• Ai shan (1/5): - How can you prove that this damage was caused by us? That apartment was not even the one we originally booked, and when we checked in, we did not inspect every item in the unit. The bed itself was already broken, and I had a very uncomfortable stay. I did not argue or ask for any compensation from you, and now you are suddenly accusing us of damaging your property. On top of that, the bed had a bedbug issue. Are you seriously trying to claim we caused this and force us to pay

• Michael (2/5): Für uns war das unmöglich und wir haben nach einen Tag abgebrochen - Die Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Obergeschoss. keine Parkmöglichkeit in wohnungs Nähe.
• Michael (1/5): Never again! - Der Preis war akzeptabel. Punkt 1: Anreise Es werden nach der Reservierung automatische Nachrichten verschickt, die Kontaktnummern und Zugangsdaten enthalten. Leider stimmten weder die Kontaktdaten noch die Zugangsdaten, sodass wir die Tür nicht öffnen konnten. Nach langer Zeit haben wir dann über ein Restaurant, zu dem dieses Apartment wohl gehört, einen Ansprechpartner erhalten, dieser hat uns mitgeteilt, dass eine Stunde später jemand vorbei kommen könnte. Eine angenehme Anreise sieht anders aus. Glücklicherweise kam aus dem Mehrfamilienhaus ein Anwohner, sodass wir zumindest ins Haus konnten. Mit den richtigen Zugangsdaten, übermittelt per Telefon, konnten wir dann endlich in die Wohnung. Punkt 2: Sauberkeit & Ordnung Ich vermute in der Wohnung hat lange Zeit keiner mehr gewohnt, kurz um: Die Wohnung war in keinem guten Zustand. Wir haben den Teppich zur Seite geschoben, weil wir mit viel Gepäck angereist sind, was wir dort unter dem Teppich alles gefunden haben war verstörend. Es gibt auch keinen Staubsauger oder Wischmopp den man hätte nutzen können um selbst etwas zu reinigen (wir waren dort für 2 Wochen). Weiterhin sind diverse Rauchmelder von den Decken gefallen und lagen auf dem Boden, etliche Fußleisten waren ebenfalls lose auf dem Boden. Punkt 3: Die Größe des Betts Es ist unmöglich mit zwei Personen in diesem Bett zu schlafen, es ist viel zu klein. Punkt 4: Licht im Bad Das vorhandene Licht im Bad ist viel zu dunkel, beim Duschen sieht man nur sehr schlecht. Punkt 5: Etagenhöhe Angegeben ist diese Wohnung in der 5. Etage. Das mag formal stimmen, allerdings gibt es Zwischenetagen, wenn man die einzelnen Flure mit großen Deckenhöhen nacheinander zählt, wohnt man eigentlich im 9. Stock. Ohne Aufzug mit viel Gepäck nicht komfortabel. Punkt 6: Ausstellen einer Rechnung Ich habe 4 Wochen vergeblich versucht eine Rechnung zu erhalten, leider ohne Ergebnis. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht wieder buchen und auch niemandem empfehlen!

• David (7/5): Small but comfortable cosy flat. - It's a small, clean, comfortable flat. Good kitchen, lounge area with sofa and rocking chair, separate bedroom, shower room. Walking up to the 4th floor! The flat is clean but could do with a deeper cleaning to get rid of dust. The long support bracket in the shower needs securing. A microwave would be nice.
• Uli (5/5): Disappointed that there was no hot water - It was very nicely designed, and everything was pretty clean. There wasnt any hot water. Which i called the host and he offered to move me which i wouldve done had i not moved my stuff in, (its 6 stories up) and had i stayed longer. He did although promised me he would have a look the next morning so but that promise was not held and so for 2 nights there was not hot water. Which wouldve have been nice after a long hot day.

• Kim (7/5): A well equipped, comfortable apartment, close to the train station and bus stop to town. - Location to the town We couldn’t park near the property so we had to walk a long way to get to the car every day. At least 0.5km. There were about 100 steps from the front door to the apartment on the top floor! (10 flights of stars!)
• Pamela (7/5): The apartment is very nice but we would not revisit koblenz. - The apartment was very clean and well equipped and comfortable. About 10 minutes walk from the train station It was about 45 minutes walk to the city centre and there 93 steps up to get to the apartment. We are pretty athletic but that gets old after a while! The host was never seen. So there was no personal assistance or advice with the little things like bus routes etc. which in koblenz are very difficult to decipher if you don’t read German.

• Peter (8/5): Very good - Good size apartment, good location Only blinds on bedroom window so very bright early morning, microwave would also be useful but did have an oven.
• Arne (8/5): Very good - nice and modern flat friendly communication with hosts through email welcoming water bottle no possibility to recharge e-bike in the basement or cave (missing descriptions on booking.com) therefore I had to carry my heavy e-bike 4 floors up! never I will do it again!
• Luis (10/5): Exceptional - I like everything, the best I found unti now. The apartment have everything. I really enjoy it!! Thank you 😄 Nothing special, I think just need a microwave to be perfect.
