- Irina (9/5): Perfekt für einen kurzen Trip nach Prag! Tolle Lage neben dem Nationalmuseum! - Die Lage des Appartments ist augezeichnet: zentral, aber ruhig. Die Unterkunft selbst entspricht den Fotos, ist sauber und gemütlich. Für kurze Aufenthalte perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastegeber lief über Chat, alle Infos kamen schnell und klar beschrieben. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, über den Gastgeber einen Parkplatz zu buchen (ca. 28 € pro Tag). Allerdings ist die Einfahrt sehr eng, also bei einem breiteren Auto würde ich genauer fragen.

Звукоізоляція (( Мені не повезло в одну ніч, в сусідньому номері пів ночі пʼяні співали пісні і через пагану звукоізоляцію було неможливо спати. Після того, як я звʼязався з хостом, питання було вирішено (не дивлячись на те, що це була ніч). За це вдячний і не занижую рейтинг, хоча один день з поїздки випав через сильний недосип.

Volveríamos sin duda - Las indicaciones para acceder son muy claras, incluso solicitamos entrar un poco antes de la hora oficial y nos contestaron al momento con los códigos de acceso. Es un apartamento chiquitín pero súper bonito y con una distribución estupenda. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, la ducha con suficiente agua caliente y muchas toallas. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Es muy luminoso. La ubicación inmejorable, a un paso del centro y en una zona tranquila sin ruidos.
- Katalin (9/5): Eccezionale - Questo appartamento è eccezionale. È nuovo, arredato con gusto e l’arredamento ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio. È un attico al sesto piano di un palazzo signorile, ovviamente con ascensore. La posizione è ottima, in pochi minuti a piedi sei in pieno centro, quindi è perfetto se si vuole girare il centro storico della città a piedi. Dalle velux della camera si può vedere il castello! Si può sostare sotto la struttura per scaricare le valige, poi ho trovato un parcheggio gratuito nel weekend un’isolato dopo (non ho prenotato il parcheggio coperto proposto dalla struttura a 28€ a notte). La cucina è perfetta, molto pulita ed è presente tutto il necessario, anche l’olio e il sale. Il bagno è altrettanto fornito, c’è anche la lavatrice con il detersivo, stendino, ferro e asse da stiro. Ci sono tantissimi cuscini a disposizione nell’appartamento, per ogni esigenza. Le finestre sono oscurate bene. Le istruzioni per il check in e out sono state molto chiare e facili. È presente un ristorante di autentica cucina coreana al piano terra dello stesso edificio dove ho cenato bene. Per la colazione ho provato un locale georgiano (Matoka) nelle immediate vicinanze che consiglio. I materassi dei letti sono un po’ sottili e duri, eravamo in quattro persone e devo dire che purtroppo nessuno li ha trovati comodi. La stanza da letto non è dal lato interno quindi si sentono alcuni rumori dalla strada, ma se si è molto sensibili è possibile anche stare nel soggiorno dove è presente un divano letto. Al piano terra del palazzo c’è un ottimo ristorante coreano, il cui odore della cucina si sente entrando nel palazzo (solo nel corridoio di ingresso al piano terra, non nell’appartamento al sesto piano). Queste piccole cose nel complesso non hanno peggiorato il mio soggiorno, anzi, se dovessi tornare a Praga alloggerei sicuramente di nuovo qui.

- Gómez (5/5): - Buena ubicación, instalaciones buenas. En nuestro piso olia muy mal, a pies, tuvimos que comprar ambientadores para “quitar” el olor, que no se iba igualmente.
- Nuria (1/5): Bonita apariencia, pésima experiencia. - La decoración Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy decepcionante. Una de las camas estaba completamente rota desde el primer día. Avisamos inmediatamente, pero no la repararon hasta la tercera noche. Durante ese tiempo tuvimos que dormir en el sofá, algo totalmente inaceptable teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos por el apartamento. El estado de la cama era lamentable y claramente no estaba en condiciones para ser utilizada. Considero que el importe abonado no se corresponde en absoluto con la calidad ofrecida ni con las molestias ocasionadas. La calefacción solo funcionó la primera noche (estuvimos 4 noches). La cafetera le faltaba una de las piezas por lo cual nunca la pudimos utilizar. No recomendaría este alojamiento si esperan un mínimo de comodidad y mantenimiento adecuado.

- Oleksandr (10/5): - Помешкання СУПЕР!!!! Дві кімнати з двома двоспальним ліжками та один розкладний диван. Усе чисто, прибрано. В помешканні тепло і затишно. Окрема подяка за печеньки))). До центру-пішки 10 хв. До метро-5 хв. Кухня невелика, але є необхідні речі. Телевізор, бойлер, рушники і туалетний папір.... усе продумано. Єдине побажання-відсутня мікрохвильова піч. Рекомендую апартаменти для проживання 4-6 осіб. Інструкції для входу отримали на email.

- şeyda (10/5): Mükemmel ve çok keyifli - Odaya girdiğimiz anda temizlik kokuyordu mis gibi.. National museum un tam karşısında, metro ise 2 dak yürüme mesafesinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde.. Gece kulübünden çıkıp yürüyerek gece yarısı rahatça geldik odamıza. Mutfakta her ihtiyacınız var bulaşık makinasından mikrodalgaya kadar. Yine gidersem, yine düşünmeden orada kalırım.

- Suah Min (8/5): - The location is great. Close to the metro station, cafes that open early in the morning til late night. The entrance was a bit narrow, but no problem to carry a suitcase. It was super spacious for two people with a big refrigerator. Had a pleasant time. The drawer was a bit dirty. There was hair rolling in there, and I didn't end up using it. The heater went off constantly, so I had to contact host first two days. But the host responded super quickly and taught how to control the heater when it goes off. Only one towel per person is provided for free of charge for the entire stay, but if you need additional towel, you can get them with extra charge.

- Jennifer (10/5): Abolute gem.of a place. - A really lovely apartment with a sweet outdoor terrace. Excellent location by the museum so could walk to the main attractions. It was very calm, no noise. Excellent customer service too. It was all great.

- Anna (10/5): Great location and very nice apartment - Great location, kind staff Bed for the couple was not so comfortable, and the big bed was actually 2 single beds with 2 single blankets. Elevator reach only the 5 flour and we were in the 6 flour with many stairs. Difficult with the baggage.

The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. There is no AC due to building restrictions but they do provide a fan, which helps. The accommodation does not have facilities to keep luggage, which was a bit inconvenient as I arrived early and left late, but they were happy to provide a list of luggage lockers nearby.

Le sol n’était pas très propre et il avait pas mal de poussière. Il s’agit d’un immeuble ancien donc pas de Clim si vous visitez Prague en été. (Il fait chaud, mais un ventilateur est fourni)

- Svetlana (7/5): - Сам номер уютный но маленький. Плюс что в номере были все необходимые мелочи для проживания вплоть до стирального порошка , ваточек и ниток. Не понравилось что изначально в профиле отеля указано что у них есть парковка и это было важно для нас. В итоге оказалось что никакой парковки нет, ее пришлось искать хрен знает где, срочно скачивая приложения для парковки. Не надо дезинформировать потенциальных клиентов и в профиле сразу указать НЕТ парковки.
- Marcin (8/5): Nice:) - The apartment is equipped with basic stuffs just like a washing-up liquid, even shampoo and body wash, conditioner, paper and even tea, coffee, salt and sugar and a couple of candies:)) A couple of questions that could be asked are answered already (for example time for boiler to recharge fully). Vanity set, shower cap, sewing set are also there. Generally really nice. Although, we unfortunately had a problem to open the door every time, we always manage to open it, but it was hard to do each time. it would be much easier with a normal key 😅

- Marzena (10/5): The apartment ticked all our boxes! - Everything, the apartment was spacious, comfortable and stylish. The location was great, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the main attractions and train station. It was very clean with all amenities you would expect in a hotel, even a sewing kit which I ended up needing! Beds were firm and comfortable. Although there was no air conditioning, there was a lovely breeze when windows were open. I would recommend some door stoppers to keep the bedroom doors from shutting. Highly recommend this apartment. Be prepared for some stairs. The lift goes up to the 5th floor and then there is a flight of stairs to the apartment. We had a couple of larger suitcases which were awkward to carry up and down the stairs.
- Margaret (8/5): Return to Prague out favourite city - The apartment was well fitted with all you need for your stay coffee machine washing up liquid tea towel etc. Fans in bedroom and lounge were very useful as it was very warm. Had trouble with tv but host easy to contact and obliging. Nothing really about apartment except it was on 6th floor. And lift only goes to 5. When you get out of lift there is short flight of stairs with bannister, but to get to apartment the steps are quite steep,concrete with no hand rail. This caused some problems as my parents are elderly with mobility problems. Was struggle to get up them at ti.es

- Robert (9/5): - Good location from a local station, helped us check in early and achieved it, great building, room, location, everything. Good communication and extras within the room make it great for a short or longer term stay. Extra little bits like oil, coffee, tea and couple more things for cooking too (though we didn't use that). Nothing, but if I wanted to be super picky, if we could have a jug to froth the milk with the expresso machine. It isn't a must, hell if anything having an espresso machine is a huge plus to me but the barista in me would have loved it even more.

- Chris (7/5): While the stay was generally fine, the experience was impacted by a foul-smelling washing machine, an awkward kitchen la - I can see why those who gave it 5 stars did, and for all practical purposes, it was a (mostly) comfortable stay in a convenient location. Where it missed the mark for me was the washing machine smelling harshly of vomit from previous guests (this was one amenity I needed due to traveling for a couple weeks). I was able to get the smell out by running two empty loads with soap, but that was significant added time to complete as well as delayed clean clothes. The other negative for me was a very unorthodox layout of the kitchen. Not necessarily the hosts' fault but the sink being placed in the corner made it quite inconvenient to wash dishes and also made me hit my head twice on the hood above the cooktop. Wish there was more seating but it's clear the intent here is to cater to two groups of people by placing a second bed in the living room/dining room/kitchen area. Not a huge deal, but not ideal for just hanging out at the end of the day
- Sina (9/5): Sehr schönes, helles & modern eingerichtetes Apartment in zentraler Lage. - Über den Dächern Prags (Etage 12) bietet das Apartment genug Platz für 4 Personen + Kind. Es ist modern eingerichtet und besitzt eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Halte/Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustür, andernfalls Möglichkeit zum vergünstigten Parken in Parkgarage in der Nähe. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Aufzug geht nur in den vorletzten Stock, daher mussten wir den Kinderwagen immer noch zwei Treppen hochtragen. Großes Wohnhaus mit vielen Wohnungen, teilweise war der Aufzug für Umzugsarbeiten in Benutzung. Ziemlich warm im Sommer da keine Klimaaanlage vorhanden. Warmwasserboiler muss sparsam eingesetzt werden beim Duschen.

- Jihyun (5/5): 숙소는 예쁘지만 아쉬움이 많네요 - 숙소 뷰랑 숙소 내부 분위기는 좋았음. 근처에 슈퍼가 위치해있고 메트로 타기 좋아 머무르는 동안 편했음 숙소 출입 방법을 파일로 보내주는데 안열리는 파일을 보내줘서 한참 앞에서 머물렀고, 엘리베이터 이용이 가능하다고 했으나 정작 가보니 계단을 많이 이용해야 했음. 심지어 숙박하는동안 일시적으로 엘리베이터 고장이 있어 계단으로 숙소까지 올라가야 했음. 숙소 들어가니 숙소 청소하는 사람이 쓰레기를 버리지 않아 악취가 심했고, 침구류는 습하고 머리카락이 있었음 숙소팀에 연락해서 치우러 오긴 했으나 직원이 술마신채로 왔고 무책임한 태도를 보여 불쾌했음. 가격 생각하면 많이 아쉬운 숙소.. 고생했지만 그래도 뷰는 좋아서 사실 청소만 잘 되었어도 무난하게 즐겼을것 같음
