Guest Reviews
- Labrini (1/5): Avoid - Maybe location One of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve had. The apartment is squeezed among other buildings to the point where barely any daylight enters the space, making it feel dark and claustrophobic throughout the day.
Cleanliness was also unacceptable. The cleaning service appeared non-existent, with oily and sticky surfaces even in the bathroom.
The absolute cherry on top, however, was the electricity being cut off on the third day of our stay. It strongly appeared that the owners simply had not paid the bill. Instead of proactively helping, they avoided responsibility entirely, leaving me to repeatedly call and chase for updates while we remained without power for over 9 hours.
At around 23:30, and after me having to call once again, we were finally offered an alternative accommodation, which we naturally rejected due to the complete lack of trust by that point. We are still awaiting a refund through Booking.com, which we hope will be processed soon.
Avoid at all costs, it's a shame I cannot attach videos.
- Tolga (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Although the location was convenient for us, the first day of our stay the apartment smelled like fuel oil. The smell was very strong since the apartment os on the ground floor. The host told us that it was coming from the central heating system in the basement.
The smell subsided the next day and was totally gone the third day.
Also the bed was small and squeaky, which made a loud noise anytime you lay down or get up. If you’re getting up a lot during the night, be prepared for your partner to wake up with you!
So to be fair, you get what you are paying for.
Despite the budget friendly price, I think guests deserve an intact bath towel that is not torn. The heavy fuel oil smell and torn bath towel.
- Paulina (1/5): A nightmare in Athens - That I left or even run out from the apartment after one night. The apartment was not cleaned for my arrival, the host was rude to me and I felt like it was my problem that I want to have an apartment available. When the apartment was cleaned, it was still very dirty (f.i. Somebody’s hair under the shower). The pictures of the apartment and the name „premium” do no reflect the reality. The apartment is dark and the „city view” is a view of an ugly backyard, where it smells of gasoline. The apartment is actually on a ground floor, by the stairs to the basement, where smells of cat urine. I also have bugs in my bed. And the price (which is higher) does not reflect the quality. I filed an official complaint to the booking.com

- Sergey (10/5): - Absolutely incredible apartment! Everything is new, 5 min. walk to the nearest shops, restaurants, metro station. Quite and peaceful area

- Zenaida (8/5): Nearby in station panormou - Every thing is new and renovated. Self check in. Was so near in panormo train station. Which was i needed. Price maybe could be lower
- Donna (9/5): - The host was very accommodating and the apartment was comfortable!

- Andreas (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (7/5): Good -
- Vasileios (7/5): Nice apartment with many minor issues - The apartment was well located. Public transport is superb. Convenient stores, super markets and many other shops are all very very close. The door was new and there was a nice renovation inside. All kitchenware were new and the mattress was comfortable although the bed is very squeaky because it has an iron skeleton. The apartment was very clean and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking very easy. The apartment is actually on the semi-floor and not 1st floor as they say. I did call before booking and they insisted in saying that it is 1st floor. FYI this is considered a semi-floor. The view is non-existent, both windows are at the back of the building so the natural light is very thin. The forks and knives I used even though they are quite new they were most of them full of stains so I had to wash everything before using them. I read some comments that there is no microwave oven. There is one, also very new, but the thing is to open its door you have first to open the fridge in order to open the microwave, otherwise the door bumps on the upper fridge (to solve this you need to put a small base under the microwave to be lifted 2-3 cm). The tv is very cheap and without Greek channels. When I tried to connect my laptop with it, the tv couldn't connect as if the software couldn't handle the hdmi cable. I tried 2 hdmi and I tried every port of the tv. I also tried connecting wirelessly with my phone. Again, nothing. The tv is garbage. Finally, I read about the toilet's lid so I confirm it! You cannot lift it! I had to make a mechanism. All in all if you need a place to relax from business, it is OK but there are many small things that are easily fixable which if changed then the experience maybe match the price. For this experience the apartment is expensive
- Веніамін (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect apartment! We eagely recommend it for living.
- Ofra (10/5): Highly recommended - Loved the place. Very clean and comfortable.
- Arad (10/5): Exceptional - Great property, good value for money, great location, very tidy.
The host helped us with everything we needed or requested.
Equipped well, as described, we had a great time.
- Gal (9/5): Superb - The place was cute and met our expectations. It was tidy and comfortable, had all needed. The location was great. The host was vey kind and helped us.
- Georgios (10/5): Exceptional -
- Skyg. (5/5): Passable -
- Tina (4/5): Disappointing - The house was nice and well decorated. The entrance door was getting stuck a lot and wouldn’t open. The staff was not helpful. The bathroom seat is defective. There was a woman’s underwear left over in the washing machine.
- Maria (7/5): Nice room, but take care of the prices! It doesn’t worth more than 50-60€!! - New renovated apartment.
-Two air conditioners and warm water.
-Two televisions (one in the bedroom and one in the living room)
-oven, boiler and well equipped kitchen for cooking, but basic things are missing which are a toaster and a microwave.
-the room is really close to supermarkets and the subway. The room needs a lot of improvements.
-The whole furniture is really cheap and bad quality - mostly the bed.
-The toilet‘s cover needs to be hold up when someone uses the bathroom otherwise it falls down immediately (looks like an extremely cheap plastic thing from internet).
-The same with the shower. The holder can’t stand the weight of the shower when the water is floating which again shows the bad quality.
-The wall in the bathroom is full of moisture which needs to be fixed immediately.
-There is no toaster and microwave in the kitchen. Something really bad about it was that the owner lied to a previous feedback that he got one microwave.
-The owner left us only one toilet paper for 5 days, he said he forgot to put a second one and asked us to buy one and he would give us the money because he wasn’t in Athens. A „premium“ apartment should have always someone who can take care of the guests. What would happen if we would be locked out?
-last but the most IMPORTANT !!: this room could be a nice student’s place, but for sure not a premium room for more than 100€ per day (these are the prices for the next months). I would never pay more than 50€ for this room, the owner is probably inexperienced and doesn’t know what means premium (we paid about 34 per day and that was fine).
