• Guest (7/5): Good flat, location(if driving), parking, amenities. Host not resolving reported issues (missing hairdryer). No beach to - It was in a good location (if driving) Had parking, Flat was in a new building, had all the necessary amenities washing machine, dryer, hob, oven. People living there were nice and were greeting us in the lift creating a sense of community There was no hairdryer. I specifically asked ahead of time if one is provided as I was going on a beach holiday so I knew Id be washing my hair often. The host reassured me there was one. Then upon checking in it was nowhere to be found. I notified the host and she kept saying it must be there and I should look harder. I checked every crack and crevice - there was no hairdryer. Then a couple days later she said she would drop one off. Never came. For the whole stay I had no hairdryer. For reference I have very long hair, and due to the hot weather we had the AC on most of the time giving me bad headaches and neck pain as I had to sleep with wet hair. The host was very nice on text and kept saying she would resolve the issue but didn’t actually do anything which was quite frustrating - all talk, no action. As long as you have everything in the flat you’ll be fine but if you have any issues good luck trying to sort it out!

We traveled with a car and the Private parking was very important for us. Svetlana is a very kind and caring person. She was always available for each question.
