• Eduard Gabriel (10/5): Timp superb, locație perfectă pentru ce am avut nevoie - Locatia la 10 minute de plajă, 15 minute de principalele obiective turistice, 5 minute de mall și 15 minute de centrul orașului Paphos. Locația este o garsonieră utilată cu tot ce aveți nevoie, are și balcon. Gazdele au fost foarte drăguțe și ne-au lăsat două ape, două vinuri micuțe cipriote și două napolitane (foarte drăguț din partea lor). Este self check-in, ajungând foarte târziu (ora 1:30) a fost avantaj. Mulțumesc pentru sejur și cu siguranță voi reveni la această locație. Nu am nimic de obiectat
• Lukáš (9/5): - The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner sent us all the necessary information well in advance of our arrival. While the surrounding area doesn't look very inviting, we felt perfectly safe and were out exploring all day anyway.

• Anna (9/5): - Apartment was nice, clean , it was not difficult to find it, host sent the details explaining , what , where to find, etc. For that price, it was a very lovely stay. You could easily hear people outside the apartment walking , talking , but it did not bother our stay that much .
• Anna (4/5): Keine Empfehlung - Die Wohnung bzw. das Zimmer ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft war nur das Doppelbett bezogen. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir eine unfreundliche Nachricht und sollten wir dann das Sofa selbst beziehen - das geht gar nicht. Auch aufgrund der Lage empfehle ich die Unterkunft nicht weiter. Sie befindet sich in einem heruntergekommenen und dunklen Gebäudekomplex, in dem man sich leider nicht wohlfühlt. Zudem ist es super dunkel und hellhörig.

• Grzegorz (9/5): - Lokalizacja dobra, blisko plaża i Old Town. Apartament czysty, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy typu: garki, urządzenia kuchenne. Właściciel zadbał o herbatę, kawę, przyprawy, słodycze a nawet wino dla gości. Kontakt z właścicielem dobry. Spędziliśmy miło czas. Gorąco polecam. :)

• Patrick_030 (1/5): Cockroaches everywhere - We had cockroaches everywhere small and big in the kitchen, the bathroom and walking thru the room..it was sadly so disgusting. The building itself looks really old and dodgy as well. Would't recomend it as long as the owner didn't do anything about the insects.
• MARIOS (1/5): - We didn’t entered the facility due to the location of it because we jad to go through a neighbourhood that looked like it was abandoned and the buildings like those who sneak around junkies. Maybe the inside was good but i wouldn’t take the risk to go search for the apartment and there were no signs so i can look for it.

• Stephen (8/5): A lovely well eqipped apartment in the center of Pafos. - A very nice room very comfortable and nicely finished. Access was very easy and no problem finding the location. The hosts were helpful and check in and out was very simple. The location is very good for access to Pafos attractions and the Kings avenue mall. Unfortunately the area and block the apartment is located in are very old and feel quite run down and neglected. Finding parking can be difficult as well.
• Leszek (5/5): Nocleg podczas pobytu w Pafos - niestety w mieszkaniu z karaluchami :-( - Mam mieszane odczucia co do opinii o tym hotelu. W zasadzie bardzo dużo plusów - mieszkanie wyremontowane, bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, smart TV z dostępem do Netflixa, YouTube, PrimeVideo. Czekały na nas 2 małe buteleczki czerwonego i białego wina, batoniki, woda w lodówce, kawa i herbata. Wygodne łóżko, dostępny balkon, bardzo dobry sygnał WiFi, bezpłatny parking przed budynkiem. Dostępna była suszarka do włosów, żelazko i deska do prasowania. I zasadniczo zdjęcia oddają bardzo dobrze wygląd pokoju, pokój był ładnie posprzątany ALE..... ....no właśnie - ALE! Po aneksie kuchennym biegały karaluchy!!!!! Naliczyliśmy ich chyba z 7-8. Żona nie lubi insektów, boi się ich. Cały czar i urok wyposażenia i udogodnień tego apartamentu zaćmiły insekty. Jak poczytaliśmy już będąc na miejscu uważniej opinie innych gości, pojawiały się już wcześniej informacje o karaluchach. One nie muszą się nawet gnieździć w tym mieszkaniu. One mogą przyłazić z sąsiednich lokali. Wiem, że w niektórych środowiskach karaluch to "home animal", ale my nie chcemy takich "pamiątek i okazów" przywozić ze sobą w bagażach do własnego domu czy też do kolejnych hoteli w innych lokalizacjach. W tym miejscu apel do Gospodarza - proszę zadbać o tą sprawę aby kolejni Goście nie mieli takich doznań. Można zamówić deratyzację, zabezpieczyć silikonem miejsca przy rurach, szczelinach, przez które insekty się przedostają.... Stąd nasza ocena to tylko "znośny".

• Baby Lyn (10/5): will rebook again! - the place is clean and besutiful, it was well described and shown on the picture. It was modern and complete with facilities a quiet 10min walk from the bay.. but was a good walk

• Mateusz (9/5): Super pobyt, wszystko w porządku - Było czysto, przyjemnie, kawa i herbatka była w kuchni, studio zadbane i widać, że wyremontowane było niedawno, możliwość przyjazdu nawet w środku nocy, bo klucz czekał na nas w schowku przy drzwiach Jedyny minus to mrówki chodzące po blacie w kuchni
• EVA (7/5): Apacible - Apartamento completo, buena iluminación, espacio suficiente, enchufes con adaptador, decoración sencilla (IKEA), cama cómoda, con algunos detalles de agradecer como té, café soluble, azucar, bebida, sal, aceite, especias, etc. Menaje correcto y microondas, hervidor, placa, lavadora, plancha y frigo. Se nota interés por parte del propietario en agradar al inquilino. Situación muy buena para desplazarse a las zonas arqueologicas, con aparcamiento en los alrededores sin mucho problema. Algunos comercios y restaurantes cercanos, para imprevistos. Quiza pueda hacer desconfiar la zona, sobre todo si se llega de noche, pero con luz todo cambia. El mayor problema fue localizarlo a oscuras, es el bloque del fondo. Tiene un comercio pequeño cerca, mejor acercarse a uno grande por precios y variedad. La panadería de la esquina muy bien es de una georgiana. Un pero: ese baño, arreglar la puerta y colocar un extractor y el precio (75 €) un poco elevado en comparación con otros.

• Merle (7/5): Die Wohnung ansich ist wirklich toll. Leider hat uns die Lage absolut nicht zugesagt. - Die Wohnung war wirklich schön , ordentlich und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gab sogar Wasser, Snacks, Duschgels etc. Die Wohnung ist von innen genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage der Wohnung. Ich war zum Glück mit meinem Freund vor Ort. Alleine als Frau hätte ich mich in der Gegend sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die direkte Umgebung war sehr schmutzig und es schien als wären dort ausschließlich sozial schwache Menschen wohnhaft. Als wir ankamen waren nur Männer vor und am Haus. Alle oben ohne und lungerten herum.

Całkiem blisko także do portu / mariny Pleśń w pralce oraz dźwięki dookoła. drzwi / okno balkonowe bez żadnych uszczelek, zero dźwiękoszczelności, dla ludzi którzy są pierwszy raz na cyprze - zatyczki do uszu to must have bo cykady nie dają spać

• Chris (9/5): Really pleasant room in a great location and great value - The room was lovely, air con worked perfectly which was required with the heat, bed comfy and a nice little balcony area. Host replied more or less instantly to any queries. Value was excellent Shower was small and a little inconsistent and the outer building was a little run down and very dark with no automatic lighting, arriving at 1am with suitcase was difficult to navigate to
• Chrysanthia (9/5): Superb - The studio was Very clean and tidy just like the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and there were water bottles in the fridge. The studio is totally worth it. The building is not in a very good shape and completely different from the fotos of the studio.

• Beslic (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very good because it‘s between the seaside and the city centre. The apartment is very clean and has all necessary things. Also the host is very polite. It‘s not so practical for three people, cause the sofa is not so comfortable. Definitely better for 2 people.
• Ilektra (10/5): Cute studio in the middle of Paphos - Very clean , spotless! Well-equipped , spacious , cute details. They had complimentary wine , lots of bathroom products, and cold water bottles in the fridge.I could easily stay longer! Owner was responsive and polite. I read past comments and almost everyone had an issue finding the apartment - had the same issue. The owner needs to put up a sign at the entrance of the building area and update the location on Google maps cause it's wrong.
• Priscilla (8/5): Very good - The room was perfect Double with a sofa. Clean and fresh nice balcony Welcome wine and water which was a lovely touch. Arriving late on a evening due to a delsyed flight this wasn't the easiest to find. The block itself is the second block when you come into the complex. No response on phone or messages.

• Maryna (10/5): Cute little appartment - Stayed at Cozy Studio apartment for one night only as arriving at Paphos airport late and didn't want to drive to Protaras overnight. But surely it would be great for a longer stay also 👌 It was absolutely spotless, modern, and well equipped.

Thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and in a convenient spot close to key attractions. Communication with the host was easy, and check-in was hassle-free. • Charles (4/5): Nice apartment terrible area - The apartment itself is nicely decorated and well equipped The area however is terrible despite its convenient location being close to the mall and harbour it is one of the worst neighbourhoods in paphos. I’ve stayed in many places in paphos and area wise this is by for the worst the building is very old and in terrible condition and the people in the neighbourhood make you feel unsafe,big groups of people in the car park and street drinking and staring as you walk past. obviously it’s not the owners fault but it is not a safe or suitable place for a holiday apartment we where even threatened by one of the neighbours for something we didn’t do and had no reason to be blamed the man knocked at the door and got very close in my face aggressively saying he will “break my head “. If you are booking for a holiday stay I would not recommend this place

• Lucia (6/5): Pleasant - It was a nightmare to find the place!!! We lost 2 hours driving around the block, asking in shops, hotels, taxidrivers - noone knew the address. The owner was unable to be reached by the abroad phone. After two hours of despair one old man helped us and managed to get through to the owner on the whatsapp, but still could not find the place. Only after video call where we showed him where we are on the street did the owner navigate us to the place. It is in an old crusty building block with no sign for the apartment at all!!!! Once we found the place, we realised we were initially just 20meters away from the block entry!!!

• Craig (2/5): Stayed 4hrs whilst we were searching for another place to stay - It was clean enough, and the flat was tidy bathroom was clean and looked nice, Its location, the apartment block, the lift didn’t work so had to carry cases up stairs, lights didn’t work, wife was petrified we was going to be robbed, not a nice Enviroment
