The staff was very friendly & went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend this hotel. There is nothing to dislike about the hotel at all.

• Silviu (10/5): BEST PLACE IN ALL OF EGYPT - This place is FANTASTIC! I stayed here a few days to see the pyramids but I came back and booked a room for an entire month! Great staff, sapcious clean rooms, big swimming pool w tanning loungers, breakfast lunch & dinner available for very good price even during Ramadan. The staff is always there and they really go out of their way to accomodate your needs: laundry, taxis, room cleaning and much needed local advice - one of the managers actually taught me the car honking language Egyptian drivers use (no joke, it's really a thing in Egypt) There's a a very good gym around the corner, proper supermarket nearby, plaza with great local restaurants and a few real American chains Papa John's, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds 5 minutes away walking, Egypt Mall 10 minutes away by taxi. Next time I visit Egypt this is first thing I'll book

Beste ohe bat eskatu eta laister jarriko zigutela esan ziguten. 4 aldiz joan behar izan ginen beraiengana ohea eskatzera. azkenean ohe plegable bat ekarri ziguten, zikina eta zaharra. Beste hotel batera joan behar izan ginan eskainitakoa eman ez zigutelako.

• Gréta (9/5): Ár-érték arányban kiváló - A szállásadó és a mindenes ember nagyon-nagyon kedves, segítőkész és alkalmazkodó. Tényleg egy szavunk nem lehet, a reggelit akkor kaptuk, amikorra kértük, segítettek pizzát venni, boltot találni, szóval tényleg mindenben segítőkészek voltak. Három szobát foglaltunk összesen. Nem a hibákat kerestük, hanem próbáltuk elfogadni az itteni viszonyokat, így abszolút meg tudtunk barátkozni a hotellel. A reggeli megfelelő volt. A hotel épülete tetején lévő étterem nagyon szuper, nagyon finomak az ételek. Az ablakkeretek mellett kb ujjnyi rések vannak, így süvít be a hideg, de van hősugárzó. Egyes szobákban az esőztetős tusfej a wc felett van 🤭 ez feladja kicsit a leckét fürdésnél. 😁 Mi mindannyian abban a szobában fürödtünk, ahol volt tustálca. Kosz van mindenhol, de ez nem Európa. Így vicces emlékeink lettek. 🙃

Без вида на пирамиды, с грязным номером , постельное было в шерсти и воняло котиной мочей. И номер был двухместный а не трехместный как я заказал. Очень сильно извинялись, но мы не спали всю ночь, так как лаяли собаки, орали бомжи и воняло сцаниной. Если вы готовы к такому, то вам сюда.

The only thing is about this is the traffic is a bit noisy in the area which is this is really common in In Egypt so my room is basically very close to the main road but no complain oral is really good

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is absolutely perfect — just minutes away from the Pyramids and the Sphinx. Waking up and seeing the pyramids so close was truly unforgettable. It made my trip to Giza even more special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. I especially enjoyed having breakfast with such a beautiful view. The service was outstanding. The team goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and valued. Their hospitality really made a difference. Great value for money, excellent location, and exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Pyramids area, and I would definitely stay here again! Nothing serious-Maybe the stay was too short! I wish I had booked more nights 😊

Gabri, el jefe, organiza tours a distintos lugares y tiene buenas recomendaciones. El desayuno es mejorable. Aunque Mohamed nos trajo fruta extra cuando se la pedimos.
• Arianna (1/5): Attenzione: manca proprio la base. - Tutto sporco. Il signore che mi ha accolto alla reception mi ha detto che avrebbero pulito tranquillamente l'indomani mattina alle 8:00. Sono Scappata via. Non solo ho fatto il checkin molto tardi quindi tempo per pulire ce n'era a disposizione dato che ero l'unica ciente, ma proprio mancavano le basi. Pavimento sporco con macchie e capelli della precedente cliente. Bagno letteralmente mai pulito con incrostazioni dell'anteguerra e ricordini della precedente cliente. Lenzuola piene di capelli della precedente cliente quindi non cambiate... un film dell'orrore insomma. Vi dico solo che ho provato a sedermi sul letto (scomodo e chissà da quanti secoli il materasso) e sentivo prurito dappertutto. Non so se era suggestione per la pulizia o cosa. Come se non bastasse, l'owner dispiaciuto per l'accaduto (dato che non credeva fosse possibile una cosa del genere quindi gli ho mandato un video di come ho trovato la camera) per scusarsi mi ha invitato a cena per volermi conoscere, dato che sapevo che viaggiavo in solitaria. Zero professionalità. Tutto sporco. Lenzuola non cambiate, gabinetto sporco, pavimento, finestra, tende, aria condizionata, Tutto. Sono scappata via. Ah e poi.. nei messaggi confermata camera con vista piramidi, e mi sono ritrovata una camera che dava sulla strada (ma non si vedeva da quanto la finestra era sporca) ma si sentiva di tutto. Sembrava di essere proprio sulla strada da quanto casino c'era. E sapete li di notte, i clacson (dato che si usano al posto degli indicatori di direzione e c'è sempre un via vai assurdo) Un incubo, sono scappata subito. Questa è la mia esperienza. Magari a voi andrà meglio.

They gave me pyramid view room although I booked economy (but I was moved after two nights anyway) When I arrived, the reception was empty, I had to wait like 15 minutes before anyone showed. Not the best first impression... I was told that I can get coffee in the courtyard anytime for free but it was not true.

The room’s view facing the pyramids was absolutely spectacular — waking up to that scene was truly unforgettable and the highlight of my trip. Being located right near the pyramids made visiting them very convenient. However, aside from the pyramids, there isn’t much to explore in the immediate area, so most other attractions require traveling into the city. I also felt that the bed could have been cleaner and fresher in scent.

The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Waking up to the view of the Pyramids was unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Egypt! Honestly, my only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer — but that was due to my work schedule. • fwaz (10/5): - تبارك الله ، الموقع في مكان مناسب في وسط المدينه وكل الخدمات قريبه من الموقع مطاعم او بقالات او محلات تجاريه او مواصلات ، واشكر اداره الفندق على حسن التعامل والضيافه ، واشكر الاخ / محمد ، لحسن تعامله مع الضيوف وسرعه تلبيه الطلبات بكل صدر الرحم وطاقم الفندق ودودون في التعامل ، والابتسامه لا تفارق وجوههم ، كما يوجد الحديقه صغيره في الموقع يوجد بها محل القهوه والمشروبات الساخنه والبارده وكذلك الفطور الذي يشمل الاقامه ، فطور مناسب ، وانا اوصي بالاقامه في هذا المكان ، وشكرا للجميع كل شيء على ما يرام .
• Sowa (3/5): Not a bad location. Good staff, poor internet and poor approach by management. - The attendants at the hotel were very good and saw to my needs with care and with a smile Management. They were very confrontational. Poor approach to my discussion or questions. Could not address my need for better internet, however was offering other services, without taking care of what I requested.
• Jimmy (10/5): - Very good value for money, free pick up from the airport, friendly and nice staff, breakfast is yummy 😋 Mr Mohammed Qasim was amazing and very helpful trying to make the stay very comfortable
• ahmed (1/5): I do not recommend it, especially for guests who want to stay for more than one night. - The accommodation is close to the most important tourist areas. One of the workers, named Mohammed, was cooperative and quick to respond. - When I booked, the room information included a view of the pyramids + a mini bar. When I arrived, all of that was not there, and I found that I had been given a room overlooking the main street, which contains a very annoying parking lot and you cannot sleep 24 hours a day. - The contents of the breakfast were reduced little by little every day. The first day the meal contained eggs, cheese, bread, juice and jam. The next day we missed the juice, the third day we missed the juice and one piece of bread, and the third day we missed the pieces of bread, juice and eggs. - Unfortunately, it is mentioned there that there is Internet, but the truth is that the Internet does not work at all. - There are many things that showed disrespect to the guest such as the breakfast situation, the internet scam, and replacing the room with what was written in the description instead of what I found in reality. - I cut my residency short two days before it expired.

• Labib (7/5): - Place is a private villa/hoise turned to a hotel (1 story). Worth the value if tight budget. Location is okay if you know where to go (away from downtown). Ahmed was welcoming. Short stay, but the Airport shuttle was a great service (worth the booking value) street noise.

Also the place is near to a construction site so the noise is doubled . The area is so noisy from vehicles sounds and horns .

• Aya (10/5): - わたしが泊まった部屋はデラックスダブルルームでピラミッドが写真と同様、嘘偽りなくこの通りに見えました。 館内を色々と工事中でエレベーターは使えませんでしたが、スタッフのモハメドさんが部屋まで運んでくれました。 オーナーのガブリはとても陽気で優しく、信用出来ます。 安全なドライバーとガイドを手配してくれました。 ガブリの弟もとても陽気で楽しい人でした。 スタッフのモハメドは、穏やかで親切を押し付ける事の無い優しい人です。 タクシーやコシャリ屋でボラれた話をした時も、申し訳ない、と何故か謝り出すくらいです。 足りない物もお願いすればすぐに持ってきてくれ、顔を合わすとコーヒーや紅茶や水はどうですか？と聞いてくれる。 自分が買いに行けばボラれないから、頼んでねと言ってくれました。 私が泊まっている4日のうちに窓ガラスが取り換えられ、シャワーにもガラスが付きました。 より快適になってます。 クーラーも冷蔵庫もあるし、道を渡ったすぐのカフェの隣の大きいケバブレストランはメニューもあり信用出来ます。 チキンクリスピーのクレープが75ポンドで、めっちゃ美味しかったです。 その店の道を渡った反対側には、カルフールもあります。 特に無いです。 パピルスの美術館でお土産を勧められましたが、断ったら、すぐに受け入れてくれました。
• DAN DAN (8/5): - 交通便利，生活方便。出门街中间就有一家汉堡炸鸡店，非常便宜和美味。还有超市，冰激凌店，都非常便宜，是真正的埃及价格。老板典型的阿拉伯商人，会做生意。如果你想骑骆驼，咨询老板给你找导游，我们认为价格合理。服务人员也热情，乐于助人。 楼梯狭窄，上下有点困难。好在有员工帮忙提箱子。在埃及，脏是必须的。在加上金字塔边就是一个大工地，所以空气质量不高。
