• Holando (9/5): - Excelente anfitrión. Miguel Angel nos recibió y nos llevó al departamento. Nos explicó uso y características del depa. Nos tocó estadía de viernes y sábado. Molestó el ruido de vehiculos por la avenida a altas horas de la noche.

• Monica (10/5): Un lugar increíble perfecto para descansar - Nuestra estancia fue increíble, el departamento tiene una muy linda vista, la ubicación 10/10. El departamento además cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una instancia tranquila. Todo muy limpio y ordenando sumemos a que el dueño tuvo una EXCELENTE disposición. Sin duda volveremos.

Asi que no fue necesario compar Se escucha un poco el ruido de los autos y en frente hay un bar, que funciona con música fuerte hasta las 6: 00, pero nada que un par de tapones no solucione
• Nelson (8/5): Great location , Wonderful views of the ocean. Poor communication. Deceptive listing - Awesome views form the 20th floor. Modern building. Comfortable apartment. Comfortable beds. NO A/C, but it is not needed. Private numbered parking inside compound. Beautiful sitting and barbecuing area on top of building with great views. Outdoor pool is not heated, but comfortable. Host sent info request for checking the same day we were arriving and traveling by car. Consequently we didn't get it on time and could not check in because Reception had no clue who we were or from whom we were renting. Make sure you get Apartment number and Owner's name before you check in. Booking listing clearly says "Host does not accept cash payments." Hence I didn't bring any cash. Upon checking Hosts tells us that ONLY cash is accepted. Had to pay Chilean and American ATM fees to obtain cash to satisfy host. When asked about the misleading listing, host said that "I will check into it" but demands cash. Host adds a 19% VAT tax but does not provide a receipt. So I don't know if the VAT was actually paid or just extra profit. Hotels and restaurants in Chile provide a Factura (Receipt) that clearly shows the charge and the VAT paid, which is included into the total charge, not added. Apartment looks well equipped, but Oven and microwave do not work (did not check stove). When asked at the end of our stay, Host says "I will check into it" It would be nice to check before guests arrive.
• Dominic (8/5): Excellent location, but it would have been good to know beforehand about paying cash - Location…great views over the sea I was not notified earlier…I had to pay cash, so after an exhausting day, I had to find an ATM to get cash to pay for my stay
• Roland (9/5): Superb - Excellent friendly host, was there so I could get key, showed the apartment what was there and how all things worked. Super.
