedroom door and it felt like being in a a B&B!

• Gustavo (10/5): Highly recommended. Attention, location, cleanliness and all that you need. - Excellent experience. The host was really helpful and available and had great recommendations to give. The place was tidy, clean and I had everything I needed. It even has toiletries, a coffee machine and a washing machine. Having a private bathroom is a big plus and a lock on the door. The area is the financial area of the city so it's very nice and well connected - the tram is outside the building. Highly recommended. Nothing that I didn't like. If nothing is not as expected or missing, the host is ready to provide a solution. There's a bit of noise from outside during the weekends, but I used the standing fan for a few hours to make white noise and cover the outside noise and I slept really well.
• Bonnin (10/5): A very great place to stay!!! - The owner was so friendly and he help you in everything he can. He let me leave my suitcases for my accomodation in his house, so I'm very thankful for this. The location is in the city center so you have all you need close.
• Scott (9/5): A very nice host and a comfortable room in a location with easy access to just about everything. - The location for a visit to Dublin was ideal. Lots of food options and easy access to the central part of town, via foot or the light rail. Comfortable bed, plenty of privacy and security, and good wardrobe/drawer space. The area could be a bit noisy at night, which was surprising given the mostly corporate/business feel of the area. But not really a problem if the windows are closed.
