- Gina Adele (8/5): Zentrale Lage, geeignet für einen Städtetrip - Die Wohnung ist älter, aber gut renoviert. Der Gastgeber Miguel hat uns sehr ausführlich alles gezeigt. Eine Waschmaschine war da und wir konnten die Wäsche auf der Dachterasse aufhängen. Die Lage war sehr zentral und direkt auf der Avenida Marítima. Das Haus und das Treppenhaus ist alt. Das Apartment ist im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Der Stadtstrand ist nicht sehr ansprechend
- Linda (9/5): A lovely stay in the centre of Santa Cruz. - The apartment is situated right in the centre of Santa Cruz, 5 minutes walk from the bus station and tourist information office. The kitchen had everything you’d need to make drinks and food. The roof terrace gives you amazing views to the old town and to the sea.

- Ewelina (9/5): Mieszkanie przy plaży idealne na dwie osoby - Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, dużo restauracji w okolicy, sklepy i plaża. W mieszkaniu było wszystko czego potrzeba, wygodne spanie, kawa. Na parkingu w okolicy portu bywało pełno ale zawsze miejsce znaleźliśmy. Wieczorami jest żywo w okolicznych barach i okna nie izolują dźwięków ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Czwarte piętro dobre na kondycję:) Polecam! Wszystko było OK

Aunque mi apartamento era interior, en la zona hay terrazas y bares de copas y se colaba el ruido. - No tiene aire acondicionado Las camas

- Diego Pelegrín Somoza (3/5): Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor!!!! - Buena ubicación. Lo cogimos porque queríamos estar en una zona con ambiente. Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor y no te lo dicen hasta que no llegas allí. Me parece que es de tener poca vergüenza.

- Lukasz (10/5): Perfect and well equipped place. - Perfect place and well equipped. You need climb to the 4th floor but it is good for you :) Coffee, washing machine and powder.
- Irena (10/5): Perfect place for a short stay in the capital - Great place to stay and it has everything you need. We loved the location as all the places are reachable distance. We liked everything about it and checkin was very smooth. Also we we went to the roof to see the sunrise, totally recommend.

- Pinteacel (8/5): Very good - The location, is right in the center center. The apartment was very clean and the owner was very nice. There is a free parking space 3 minutes walking. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so you might struggle a bit with your luggage.
