• Taraneh (8/5): Kort vistelse mellan två resdagar. - Inside was very nice. Fresh. Good beds. Nice big bathroom. They knew we were 4 adults and it was only 2 pkt of Nescafé. They had a maskin but not coffee for that. We live earlier. No soup with handwashing. Stairs.

• Anonimo Tuya (8/5): - Apartamento reformado. Parada del metro enfrente de la puerta, a Gran Vía son 3 paradas de metro. Buena ubicación Bastante olor a tuberías. Es interior pero tenía mucho ruido por la noche
• Clara (10/5): Buena relacion precio-calidad - Situación muy buena, a 1,5km de la puerta del sol. El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en la fotos. Abajo, ademas de otros comercios como farmacia o cafetería, hay una panadería, lo cual viene genial para desayunar en el apartamento. El edificio es antiguo, pero hay tranquilidad

• Pedro (4/5): Los detalles importan! - La ubicación. No hay congelador, no habia gel de ducha, no habia con qué lavar la vajilla, el aparcamiento es el que disponga el barrio, el apartamento en sí no tiene. Ventanas muy antiguas. Edificio algo deprimente. Agua del grifo huele mal. Ruidoso.
• Alain (1/5): Notre séjour aurait pu être agréable si nous avions loué autre chose que ce taudis . - Malgré un quartier assez central avec accès aux transports en commun facile, l’état de l’appartement a gâché notre séjour. Annonce mensongère, équipements bas de gamme voir cassés comme la paroi de douche et le pommeau, climatisation qui fait un bruit infernal, bouilloire inutilisable, appartement très sale comme les parties communes………

• Ashish (5/5): Passable - Location near metro Room was not ready, for code I have to call owner, after an hour he picked up the phone. After ong coversation they got room clean and activate cold. That was our worse experience

• Susan (9/5): Comfortable and good value. - Great location. Clean. Excellent value. Only two suggestions. An additional comfy chair for the fourth person. And there was a sporadic whiff from the drains. Which was unpleasant at times.
• Boyana (9/5): Very good - The apartment is located in a very communicative place, with convenient transport to different parts of the city. Within walking distance to the center, although the Lavapies district is nearby /I do not recommend for night walks/ There are grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants nearby. The access is very easy with a code from the agency. The instructions we received before check-in were clear and precise, since the building itself is old and has interior and exterior apartments. The communication with the hosts was via email, but it was quick. We had a problem with the heating, but it was resolved. The apartment itself is very good, visibly renovated, the two bedrooms are comfortable for a family with children or couples. It has everything you need for a few days' stay. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no terrace or even an opening window. The apartment is interior and overlooks the "inner courtyard" or walls. We were unable to open the windows and the only ventilation was that of the bathroom.

• Zia (5/5): Great location shame about the smell - This is a nice compact apartment which is well maintained with air conditioning in all the rooms. Big flat screen tv , Also has a tassimo coffee maker The flat has a permanent sewage smell From the kitchen sink , bathroom basin and shower , which I think is a plumbing issue. They sent a man who poured ammonia liquid into the sink , shower and basin but this did not help. We had to have the windows open all the time to reduce this bad / sewage smell in the flat. I hope the landlord will sort this before the next tenants .
• Elizabeth (7/5): Comfortable stay. - The size of the property and close proximity to the metro and shops. The wifi was cut off from the evening before departure to morning of departure. The TV remote did not work the entire time. No instructions regarding garbage disposal.

• Melanie (7/5): comfortable and large flat in a nice neighborhood - camas comodas, mucho espacio, facil para entrar. there was not sufficient supplies to make coffee. no french or italian press, only a pod machine but no pods were provided.
• Oscar (7/5): Good - The location is excellent its just a few minutes away from Atorcha train station and there are a lot of cafe places around. The bulding is beyond old, is more than clear that the place has been renovated. The place has three windows but the view from there is horrible.
• Trevor (9/5): Very nice flat. - Very nice flat, very comfortable. Lots of noise from other flats. Bedrooms window blinds did not cover the windows
• Andre (7/5): Spacious apartment with good tech and air con - Spacious apartment for a family of 4. Enough kitchen equipment to cook a decent meal. Kids loved the TV set up. Lots of cat hair and found cat poo when toddler lifted the corner of the rug. Bedroom window was smashed with a big hole in it! Blind pulled down to disguise it. Could not gain access to the apartment. Not ideal with 2 young children in 38 degree heat. Luckily another apartment let us in.
