- Koch (7/5): - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Ledig das Frühstück war etwas überteuert. Ansonsten ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, wenn man eine preiswerte Unterkunft in Suhl sucht und mit dem Auto da ist, denn es liegt etwas abseits.

- ines (2/5): Nicht noch einmal - nichts Das ist kein Hotel, eher eine Jugendherberge. In den Zimmern war es nicht wirklich gemütlich. Es gab noch nicht einmal ein Glas auf den Zimmern. Im Bad war es stickig. Lüftung funtionierte nicht. Licht in der Dusche funktionierte nicht. Kleiderschrank und Gardienen aus DDR Zeiten. Die Flure kalt und lieblos.
- Elke (5/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt akzeptabel. - Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Bequeme Betten und ausreichend großes Zimmer. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer um sich mal Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten zu können. Keine Möglichkeit abends im Hotel zu Essen oder noch ein Getränk zu sich zu nehmen, man muss immer nochmal das Auto bemühen um in ein Restaurant zu kommen. wobei dies auf der Buchungsplattform angeben wurde das dies vorhanden ist keine Pflegeprodukte vorhanden /Duschbad keine Info an Rezeption wenn nicht besetzt ist wo man klopfen oder sich melden soll. Rezeption wirkt sehr verlassen.

- Josef (10/5): Velmi dobrý dojem na ubytování a velmi špatný na recepci. Recepční nás mohl upozornit na problémy. - Jsme ubytoiváni v Olympii asi čtvrtou sezónu na podzimních závodech seniorů a vždy jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Tentokrát jsme se první den vůbec nedočkali obsluhy jídelny a druhý den byla dokonce jídelna zavřena a to bez jakékoliv informace. Snídaně jsme museli zajistit jiným způsobem na což jsme nebyli připraveni.

- Kerstin (5/5): Potential nach oben. - Ich empfand es nicht so gut, dass nach einer Anreisezeit gefragt wurde und dann die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Es erfolgte eine Einweisung per Telefon, welche etwas sehr holprig daher kam. Es waren gebucht und bezahlt 2 Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten. Letztendlich haben wir mit 4 Personen in 1 Zimmer geschlafen. Es ging, war so aber nicht gedacht. Auch fehlte mir die Angabe, dass Abends das Befahren der Hotelanlage nicht mehr möglich ist, da die Schranke geschlossen wird.

Nontheless the staff was nice and was really clean. Bad things - on the website said WiFi- we didnt got any

- Krčmář (2/5): Very poor - Room was clean with chill/working zone separated from the bedroom Address is right but its inside the shooting range area which was closed by the time of our arrival. However after couple of phonecalls and 2 rounds around the area, we found the right gate (no signs at all) reception was empty, so another call. Lady came with the key (hurrey) but as we approach to the room... suprize! The room was occupied. The lady inside was not really happy for three men came to her room apologizing and waving with the key marked with her room number. Ok... another call... gentleman is coming with another key. All seems ok. Asking us when would we like to have breakfast. 7:30 is fine for both sides... however no breakfast happenned as we waited in front of the restaurant (breakfast area) from 7:20 to 8:10. Nobody came and nobody answer my phone calls. Breakfast was paid but not delivered at all.
- Timm (4/5): Disappointing - Price-value ratio is very fair. Rooms are ok-ish comfortable. The brakfast is alright. Regarding these aspects, the location ain't the best neither the worst. The service is horrific, especially in regard to check-in and check-out. We had to wait over 20 minutes in order to simply be given a key to our room, because there was nobody to find at the reception. Same for the check-out. It took them 30 minutes to arrive at the reception and process our check-out. Which was stressful since we had a tight time-schedule. Now I know that one cannot operate a reception 24/7 in small locations like this one. And that is absolutely no problem. But 30 minutes or so around the main check-in/-out times should not be that big of a deal.
