Di Liscia (7/5): Bueno, pero a ese precio pensá si no te conviene un hotel. - La ubicación y la cordialidad y eficiencia del personal. No tienen cochera, y en la zona son carísimas, lo que hace que uno termine gastando bastante más. Tampoco tienen desayuno. Y por el precio de ese depto se consiguen hoteles de calidad similar, con cochera paga a precio mucho más bajo, desayuno y muchas comodidades que ofrece un hotel. Antes era mucho más barato alquilar deptos. ahora hay que sacar cuentas y pensar un poco.

No puedo hablar mucho del personal pq solo tuve contacto por Teléfono p siempre respondían a nuestros pedidos. Muy satisfechos Estoy más acostumbrada al contacto con los dueños o encargados, cuando llegamos nos sentimos un poco desorientados con lo q tuvimos q hacer p entrar, y poner el auto en la cochera, más q nada pq molestabamos a la gente q sabía cómo funcionaba.

Me consultaron por 2 celulares distintos mi horario de llegada y después me terminó cuestionando haberle contestado a su socia lo mismo que me preguntaba ella. También me hizo el favor de un check in más temprano y después me lo terminó recriminando. Una comunicación contradictoria.

Victoria (9/5): Volvería sin dudas - El edificio es nuevo y está muy bien ubicado. Que tuviera estacionamiento disponible en el edificio, fue un plus, a pesar de que fuera de pago, no resultó nada caro. Las anfitrionas son muy amables y estuvieron todo el tiempo a disposición. Volvería sin dudas. Teníamos 3 deptos reservados y uno de ellos fue entregado muy tarde, por suerte pudimos esperar en otro depto del grupo. El otro tema es que en nuestro depto, no estaban los datos del wifi.

Steve (9/5): Overall pleasant, and good value. We would happily have stayed longer, but it was not available do we had to move. Wo - An airy, comfortable and spacious apartment, with a welcoming hostess. Unfortunately we could only stay the one night so did not get to use it a great deal. The access is not easy - with lock box and little communication. Our last minute booking did not give enough time for info to be communicated easily. The bed is small and uncomfortable - would suggest an upgrade
David (8/5): Recommended Place - Property is well located at two blocks of different line of buses, the bed is comfortable and all was clean. Totally recommended It was not easy to contact the host to arrange the payment of the difference, only can be paid in cash or bank transfer in Argentina, if you are foreigner with no friends in Argentina is complex to pay.
Scarpatti (6/5): Pleasant - Cleanliness, Location. The apartment is just a few blocks from restaurants and bars. The neighborhood seemed nice, we didn't feel unsafe walking around the area. Paid parking but after 6 pm on Friday.. so you pay for a full day of parking there, but you will need to pay for another parking until that time. Maybe on Friday they can ask for half-price parking at least.. The kitchen is just for really simple cooking, no coffee machine. So if you take your breakfast at a coffee shop the price it's almost the same as paying for a hotel including breakfast. No wine glasses available. Checkout time is not flexible at all, you need to be out by 10 o'clock sharp, we expected a little flexibility at least. The host who receives you did not make us feel very comfortable, but the host that contacts you first is really friendly.
