Posiblemente para que rindiera. - No estaban al tanto o atentos a la reserva, nos ofrecieron la habitación que hubiese. Menos mal que había una con balcón. - Si bien la encargada era amable, no había una persona atenta a cualquier eventualidad. No parece hotel sino una residencia.

• Jongar (8/5): - El lugar, vistas, buen desayuno, habitaciones anplias Desayuno a partir de las 8, un día no lo comimos por tener una excursión a esa hora. El primer día nos pusieron una habitación incómoda, sin armarios ni estantes y un baño pequeñísimo e incomodísimo. Luego nos cambiaron y muy bien.

• Ambra (8/5): Great place with attentive staff - Breath taking views from the room and super attentive staff. We forgot the card key inside the room and Milena sort it out quickly. Bedroom window leading to a communal patio so no much privacy when the hotel is full. The room fittings were old.

• Beatriz (4/5): Disappointing - It is a beautiful place. The views are stunning. Unfortunately, the person in charge of the place is not clear about the hotel policies. Residents abroad are exempt from taxes, but they still charged us the taxes. We went to get away from the noise, but the guests in the next room sang, laughed, slammed doors until 1 in the morning. At night it is very dark, they do not turn on the light in the entrance or in the garden. It was an unpleasant and a very expensive experience.

• Perry (8/5): Beautiful views and great staff! - The property is a beautiful large house with gorgeous views! The only reason I gave this an 8 overall is because the bed was hard and a few comforts like bedside lights and carpets on the cold floor would make it much better. The staff - Milena- was marvelous! She took such great care of us, very warm and friendly and made us a beautiful breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay here again. Great and easy walking distance to downtown. Hard bed and could use bed side lamps
• Nr (10/5): Gorgeous hotel - Melina was amazing ..so kind and patient with us with our beginner spanish.We were very ill the first day and she offered to go and get us medication. She checked in with us often to see how we were. Juan also messaged us. Rooms were beautiful, views stunning! Breakfast delicious. Coffee and herbal tea downstairs and outside the room upstairs. Gorgeous balcony with furniture. It was near the Mirador so easy access but a steep walk up from the Plaza at night. 5-10 mins walk. 5 mins down to get the Jeeps. 10 min to bus station. Perfect location.

• Katie (9/5): Beautiful stay with a wonderful view and amazing staff - Really beautiful balcony and views. Simple but very clean room. The breakfast was HUGE and delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful, my Spanish is bad but they made an effort to translate everything and really helped me with activities around the area. Bed is hard as mentioned but wasn’t a deal breaker for me for a few nights.
• Francisco (5/5): Too basic for the price - Great view from balcony on the valley, breakfast simple but nice, nice common areas with a view on the green Rooms allocation is really random, I had to insist so much getting to a very unpleasant and awkward situation to have a room with balcony as initially paid and reserved. Breakfast starts being prepared only when you show up and takes at least half an hour so you can never be ready early for the day excursions. Very few towels provided. No daily room cleaning. Doors don’t really close properly and lights gets from all angles. No place to place the soap. The shower worked properly only once out of 3 times. Cold water or no water almost systematically. Towel hangers broken. Too basic for the price.

• David (7/5): A beautiful location but make sure you message ahead to confirm if you’ve been given the room you booked. - The property is in a stunning location with views across the valley, but still close to the centre of Salento. Milena the housekeeper was really friendly and helpful. We booked a “double deluxe room” which the listing said had 2 beds, a private balcony, dining area and wardrobe. When we arrived we were offered a small room with a bed and no balcony or wardrobe, let alone a dining area. I had to push really hard to get the room we had booked, only to find out that the balcony was shared with all the other guests and there was no dining area or wardrobe! I was also told the price was twice what I’d been quoted on the website, but I simply refused to pay the extra. This place isn’t really a hotel, it’s more like someone’s house, and at night when we came back from town all the lights would be turned off and it felt quite weird.
• Jordyn (10/5): Would stay again, highly recommend - Great hotel - like staying at a B&B. Host was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Breakfast was hearty and delicious (big plate of fruit, arepas with eggs, fresh orange juice). Our room was basic but clean and had the most incredible views into the valley. Photo is view from balcony off the room. Would highly recommend! Wouldn’t rely on WiFi for video calls if you have to work (good enough for basic internet searches).
