- Kimela (5/5): The location was good. - I loved the location!! The shared kitchen was never cleaned. Also the staff liked to come and show my room at all hours to possible students that happened 2 times. Then a cleaner didn't knock and walked into my room while I was there in my pjs.

- Carine (3/5): it was the perfect location but gross toilets - Fantastic location. Could not be better. People at reception were friendly and kind The guests staying at the hostel generally don't clean up after themselves and the toilets were gross. The carpets in corridor could also do with a more regular vacuum. The room was boiling hot, not good at all. The window doesn't open much.

- Destiny (3/5): Poor - The people at the property were kind and helpful. Room is small and single bed was uncomfortable. During our experience I was using one of the showers (no sign not to use) and after my shower I ended up locked in the shower-room for an hour and a half. The fire department ended up having to come and get me out. We would have appreciated more responsiveness during and after the incident. If you choose to stay here check which bathrooms work. We had a couple people after this tell us they had been locked in bathrooms before.

You have advertised a room in your hostel at booking.com as nice room in apartament, which we have booked unfortunatelly recently and had to stay there from 13.06 24 till 19.06.24.Nothing ekse was available to go as everywhere was no vacancy available in other hotels around. From the begining the stay was unpleasant. It was a problem with our room and the key and cleanlessness there. Finally when other room was find for us it was an issue with the key again. The room itself has not looked as that on the picture from booking.com website either. The carpet had various stains and was sticky. Beddings and mattress was dirty with stains. We have been affraid to open the window there as we have not been sure that it will close back again. The room we had was located next to the local pub and it was so noisy every day and especially at the night time. The toilet and shower was uncleaned, poo in toilet, dirty floor and dirty shower, stank terrible inside. It had broken lock in that door and no light working, sticky floor(have pictures). It was hard to take shower in darkness and not working lock. In our room an electrical socket was destroyed and not working Kitchen itself was uncleaned too. Nobody informed us that we need our cutlery and plates, mugs. We had to buy them. On 17.06.24 we had a false fire alarm at 4.24 am where everybody stood up in a queue not going outside as in normal fire proceedings. Noone at the reception in case if it will be a true fire alarm on - to check safety of people in the building. We are not happy and upset. I am requesting money back for our stay. You should not advertised that room for that high price. If we would known it will be so bad we will never book that stay at Louise House. - Jialu (6/5): I can tolerate all the other things for the location. - it is easy to walk to all the attractions. The price is fair. The shared bathroom is unable to locked. Two other bathrooms are shut off for maintenance. The fire alarm rang every other day between 10 to 12 PM. My partner saw rat in the bathroom.
