• Ivana (7/5): Great location and view but apartment is in need of maintenance - The location and view from the apartment are amazing. The apartment is quite run down with a taped up hole in the bedroom door, wobbly dinning chairs and it overall requires maintenance and repairs. Nevertheless, it’s not an unpleasant place to stay in.

• Meryl (9/5): Needs a lil TLC but can't fault location and view! Will stay again - Location was amazing! Tram stop right in front and very close to Southern Cross. View from the room was stunning! Gym, pool and sauna! Easy check-in and checkout process. Hole in the bathroom wall, exhaust fan not working, bathroom door not closing properly. Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night during my stay and we had to evacuate. Both false alarms 🙄

• Kirsten (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert, Lage und Aussicht top - Der Ausblick von der 60. Etage war grandios. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen einwandfrei. Waschmaschine und Trockner standen zur Verfügung und es war sogar Waschmittel vorhanden. Das für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr harte Bett hätte bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wahrscheinlich Probleme bereitet.

• djnapkin (9/5): Perfect Location in Melbourne City With Amazing Views - Easy to get the keys with the instructions provided. You can't beat the location. 2min walk from Southern Cross, a Tram Stop in the Free Tram Zone right outside. Plenty of food, drink and entertainment nearby. The views are amazing. Views of the sunset over the westgate bridge, and looking over the docklands area. The room is modern and has all the necessities. The bed, pillows and sofa are adequate, but could be more comfortable.

• Bernard (7/5): Disappointed compared to previous stays - Location, views from 60th floor, Netflix and internet access, close to Woolworths and BWS and trams. Clean and had toaster, kettle, oven dishwasher but some missing basics Toilet seat damaged and loose. Wall clock didn’t work, only 1 teaspoon?? No coffee or long life milk on arrival to make a drink as we unpack before shopping. No salt and pepper, no sink plug, no dish clothes, no facecloths, no paper towel or tissues either. Missing a bedside table so had to put my CPAP on floor. Bedroom storage 1/2 full of lockers and vacuum cleaner so suitcases took up limited available floor space. Needs some TLC carpet clean but stained, walls damaged and missing prints possibly. Children’s Lego decor but obviously set up for 2 adults?

• Martin (5/5): Passable - As I was in town for an athletic event, it was disappointing to find out that the gym was closed. The building is under renovation, so be aware that disruptions can occur. Some elevators were out of service, so expect waiting time. More noise than was expected from outside, since it was on the 60th floor. Nice views, though :) Apartment is well-equipped for a short stay. Nice and big fridge and freezer. Check-in and check-out was simple.

Couldn’t get air con working, internet kept cutting out, no phone service up on level 60 during various times, Netflix wasn’t working due to no internet.
• Elvins (9/5): Great location, clean and tidy. Great view from the heights - The apartment was tidy and clean. It had enough equipment, free wifi and the bed was good. The view was amazing as one would expect being so high up. The building had a lovely pool and gym. There was a little hiccup in getting the code for the key but it was sorted out quickly once I got onto the host. The elevators are a bit wobbly and not good for anyone with a fear of heights

• Christine (4/5): Disappointing - View from the room was great with views across Melbourne. Location was great near both southern cross and flinders railway stations and a tram stop out side. There was an upmarket food hall next door. The sheets and pillows appeared to have been used with stains on the sheets. The cups had tea/coffee stains and needed a thorough clean before use. There was an ironing board in the apartment but NO iron. The property was on the 60th floor which was no good if you had vertigo. We did not have anyone visit to clean the room whilst we were there.

• Kenneth (9/5): Premium Stay as it states! - Almost everything about the property perfect! I loved the Nintendo LEGO decorations especially more since I’m a Nintendo fan! The bathroom door didn’t close properly.

On first night I asked for bed linen, advised the TV did not work and that there were no instructions for the AC which was set at a cold 17 degrees for a Qlder. No bed linen was forthcoming. On the last night (3 of 3) and after another prompt that afternoon, a person with very limited English came to look at the TV concluding it did not work!! But no replacement. A look at previous reviews sees issues with the TV. No instructions for the AC were forthcoming despite a note on the AC that you must refer to them when using the unit

Plenty of space, adequate kitchen cutlery crockery etc Price was reasonable but did not meet quality of comparable properties, No reception ( didn't quite appreciate this from summary). Did say key transfer would be in lobby, but only on arrival informed to collect key from shop. Went smoothly but no instructions provided by person ( I guess not their role) but my questions answered begrudgingly and I'm not sure correctly re key return etc. Discovered instructions on back of door in room.. Room clean but a bit like staying at a friend's house re linens quality etc. Toiletries in bathroom were half empty ( I expect mini individual bottles to be new). UHT mild was spoiled( didn't even know that was possible!), some items in fridge presumably from previous occupant.. Small changes would make big difference.

• Joe (8/5): Very good - Location. Advertised with TV but there is no antenna connected to the TV, so we were not able to watch any TV channels. When I questioned t, I was told the cable went missing months before. I asked for a cable and was told to watch Netflix. Go figure!

• Wendy (8/5): The actual room was amazing and I enjoyed my stay. - I didn't like that there was no physical area to check in and a place where I could leave my case when I checked out. I was at a training course which meant I had to lug around my case on the tram and to the course which wasn't ideal. I had not received a pin via TXT and could not get the key until this was rectified. Fortunately the phone was answered, but it was very distressing at the time. it was never mentioned that keys would be collected from the Ezy7 store. I did not know what room I had at any point prior. I also didn't like that there were no normal TV channels so I could not watch the free to air stations that I like
• Theol. (8/5): Very good - Generally the apartment is nice and beautiful. Location is important of course Obviously they are new in the hospitality industry. Is not I didn't like it or they were wrong. They just need to provide a bedsheet under the duvet and need to have normal sleep pillows . The pillows they use are very very thick and are not for sleeping but for decorating the bed .

Great views from 60th floor. Good sized well appointed unit with everything you need including a dishwasher Missing a few basic things like a dishcloth, sink plug, salt and pepper. Minor issues as we had a comfortable 5 day stay

With some improvements, it would be a top place to stay at a most reasonable price. - We liked that the apartment is centrally located with a tram stop directly out in front; another tram stop around the corner and Spencer Street station about 500m walk away. The spectacular view from the 60th floor. Kitchen had enough cutlery, crockery, microwave and full oven, large frypan and large saucepan with a couple of smaller saucepans so you can save on costs by catering for yourself. Woolies metro supermarket located nearby at the Spencer Street station. TV has a Netflix account that you can use but you could not watch free to air TV. The apartment is well set up for a solo traveller. But the furniture is a bit small for a couple. Very small square dining table, only one bedside table, lounge was OK for two people to sit but could not lie down. The bathroom had a huge shower but not enough space for two people to store their toiletry bags. The pillows supplied were very thick; we prefer thinner pillows.

• Emma (9/5): Superb - This was a return stay for me. I loved it! The view is amazing & what brought me back. It's nice to have access to the pool, spa, sauna & gym too, & a small kitchen. The location is fantastic too, so close to Sothern Cross Station and on main tram lines to get to the best parts of the CBD, South Bank & onto St Kilda. Check in is easy, but does require prior arrangement of arrival time to meet the key guy.

• Fiona (9/5): Great location, comfortable and well presented. Would stay here again. - Excellent location, right next to the tram stop. Easy access to New Exhibition Buildings, DFO South Wharf, Docklands and into the city. The room was very comfrotable and the kitchen kitted out with everything you need to cook a great meal at home. Nothing I didn't like. I would make a suggestion to put a list of tram numbers relative to main destinations (ie Tram 86 to Docklands) etc. that people would visit.
