• Astrid (5/5): - L’emplacement est top C’est vraiment une arrivée impersonnelle avec une boîte à clé qui ne fonctionne pas et qui est très mal indiquée. C’est vraiment un exemple de la touristification de Malaga et ça fait mal au cœur, un appartement pour touristes dans un immeuble d’habitants / la vue sur la cour est assez terrible + les voisins / groupes d’hommes se pose dans la cours jusqu’à 2h30/3h du matin, on ne peut pas se reposer. Je ne recommande pas cet appartement! + équipé a minima (même pas une machine à café!).
• piair71 (8/5): schoon en prima accommodatie - de accommodatie wat prima en schoon rond om het appartement was de gehele dag harde rumoer. Zeker in de nachten en de buurman onder ons was heel hardluidig
• Loes (8/5): Goed verblijf gehad met mooie faciliteiten - Mooi appartement, alles heel schoon. Goede faciliteiten. Mooie badkamer. In 1 kamer een twee persoonsbed, in de andere slaapkamer een twijfelaar. Er is ook een slaap bank. 10 minuten lopen naar centrum. Geen balkon. Ik had me niet gerealiseerd dat er geen airco in het huisje is dus in de nacht was het erg heet, ik denk in de zomer dat het heel heet is.

• Tomas (9/5): Lokalita, čistota, vybavení, komunikace - vše skvělé, velmi doporučuji - Velmi dobrá lokalita v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra města. Příjemný, čistý a pohodlný apartmán a velmi dobře vybavený (nádobí, příbory, čistící prostředky, pračka, žehlička, topinkovač, pánvičky, hrnce apod.)

• Milda (6/5): - Good location, close to the city center, spacious, easy access to the property. It was really impossible to sleep at night since the neighbours were playing music up until 7 in the morning almost every night. Other neighbours were also very noisy, and loud. The backyard of the apartment felt very sketchy and unsafe. Lack of towels and coffee, tea, other complimentary stuff. Overall, the apartment have been cleaner.

• michiel (3/5): Slecht, geen onderhoud en in de keuken rook naar cigaret. - Het enige voordeel is dat de accommodatie is 10min wandelafstand van de old Town. Het appartement wordt niet onderhouden- dus in de badkamer kwam het water bij douchen steeds naar boven en dit was ook het geval voor de lavabo. Als je je wast dan komt vuil water naar boven. Warm water werkt ook niet altijd, soms konden wij niet met 3 (ikzelf, mijn man en ons dochtertje) op dezelfde moment. En het ergste was dat ze hebben een buren die heel veel lawaai maken heel de nacht. Muziek was zo luid dat onze oren pijn deden. Wij hebben dit aangegeven aan de eigenaar- die ons uitlachte en zei dat het is overal feest. Het appartement is totaal niet geïsoleerd. Dus hun buurman was begonnen met feesten om 18u tem 4u30 en ons dochtertje kon totaal niet slapen. Achter het appartement is een soort van getto met heel veel vuil en buren die vuurwerk aan het aansteken waren. Wij hebben 3 nachten niet geslapen. Politie ook gebeld maar in die buurt komt politie ook niet graag. Politie gaaf aan dat eigenaar een klacht moest indienen, maar daar had hij geen zin.

• Petra (1/5): Užas - Ne zavaravajte se slikama kao mi! S ovom recenzijom želim pomoći ostalima! Jedino dobro kod ovog apartmana je lokacija i blizina centra! Čekali smo ispred vrata 30 min jer su ključeve stavili u drugi box. Nisu odgovarali na poruke pa smo ih morali sami zvati. Apartman iako renoviran prljav, wc užasno prljav! Susjedi bučni i neuredni, ne može se otvoriti prozor od smrada! Prozori kao od papira, sve se čuje, pogled iz stana kao na geto! Uglavnom katastrofa!

• Cygan (5/5): Jeżeli planujesz poranne zwiedzanie Malagi lub okolic - nie polecam - Schludny zadbany apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem. Niestety, ale jest na nieciekawym osiedlu. Sąsiedzi są bardzo głośni po nocy. Zarówno dzieci jak i rodzice głośno krzyczą/rozmawiają do około godziny 1 w nocy. Okna są cieniutkie i mimo zasuniętych rolet zewnętrzych wszystko bardzo się nosiło, jakby dosłownie ktoś krzyczał zaraz obok. Naprawdę w przypadku porannego wstawania nie dało się wyspać.

• Laura (9/5): Genial - El piso estaba muy cuidado, todo reformado y las camas comodísimas. Además, la temperatura genial, hemos estado fenomenal. La única pega que podemos ponerle es que la ducha, al ser abierta, se salía un poco el agua. Pero por lo demás genial.

• Konrad (8/5): Pleasant apartment if you don’t need a view - Very comfortable apartment. Has everything you need for a short term stay. The view from the windows is to the very dirty and messy backyard. We had some problems checking in. The keys were not in the lockbox downstairs as agreed. This was quickly resolved.
• Richard (10/5): Malaga centre great apartment - Excellent location - close to restaurants, bars, historical sights, very good fit for our family, very responsive owner, addressing all questions, sometimes not even related to the apartment very promptly. Very well equipped apartment. Actually all was very good. Nothing to complain.

• Carolina (10/5): Brilliant, would return if visiting Malaga again - Exactly as shown on the photographs. The apartment was well spaced out and decorated, with everything you needed for a full week abroad in Malaga. Best accommodation I stayed in during my travels this year. I had no dislikes about the property. There are aspects which are not within control of the apartment; as the responsibility is actually of the social apartments in the back which have no relation to the company.

• Corcoran (9/5): Excellent location. Good communication. Would definitely use again if staying in Malaga. Would just suggest extra tow - Excellent location. Very clean & very comfortable. There was a slight smell coming from the drains but this would not put me off the property. Also, it would’ve been good to have some extra towels or a towel change.

We loved the interior design. Great value for money. The only thing we didn’t like was the view from the window but it was not a big deal on the whole.
