• Alina (5/5): - Unterkunft entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen. Die Unterkunft war bei meiner Ankunft nicht sauber - das Geschirr und das Sofa waren verschmutzt. Ich informierte den Vermieter an dem gleichen Tag, der eine Lösung in Aussicht stellte. Leider habe ich bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Da der Zustand nicht akzeptabel war, haben wir dort nicht übernachtet. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass die Buchung über Booking.com unkompliziert war

• Petr (10/5): Enjoyable experience! - Great place to stay with your pet, very nice, cozy and roomy apartment in quite location. Easy check-in and departure. Clean and equipped. Ideal for business trip in Leimen/Heidelberg, close to tram station.
• Tejas (9/5): Nice apartment with parking. - Apartment is very nice, good view from the balcony, its was clean and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook. Private parking available Its on 3rd floor, without elevator. No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom.

Description have no information that property is on 2nd floor and does not have lift/elevator. Nice kitchen however expect to have basic things available to use like oil, salt. Would expect clear instructions well in advance about the check in process, parking place. Address given while booking is different than the actual offered apartment for your stay and you get to know after reaching for check in. Something unusual experience for us.
