• alcoyani (6/5): ENCANTADOR PERO NO ES PARA 8 PAX - A pesar de ser el alojamiento tal cual aparece en las fotos, es incompatible con alojar 8 personas. SOLO HAY UN WATER y una ducha. Por tanto, para 7 adultos con 1 niño de 16 años en INVIABLE. HAY SÓLO 2 habitaciones porque el comedor tiene una cama, NO UN SOFÁ CAMA, que lo encontramos en el dormitorio que debíamos dormir 4 personas. Es un apartamento grande y con encanto pero como mucho para 4-5 personas. Ojo con las distancias, que se expresan en línea recta, hay que sumar 15 minutos. La descripción en texto no es del todo real y las fotos que sí lo son hacen que parezca de mejor decision para un grupo grande y NO ES PARA 8 PERSONAS, ni de lejos. Hay normas si se rompe algo, pero me da la sensación que no se revisa la cubertería. Cucharillas de desayuno habian 4 o 5 y el secador de pelo no funcionaba.

Quelques petits désagréments : une fenêtre de chambre ne ferme pas, chambre double très bruyante, 1 seule salle de bain (pour 8 personnes) alors qu'il en était indiqué 2 sur le descriptif.

No washing liquid for dishwashing and only 2 dishwashing tablets provided for a 3 night stay.
• SSoos (4/5): Prágai tavasz.... - Az apartman közel volt a pályaudvarhoz 15 perc gyalog, a tomegkozlekedes is 1-2 percre volt. Az egyik szobában az ágy olyan gyenge csővázból volt , hogy nem lehetett aludni rajta, mert össze vissza mozgott . 2 fürdőszobásnak hirdették, de 1 a fürdő, 1 pedig a külön WC.
• Kai (1/5): Huijattu olo - Sijainti hyvä Täysi huijaus. Kuvat ja teksti eivät vastaa todellisuutta. Kolmen makuuhuoneen ja kahden pesuhuoneen todellisuus on kaksi makuuhuonetta, yksi sohva (keittiössä), yksi pöntöllinen pieni koppi sekä erillinen huone, jossa pesuallas ja käsienpesuallas. Keittiön tuolit rikki, sängyn jalka osittain irti ja koko asunto heikossa hapessa. Televisiot eivät menneet päälle, eikä kukaan niitä tullut korjaamaan / katsomaan. Tämä siis lieni jo tiedossa, kuten kaikki muukin, joihin emme saaneet vastausta/hyvitystä. Makuuhuoneet haisivat tupakalta ja lakanat olivat likaiset. Lukuisien viestien ja soittojen jälkeen saimme uudet lakanat, mutta vain yhteen huoneeseen. Jouduimme ostamaan omat lakanat ja tyynyt, mikä on käsittämätöntä tämän hintaluokan majotuspaikasta. Yhteydenpito oli mahdotonta: englannin kielen taito oli olematon, osasivat ainoastaan ukrainan kieltä. Emme saaneet avaimia sovittuna ajankohtana keneltäkään omistajalta. Oli todella omituinen kuvio: yritimme monella eri puhelimella olla yhteydessä eri numeroihin. Lopulta kielitaidoton siivooja näytti asunnon. Puhelinnumerotkaan eivät toimi paitsi WiFin avulla: heille voi soittaa vain Telegram- ja Whatsapp-sovellusten kautta. Ihmettelimme myös hyviä arviointeja Bookingissa, mutta siihenkin selvisi syy; omistajat hyvittävät sinulle rahaa, jos valehtelet heidän puolestaan Booking.comiin. Omistajat tulevat todennäköisesti myös kieltämään yllämainitut, mutta liitän kuvatodisteet tähän.

• Kathrin (10/5): Ideale Ferienwohnung, wenn man fußläufig zum Zentrum wohnen möchte. - Die Wohnung liegt super Zentral und ist ideal geeignet, um Prag zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat während der Anreise und vor Ort per WhatsApp mit uns kommuniziert. Da die Wohnung mitten im Zentrum lag, und wir zur Rushhour angekommen sind konnten wir unsere Ankunftszeit nicht genau abschätzen, trotzdem hat der Vermieter sicher gestellt, dass eine Person an der Wohnung auf uns wartet, uns den Schlüssel übergibt und die Wohnung zeigt. In der Wohnung gab es neben den Küchenutensilien auch eine Grundausstattung mit Tee, Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, etc. Am An- und Abreisetag konnten wir direkt vor der Wohnung halten, um das Gepäck auszuladen, was extrem hilfreich war.

• David (10/5): Went with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the property managers kindness and facilities. - The location was brilliant, there was 3 lovely rooms and space. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were great. I liked it all, the shower was one of those ones that isn’t held up but you hold it which is different for me but very European which I loved.

Butas faktiškai dviejų kambarių ir svetaine sujungta su virtuve. Lovų kiekis mažesnis nei nurodyta. Tik vienas wc. Traškanti lova, nėra šalia nemokamo.parkingo.pateikė neteisingus wifi duomenis.

• Marcel (10/5): Sehr gut für kleinen Preis - Die Preis-Leistung ist extrem gut! Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Wenzelsplatz. Großes Apartment mit drei Zimmern. Ein Bett quietscht leider und wir hatten nur einen Schlüssel für drei Leute.

• Dimitrova (1/5): Hellishly - Nothing. Absolutely incorrect information! 1. The address on the reservation was completely different. We hired a taxi from the airport and had to walk more than 500 meters in the cold and snow. The host said it was a security measure. 2. Early check-in was arranged, but we had to wait an hour for someone to bring us the key. 3. We repeatedly asked the person who accommodated us to unlock the thermostat to increase the temperature in the apartment, but this did not happen and we had to leave the next day because the children got cold at 18 degrees. 4. I went to bed in my clothes because it was so cold, and the bed collapsed. It had been rebuilt many times. I weigh 50 kg. They promised to fix it, but by 6 PM the next day it hadn't been fixed and the temperature in the apartment hadn't been raised. 5. Dirty and unmaintained. There were mouse droppings under the bedside table.

• Vanessa (9/5): Buen alojamiento en relación calidad-precio - El alojamiento es amplio, con camas grandes. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas. La cocina estaba bien equipada. Nosotros no lo utilizamos, pero tenía parada de tranvía a 3min y de bus. Andando hasta las principales atracciones de la ciudad se llega en 25min. Me hubiera gustado que hubiesen tenido tostadora. Nos extrañó que el baño estuviese dividido, por un lado el WC y por otro la bañera con el lavabo (cuestión de diferencias culturales supongo)

• Sreejo (10/5): Pleasant comfortable ! - The property is located right in the city. The check in is really smooth that main door has a security pin to unlock followed by the room key. It is close to restaurants, public transport and all major attractions. Parking in Prague can be more challenging but the host was very helpful and handled everything smoothly. Although the listing mention two bathrooms one is only toilet and other is just for showering.

• Kovalova (10/5): - Už při vstupu do bytu jsme se cítili jako doma. Byt byl prostorný a našli jsme tu vše, co jsme potřebovali. Adresa se nachází kousek od centra a pár metrů od Stanice metra i zastávky tramvaje. Moc se nám ubytování líbilo. Někomu by možná mohl vadit hluk z hlavní ulice, a to i v noci. Měli jsme sebou 8 letého kluka a ten i ničem nevěděl, spal jako miminko

• Attila (9/5): Ajánlom a helyet mindenkinek. 3 francia ágy van, akár hat ember is kényelmesen elfér. - Ár-érték arány jó. Az appartman hatalmas, csendes. Kb. 2 km-re van az óvárostól. A konyha jól felszerelt. Jólett volna egy használati segédlet, az indukcíós főzőlaphoz, kb. 20 percig próbálkoztunk hárman, mig sikerült bekapcsolni… Nincs recepcio. Sms-el komonikáltunk végig. Angolul, ami nekem csak google fordítóval ment. Nem is találkoztunk a személyzettel. Továbbá a booking állandón cseszegetett, hogy kössek egy 600kcs biztosítást az apartmanban bekövetkezet kár esetére. A bokingon lévő cím nem jó.

• Mariana (3/5): - Розказую про це помешкання та пригоди, які очікують при проплаченому бронюванні Так як добре знаю Прагу, проживала тривалий час в Чеській республіці вибрала саме цю локацію по Booking.com ( місце перебування та сама локація описані дуже гарно), АЛЕ місце розташування не відповідає задекларованому на сайті Ніякої стійки реєстрації, ніякої парковки саме в готелі (як описано при бронюванні,) брудна білизна, подушки та ковдри взагалі треш, стара та занедбана ванна, єдине туалет та кухня відповідають дійсності, ціна завищена в рази Опис в Booking не співпадає з фактичною пропозицією Жити можна, АЛЕ за такі кошти реально можна підібрати більш комфортні, чисті та відповідні пропозиції житла саме в тій локації За день до поселення мені почали розказувати, що я самостійно маю знайти парковку, що адреса апартаментів (не готелю) трішечки далі, ніж планувалося Після мого обурення, звучала фраза так: " Тільки сьогодні і тільки для Вас акція - проплата парковки за пару кварталів від локації" Те що не сподобалося, описане вище☝️

• Tim (2/5): Save your money, stay elsewhere. - 2 of the 3 rooms were as described the 3rd bedroom was also the kitchen and also the dinning room. The discretion of 2 bathrooms was a lie. As the property had a water closet with no sink! And a bathroom, with an over bath shower, with no screen or shower curtain to keep the water in and nowhere to place the shower head when washing. The staff are atrocious! The most deceitful deceptive rude liars you will ever communicate with. They say you will be meet on arrival …not true! Also at departure they made sure they arrival time was after we said we were leaving. And in there communications with use they say and I quote “Your comment didn't fit on Booking.com. The problem isn't ours, it's yours, in your head.” (The last message from them) Then there was the onsite parking! There is none the street out from is 15min the next 2 side streets are max 2h. We ended up using Mr.Parkit (great app) in the parking lot of another hotel across the road. After I told the contact person of the property that I had parked elsewhere, she gave me the location of a lot 10min away and said park there and she would pay. We did not move our car but looked at the lot and discovered it was only 12h max parking. So in short there is NO onsite parking . The booking.com advertisement say the property is sound proofed …I don’t think I would mention this if we would not have had the above issues however we could hear the bots next door having a good time on Friday and Saturday night but they quieted down at an appropriate time. The street noise goes on until 0200h and the trams start very early …and each one rumbles passed like it’s in the apartment!

• Maria (10/5): A clean, well-stocked apartment in an excellent location with great amenities and an accommodating manager made our stay - The property was in a great location. Nice access to public transportation. We appreciated the portable air conditioner it kept the apartment cool. It was well stocked and very clean. The manager was super accommodating. Everything was great! Our family will definitely stay here again when we come back to Prague.

• John (8/5): Good enough - Nice appartement. Nice location. We were told someone would meet us at the appartement to give us the keys. But for some reason that didn’t happen. We got the keys by other means though. The plates and cutlery were not clean enough to eat from, so the first thing we did was to but them in the dish washer. Not a big thing, but not a nice feeling.

• Jeremy (6/5): Great location but design could be better. - I like the location and the apartment was generally clean, the bars and restaurants by the apartment are a bit further out of town so more reasonably priced. More locals rather than tourists. The listing said there was two bathrooms and three bedrooms. In reality there was a two bedrooms with one bathroom. Bedroom one: two double beds Bedroom two: one double bed Living room/kitchen : one double bed The bathroom had a corner bath but no shower and had a handheld shower hose but no shower curtain. It's not ideal for an apartment listed for 8 people to have just a bath. Having no shower curtain meant even with the greatest care, water spilt onto the bathroom floor, so either mopping and drying between each person or dealing with a wet floor. There is no toilet in the bathroom instead the toilet is seprate and by itself without a sink to wash your hands. My recommendation would be to remove the corner bath and install a regular shower and a toilet to the bathroom. The washing machine can be removed however I don't think space is the issue here. Then the room with the toilet into a secondary shower room with a sink. As the ceilings are really high, maybe replace the beds in the bedrooms with bunk type beds to maximise on space in the room. And replace the double bed in the living room with a sofa bed for a more versatile living space.
• Nechifor (10/5): Good location - Everything was clean, a spacious apartment, you have everything you need at hand. Tourist locations are close and you can find food even at night. In the apartment there were fresh fruits and a champagne that we enjoyed with friends. Thank you to the hosts... P.S. Parcatea a fost gratuită la o locatie aflată la cateva strazi.
• Dušan (6/5): Pleasant - The location was not where it shows you on the map but like 15 minutes away from there, still in the centre of prague but still. There were police cars, fire trucks and ambulances driving around all day and night which wasn't as pleasant when you wanted to sleep. The windows on the apartment were old and didn't even open properly. There were almost no pants or anything to cook yourself something. The plus is that there is a tram stop like 3 minutes away. We were 4 to stay here and it was barely enough. Don't recommend it for more than 5 people since there is only 1 wc and one small bathroom with a bathtub. They only gave us one chip with a key which is totally stupid if you travel with like 7 people. There was only one closet in one of the bedrooms. Although its fine, you can find cheaper or better apartments for this price. Also, there ISN'T ANY PUBLIC FREE PARKING! Even tho it is listed, you can't park anywhere near the property.

• Eleonora (8/5): The apartment was ok. The problem was to find a parking lot. - Good location. Big rooms. Clean. We couldn't find a parking lot, near to the apartment and had to pay a lot in a parking garage, wich is a bit tricky in prague.
