Parsons (3/5): Disappointing! - Location is excellent. Host allowed us to check in early. The property is looking very tired, has not been properly maintained for a long time. We had to access the property via the garage because the lock on the front door is suspect, the front door was not even locked when we arrived. The oven in the main kitchen is not working - an air fryer and a mini oven are not a substitute. Shower heads downstairs are choked with calcium and not working properly. The kitchen has an odd collection of bits and pieces, camping cutlery and the like. The curtains and blinds throughout are in disrepair. Instructions were to download an app to our phones to control the volume on the TV. Plenty more, but you get the picture. The place needs a thorough makeover!
