Please note that it is possible to park the cars next to the booked cottage or chalet. Bed linen, towels and a simple kitchen package are included in the price. The beds are made upon arrival. Center Parcs offers a wide range of Food & Beverage outlets, information about allergens and allergies can be obtained from the relevant restaurant on location. Breakfast is not included in the offered rate. Most of our accommodations are equipped with a baby bed and high chair (there are exceptions, please contact the accommodations provider to ensure that the accommodations you have booked also includes these facilities). It is possible to book a preferred location and/or extras at an additional cost (such as the location of the hotel room / connecting rooms / breakfast, etc.). Do you wish to reserve this? Christina (5/5): Es war zweckmäßig für die Übernachtung, tagsüber waren wir am Nürburgring, also nur zum Schlafen dort. Meinen Urlaub möc - Die Nähe zum Nürburgring, die Dusche Das Haus war sehr „abgewohnt“. Überall Dellen an den Wänden und Möbeln, Ameisen im Haus, Haare von Haustieren von vermutlich Vorgängern
Malou (8/5): - Ruim opgezet en net park met genoeg faciliteiten in een prachtige omgeving. Het huisje was fijn en comfortabel en overal op het park zijn kleine speeltuintjes te vinden. Wij konden de omgeving erg waarderen maar dan moet je wel van natuur en rust houden. Voor uitstapjes heb je zeker een auto nodig en circa 30 min rijden (Cochem, Daun, watervallen). 1. Het huisje had nog iets schoner gemogen (vloeren beter dweilen, deuren en trapleuningen schoonmaken). 2. De kosten op het park vond ik buitengewoon hoog (fietsverhuur, patatje afhalen, mini golf, etc). 3. Wij misten een grote centrale speeltuin buiten met bijvoorbeeld een springkussen en uitdagendere speeltoestellen.

Luljeta (7/5): - Der Market Dome war sehr einladend und Klever gelöst mit der Kletter Möglichkeit für die Kinder. Die Restaurants waren sauber und es war immer lecker und ausreichend vorhanden. Das Aqua Mundo war unser Hilight im Urlaub. Sehr schöner kinderbereich und tolle Reifen Rutsche Indoorspielplatz war auch schön. Wir hatten die Nr 169, Haus mit 2 Zimmer. Ausreichend Platz, grosser wohnbereich mit Küche sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit war vorhanden. Dass der Supermarkt so nah war, war auch toll. - Im Market Dome und im.Indoorspielplatz empfanden wir es als extrem anstrengend, dass die Geschäfte ihre Türen offen ließen oder Spielzeuge so präsentierten, sodass Kinder einfach reinspatzieren konnten und ggf etwas mitnehmen konnten, weil sie es regelrecht nicht verstanden. Wenn wir als Eltern im Market Dome gerade essen oder mal 2 Min nicht hinsehen,ist dies einfach nur anstrengend für Eltern. Unser Sohn ist 3 Jahre alt und war einfach nur fasziniert und wollte spielen. - Zimmertemperatur nur bei 19 Grad bei Ankunft ( Außentemperatur war bei 0°!!!) Erst am 3. Tag unseres Urlaubes hatten wir eine Raumtemperatur von 22°C. - Gesamtes Haus sehr staubig. Sowohl auf den Schränken als auch unter den Betten. Der staubsauger roch ganz übel, als wir ihn benutzten ! - Besteck/ Gläser etc mussten nochmals gespült werden, da sie nicht sauber waren. - Wasstemperatur im Aqua Mundo war VIEL zu kalt. !!!!!!! Sowohl mein Sohn als auch andere Kinder haben gezittert, wollten schon nicht ins wasser und ihre Lippen waren blau vor Kälte. Auch sehr schade dass die Snack bar nun anscheinend schon über 1 monat geschlossen ist. D.h wenn man das nicht im Vorfeld weiss, ist man als Eltern ziemlich aufgeschmissen. Sehr schade dass das noch nicht behoben wurde. In einem Centerpark, was offensichtlich für Kinder gemacht ist, müssen besonders die letzten Punkte einfach erfüllt werden. Ich als Erwachsene Frau hatte Probleme mich zu überwinden in das kalte wasser zu gehen.

Simone (6/5): Das erste Mal im Center Parcs, Zufriedenheit durchwachsen - Die Anlage an sich ist schön gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Toll, dass es den kleinen Supermarkt gibt, der alles Wichtige anbietet, auch Backwaren, Getränke, Kühlwaren, Drogerieartikel,... Das Check-Inn Prozedere ist gut umgesetzt und zügig erledigt. Die Betten waren bequem und bei Ankunft bezogen.. Die Center Parcs App ist ne prima Idee und gibt gute Infos im Vorfeld und auch während dem Aufenthalt. Hier und da könnte sie noch ein wenig verbessert werden. Bunt gemischtes Angebot für Kinder, auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Unserem Sohn (8 Jahre) hat es mega gefallen. Das Essen im Indoor-Spielplatz ist miserabel. Für sowas Geld zu verlangen, ist echt frech. Danach hatten wir keine Lust mehr im Park zu essen und haben die anderen Angebote gar nicht getestet. Das Angebot für Kinder ist bunt und kurzweilig, aber auch teilweise echt teuer. Das sollte man im Vorfeld schon mit einplanen. Unser Haus war ein Premium Haus renoviert. Die Sauberkeit war OK, aber nicht überragend. Das Handtuchpaket empfanden wir als sehr spärlich und wenn man schwimmen gehen möchte, sollte man auf jeden Fall noch ein großes Badetuch mitbringen. Die zwei Badezimmer waren relativ neu, jedoch beide ohne Toilette. Für 6 Personen gab es eine Toilette, die wirklich Mini klein war. In einem der oberen Schlafzimmer gab es kein Fenster, das geöffnet werden konnte (nicht mal zum Kippen). Ebenso in einem der Badezimmer, dafür ne laute Lüftung. Das Schwimmbad ist relativ klein die Möglichkeiten zu duschen und sich umzuziehen sind spärlich. Auch der Indoor-Spielplatz ist recht klein.

Edgaras (7/5): Good - Beautiful location, very quiet surroundings. No aircon, stayed during 26/29C days and it was a bit stuffy even with the windows open at night. No shower gel or shampoo in the shower (so bring your own or alternatively you can purchase in the onsite store). No daily room cleaning. Mattress was especially stiff.

Natalie (5/5): We liked our stay as it was convenient for our trip but the 2 bed cottages could really do with some attention. - Easy to get to, and close to the amenities. Bowling and swimming were good. Activities for kids was also very good. The room was not the cleanest. We arrived to a hoover in the middle of the floor, cobwebs everywhere and the shower was never dry as it had no extraction, meaning our towels were always damp and there was water running down the walls. We out the heating on and opened the window but it literally did nothing.
