We were a family group of 8 adults and 6 children visiting from UK and Australia in July. We booked 3 apartments. The location was excellent - we could walk to all the shops, resturants and activities. The 2 story apartments are nicely grouped close together around the pool/ hot tub ( no cars) so safe for children.
Although standard in design, the apartments vary in decor and facilities. One of ours was recently renovated and had a hot tub on the balcony. This was reflected in the rental cost.
- Susan (8/5): Not a great place for families with small children as there are a lot of stairs to contend with. - The location to the village was awesome. We booked 3 rooms for our family #12,28 & 38. #28 was a disappointment as it is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The carpet was filthy. We were led to believe that each room had a spa pool which was not the case. Only #12 had a spa that we did not use as the water head cloudy with scum floating on the surface. The pool is small for the number of guests in the complex. Another guests child pooped in the pool while my family were there so my son called reception and asked for maintenance to be done and a sign put up advising guests that pool may be out of service due to chemicals having to be used to shock the water. No staff or maintenance responded so we didn't use the pool from that point on.

- Marc (10/5): Great place to stay, and good value. Quieter than the Village Stroll. - Given the other prices in Whistler, this place was a steal - half the price of other 3-bedroom apartments. It was nevertheless large enough for our needs, clean, well-stocked, and the management staff was responsive and helpful. It isn't along the Village Stroll, but it was only a block away, and the distance made for quieter nights. I would definitely stay here again. The check-out time was a bit harsh - 10:00am. These days 11:00 or noon is more common. Nevertheless, they let us leave our luggage inside the door until our bus back to Vancouver at 1:00pm. Nice of them.
