• Tatijana (9/5): Apartman je jako prostran, kupatila takodje velika, moderna, opremljena sa svim sto je potrebno za boravak, lokacija je - Prostrano, udobno, veliki apartman sa svim potrebnim sadrzajima, veoma miran kraj, udobni kreveti. Nije bilo puno vjesalica u garderoberu, aparat za kafu nije radio.

• MELANIE (10/5): Estancia perfecta de principio a fin. - Mi estancia fue excepcional. Desde el primer momento todo estuvo a la altura de lo esperado o incluso mejor. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, modernas y en perfecto estado. El alojamiento es muy cómodo, ideal para descansar. La ubicación también es excelente, con fácil acceso a todo lo necesario. Además, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena, sin duda vale totalmente la pena. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%.

Una incidencia con el dispositivo de apertura de puerta, hemos tenido q coger dos hoteles en el último momento con el coste q eso supone y a día de hoy después de una semana sigo esperando a q se me abonen los importes

Localizado junto a paseondenlancastellana, es tranquilo y silencioso. Tiene super Alcampo al lado, y tienda bazar. Le faltan perchas y tendedero, por lo demás es un 10

• ana (8/5): - El apartamento está muy bien, cuidando los detalles, tiene de todo, no tuvimos que utilizar por tener una temperatura buena de otoño, pero esta acondicionado con aire a/a y radiadores tanto en las habitaciones como en los baños. Declaración sencilla pero con buen gusto y comodidad. La calle donde está situado es bastante cutre con un solar destruido en frente. Aunque parecía zona tranquila. En diez minutos andando estas en la castellana cerca de plaza castilla con acceso a metro, autobuses....

• Maria Clara (5/5): Okey - The living was really nicely done. It was far from the city center but a perfect location for our needs. There's a lot of details missing, the table needs an update. I saw cockroaches in the room . The bed was super bumpy and uncomfortable. The first room in the corridor smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom smelled like humidity. The apartment has the entrance directly from the street so we could hear everything it was going on in the street but to be honest the rooms were silent. There's a huge fan between the door and the floor this should be fixed. There was no hanging place in the rooms and the cupboard was quite broken. I hurt my feet because of a nail in the floor

• Alice (1/5): Scarafaggi ovunque (anche in lavastoviglie!) e gestori molto sgradevoli e minacciosi - Posizione comoda per i trasporti anche se fuori dal centro storico. L'appartamento e' infestato da scarafaggi: in tutta la cucina e soggiorno. Addirittura anche nella lavastoviglie! Le foto dell'appartamento non sono aggiornate, e' in pessime condizioni rispetto a quanto mostrato. I gestori sono stati estremamente sgradevoli. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato: 1) un'anta dell'armadio penzolante a rischio caduta, 2) il seggiolone che e' indicato nell'equipaggiamento dell'appartamento mancava, 3) il tavolo ha solo 4 sedie e noi eravamo in 6, 4) la zona giorno che da sulla strada e dove due di noi dormivano nel divano letto e' privo di tenda. Abbiamo chiesto assistenza e siamo stati presi a male parole. Non e' stato possibile avere ne' 2 sedie aggiuntive, ne' il seggiolone, ne' rimpiazzare la tenda il cui rullo era visibile nelle foto. Ci e' stata solo proposta un'opzione per ricevere qualcuno a sistemare l'anta in un'orario che non era compatibile con le nostre esigenze e quindi siamo rimasti con un'anta di 2 metri pericolante in camera per tutto il soggiorno. Addirittura siamo stati minacciati di essere buttati fuori se avessimo fatte altre domande, da denuncia! Questa e' stata la mia prima esperienza pessima con Booking.com, non so come questo appartamento possa passare un minimo controllo qualita' della piattaforma.

• Noa (8/5): Good value for money. - The host was very kind and provided clear instructions on how to reach the apartment and collect the key, making the process very convenient. The apartment was well-organized and comfortable. Although we didn’t spend much time there, it was perfectly equipped for our needs and located very close to the train station.

Let me start with the plus, the location of the apartment is great. It is a 16-minute walk from la Plaza Castilla where you can take several metro and bus lines, a 22-minute walk from La Vaguada shopping center and at the end of the street there is a large park where you can walk. In short: - service - cleanliness - handling - equipment - contact Extended version: There are also some negatives. A few days before we were supposed to move into the apartment, I left a message with a question. I have contacted both by email and telephone, but have never received a response. What I did get were standard auto-set messages explaining how to get there and 'Please let me know if there is anything you need or if I can  assist you in any way. Always here to help, Pura Estancia 360' Found the key at the indicated location upon arrival. The key does not work very well (it is slightly bent), so you have to 'play' with the key in the lock a bit. Upon entering, the apartment turned out to be super dirty... dust piles everywhere, the walls of the back room are full of mold, the bathroom walls and floors were full of (tufts of) hair and, among other things, the cupboard doors, table top and countertop appeared to be broken. Also saw several cockroaches. We rented the apartment for six people. Two people had to sleep on the couch in the living room, which was not a problem because it was taken into account. What was very annoying is that the roller blind in the living room was broken, so the living room could not be darkened and the light came in well at night and in the morning. When reading the previous reviews, it appears that this curtain was already broken in June and therefore had not yet been fixed in December. There is also a gap of about two cm under the front door. A lot of cold air and noise comes through here, which is not nice for those who sleep in the living room. So six people... only four chairs (three of which are broken), five plates and one large and one small towel for each person. Also only one set of bed sheets per bed. This can still be done in the summer, or if you are staying in the apartment for a short period.

• Diana (9/5): Nice and cozy - The property is very nice, cozy and perfect for a group. It was clean, modern and very spatious. We had problems with hot water. It was not enough hot water for all of us to shower, which was a big problem.

• Amin (1/5): The accommodation was unbearably filthy, with broken fixtures, clogged showers, and unresponsive management, don’t book! - - Upon arrival at the accommodation, the first problem arose immediately. A roller blind above the front door suddenly fell down because it was broken and couldn’t be fixed when rolled up. As a result, we had to keep the windows open so that the blind could be placed over them. Furthermore, the rooms were incredibly dirty. There was hair everywhere in both bathrooms, on the bed, on the pillows, and under the beds it was dusty and littered with silicone objects. It was an unbearably filthy accommodation where you wouldn’t want to sleep. Additionally, the showers were clogged. When we tried to shower, the water wouldn’t drain, causing a puddle to form. We tried to contact the owner and sent photos along with messages requesting assistance, but the owner did not respond. He ignored our messages and calls. It was a disgusting place, and I advise no one to stay here.

• Annette (7/5): Amazing location and comfortable stay - The apartment is spacious, modern and minimal. Large rooms with comfortable beds and smart tv with a Netflix in the lounge available for guests. The apartment is a 13min walk from the metro which is convenient and an amazing local restaurant up the road. Lacking basic facilities, such as a kettle, toaster and microwave. We booked the apartment for 5 people and after 3 showers the hot water ran out. I tried contacting the host to see if there was an issue with the boiler but received no response until we checked out of the apartment. Two guests had to shower with cold water in windy autumn season which ruined their stay.
